The actual place is located in the corner on the ground floor of a complex of units. The inside of the home is lovely, nice and clean as well as spacious. We really enjoyed the layout as well. In order to flush the toilet you need to hold the latch down for a full 3-5 seconds tho, a sign is posted for guests. However, if you are booking while construction work is going on then you should be aware of the days and times and also the fact that the noise level can be disturbing despite the description. For example, based on our experience it started 7/8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you left the blinds open you could see the workers by the bedroom windows, the side and back windows by the sliding doors. We are a very easy going family and completely understand that work needs to be completed; we provided the workers juice drinks, they worked hard. If you wanted to sleep in, take an afternoon nap, do some work on the computer then you should be mindful of this. Thank you.

Overall great experience. Location could not have been more convenient for Blue Mountain hiking and restaurants, as well as surrounding wineries and breweries. The only disappointment was the fact that the area outside the condominium is still not finished. The gravel dust further brought on my allergies to dust. Apart from that, it was fantastic.

The Air bnb ad stated the building was under construction. Did not state the outdoor patio space was unusable. The condo is on the main floor and all construction materials for the building was stored on our patio - scaffolding, fencing, glass, ladders, tools…Not only could we not use the patio, we had to keep all the blinds closed for privacy. No daylight coming in. Very disappointing as being outdoors is part of the experience. They should have been explicit so we can make an informed decision. Separate from that, the condo could use new paint and couches. Paint coming off the kitchen cupboards and looks dirty. A drawer knob is missing. Having said this, I would stay again when the construction is complete. It is a large and open space, conveniently located.

Hi Hung, we greatly apologize for the eyesore of the wires during your stay. As we discussed, these short wires were simply a part of the construction process managed by the Condo Corporation. They are covered with protective casing, and are up at the ceiling (not on the floor). Rest assured, these are nothing more than an eyesore and they are completely safe. We had an amazing family vacation at this condo! The space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. It was also a huge plus that it was dog-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along for the adventure. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the slopes and surrounded by tons of winter activities. Whether we wanted to ski, snowboard, or just take in the beautiful snowy scenery, everything was right at our fingertips. Inside the condo, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and utensil imaginable, making it super easy to cook meals. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a hassle-free stay. Overall, this place was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location location location. Excellent place for young families with beginner boarders/skiers as the magic carpets and small lift is literally out the back door! Village is 3 min walk from front or back door which was also very convenient. Chalet was exactly like pictures and was clean and lots of hooks/room to store and dry gear. Price was great and the PV team answered almost immediately every time. Also on the ground floor so no steps to get in or out! Negatives were beds were very uncomfortable and pull out beds in the couches were basically unusable. Also only having one parking spot for a chalet that sleeps 8 seems unreasonable as there would be 2 vehicles with that many people.

The unit is ground floor with a very short walk to the village and while it technically isn't a "ski-in / ski-out" since you can't get directly to it from the hill, you can't get much closer. Simply park your car in the parking lot at the unit and leave it there. Everything is walkable. Inside, the unit is exactly as advertized. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom were both spotless. We brought our dog with us and a couple of dog blankets to throw on the couch so that we don't "hair" up the couch. The dog was right at home. He would sometimes lay at the patio door and watch the people on the hill. We would definitely come back. The place exactly fit our needs and was an enjoyable stay.

We travelled as a party of 2 - my girlfriend and I. The location was perfect and walkable to all the activities. The place was quite big and enough for the two of us. The only issue might’ve been the cleanliness. There was hair/dog hair all over the couch and leftover food on dishes and pans. It also felt quite dusty and dirty as our allergies started acting up a bit. The communication from the team was great. They did their part well. Decent stay :) thank you :)

The place was super convenient to be a 2 minute walk to the village. The condo was beautiful. However, we had to wash the dishes prior to using them. They were greasy and a few were dirty from previous guests. All in all tho a great stay!

It is a convenient place to stay because it is just next to the village area. The place is allowed for 6 people but there are only 02 double bedded rooms, so guests should be prepared to get extra sleeping bag at the living area. Hence, sofas are very good for sleeping.

Location is excellent. Close to the village and ski hill. Unit was very clean. I would say the only complaints were the dishwasher was full and I had to put away someone else’s dishes. Also, it is slightly outdated. There was a slight inconvenience with the construction, however not that big of a problem. We didn’t care for the waiver that we received the night before our departure . It states they have no liability for damage to your vehicle or anything that happens on site. I didn’t like the wording. However, we were there for the weekend so there was no construction while we were on site . We definitely liked how close it was to the village that was important to us.

We had such an amazing stay here. The fixtures and decors were tastefully thought of. The place was filled with most essentials that one may require to run a household on a vacay. From pans to cutleries, toasters – kettles, they’ve got it all. The only thing missing are the following: pepper and laundry detergent. Everything else you need to clean up is present. The location: we cannot wish for anything better. It is LITERALLY steps from the bunny hill. You could honestly throw a rock and it’ll hit the escalator. The blue mountain village is also incredibly close. Parking: it comes with two passes. Don’t forget to hang one on your rear view mirror. The parking spots are specific to your suite number. For the 2nd pass, just look for a designated spot that says authorized parking only (without a suite number). Overall, we would definitely come back to this place in the future mainly due to its prime location, cleanliness and outstanding in-house amenities.

Good value rental, needs updating, not very private. Positive: clean inside, staff/owner communication was great, Negative: bedroom/bathroom was always freezing even when turning temp up, no privacy outside, outside chairs were very old & full of spider webs and dirt, exterior of building is very old & needs painted/updated, had to buy our own bbq utensils (brush, tongs).

Great place. Location is amazing. So close to activity central if you are renting skis/snowboards. Walk to village in a couple minutes. Ski in and ski out is super nice. Took us a while to figure out the TV but you just have to get to the HDMI setting and then click the regular power. Would stay again for sure. Didn’t use the kitchen but it’s stocked well for meals if needed

This place is worth every penny. It’s right at the base of the bunny hill so true ski in/ski out access. If you go up the magic carpet you can easily access the other lifts. Also, it’s quick and easy access to the village…steps away. The place was spotless. I’m very picky with bathrooms, and I have to say this one was extremely clean. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. All in, a five star experience! Will definitely be coming back.

Great spot right in the village. Really can’t get a better location. Our family loved the ski-in/ski-out feature of this condo. It was fairly spacious and each kid got a pull out to sleep on. We especially liked that it was dog friendly.

You definitely pay for the location. The space is very well-located near the learning center slope and there is sufficient space for about 6 people, although it is cozier for 4. We loved that it was dog friendly (rare for Airbnbs) and we were able to enjoy our stay with our pups! Property management staff are responsive and polite. A few cons: there were not enough towels or toilet paper, but staff responded quickly and brought us more. Also, space was not as clean as I would have liked it (some dirt in the drawers, had to clean some mugs again, etc). Overall, however, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend.
