Welcome to our ground-floor home in Blue Mountain Village! Located in the renowned ski-in/ski-out Cachet Crossing resort, you are literally steps from the Silver Bullet chairlift and the heart of the village, where there is a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and year-round activities. Whether you're here for skiing, mountain biking, or hiking, you'll find adventure right at your doorstep.

Living Area

Perfect for relaxing and enjoying some “apres-ski”, this home features a cozy living area with comfortable seating surrounding the wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood/kindling). Our unit is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including appliances and cutlery. You can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Blue or Collingwood. There is a drip coffee maker for your morning brews, but please bring your own coffee and filters!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Our home can accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom has a double size bed and there is one full bathroom with a shower-in-tub. The living area has a double size sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Other Details to Note

We’d love to welcome you to our home in the Blue Mountains! Cachet Crossing is one of the most sought-after vacation rental communities in Blue for its unbeatable proximity to the heart of the village.

Please be aware of the following ongoing construction at Cachet Crossing before booking:

-Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday.

-Unit signage may be more difficult to locate during the construction period. If you have any trouble finding your unit, please don't hesitate to contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.

-Lighting throughout the complex may be reduced in some areas at night, so we recommend taking extra care when walking around after dark.

-Balcony access or use may be temporarily affected while work is taking place, depending on the location and stage of construction. Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday. Additionally, building materials are being stored onsite.

-Each unit is provided with one parking pass. If you require additional parking, please reach out to our team in advance. We can often provide alternative parking arrangements on a first-come, first-served basis.

Excellent location and the bedroom was separated to the living space, which is nice as my spouse and I have different sleep patterns. It is dated and the building is undergoing construction, but this was well communicated prior to booking.

Amazing space so close to the hill Really wish they had a mop to keep door areas dry. And a few more utensils (potato masher) and a washer dryer would really help My son rented a few over so we borrowed theirs!

The hosts (Property Valet team) were fantastic. Unfortunately the property is quite outdated, with several Broken amenities (TV, Sauna, missing smoke detectors, pull out couch, and walkway that was under construction with sharp metal sticking out of the ground). Place smelled of burned fire wood and ashes were all around the living room Surfaces. Workers outside used a generator that blew exhaust fumes into the patio door so we had to keep it closed. Overall, the hosts were great and the location is incredible! But the places needs some care TLC. Especially at the price, I would have expected a much nicer property.

The TV is currently in working order, and the pull-out couch has since been replaced immediately following your departure. We've also addressed the issue of lingering fireplace odours and have reminded our cleaning team to be extra thorough in this area. We’re sorry to hear about the generator fumes. That’s an unusual occurrence, but one we take seriously and have passed along to the appropriate parties. While we’re glad you enjoyed the location and our service, we truly regret that your stay didn’t live up to expectations. The communication was excellent. The property was a little outdated and construction going on which would have been nice to know because my husband stepped on some construction material. The fireplace communication was confusing because there was a sign when we wanted to use the fireplace about the flue but when we communicated with management they didn’t know about it. We used the fireplace and the fire alarm went off of it smelt like smoke the entire weekend. We are confused about how to use the fire place. But overall it was a nice cozy place to stay.
