Welcome to our skiers paradise! This ground-floor condo is located in the Cachet Crossing community, just steps away from the Silver Bullet chair lift, Magic Carpet and directly on the "Easy Street" ski run. Discover a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and year-round activities in the Village. Nestled in the heart of it all, we offer easy access to skiing, mountain biking, and hiking trails.

The Space

The living area features couches facing the cable TV and wood burning fireplace, the perfect place to unwind après-ski. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private patio with views of the slopes.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms in this home. Bedroom #1, the primary, has a Queen size bed and cable TV. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds and the living room has a double size sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

There are 2 full washrooms in this home, both with a shower-in-tub. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.

Stay toasty on cool nights and relax after a day of adventure! This is one of the only units within the Cachet Crossing community that has a private sauna.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

We’d love to welcome you to our home in the Blue Mountains! Cachet Crossing is one of the most sought-after vacation rental communities in Blue for its unbeatable proximity to the heart of the village.

Last Summer, the exterior stairs for the complex were replaced and although the bulk of the renovations have been completed there are still a few items that we thought we'd share with you:

Welcome to our home in the Blue Mountain Village! We are located at the renowned ski in/ski out Cachet Crossing resort, just steps away from the Silver Bullet chair lift, Magic Carpet and directly on the "Easy Street" ski run. Living Area

Perfect for relaxing and enjoying some “apres-ski”, this home features a cozy living area with comfortable seating surrounding the gas fireplace. Our unit is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi and Cable TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including appliances and cutlery. You can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Blue or Collingwood.

Bedrooms

Our spacious unit can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom features two twin size beds. The living area includes a Queen size pull-out couch. There are 2 full bathrooms total in the home.

- Ski in/Ski out; Close to Magic carpet/ski run and Silver Bullet chair lift

Other details to note:

Please be aware of the following ongoing construction at Cachet Crossing before booking:

-Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday.

-Unit signage may be more difficult to locate during the construction period. If you have any trouble finding your unit, please don't hesitate to contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.

-Lighting throughout the complex may be reduced in some areas at night, so we recommend taking extra care when walking around after dark.

-Balcony access or use may be temporarily affected while work is taking place, depending on the location and stage of construction. Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday. Additionally, building materials are being stored onsite.

-Each unit is provided with one parking pass. If you require additional parking, please reach out to our team in advance. We can often provide alternative parking arrangements on a first-come, first-served basis.

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The property was extremely difficult to locate, and there should have been much clearer signage on the buildings to identify the correct entrance and building number. After a long drive, this made check-in unnecessarily frustrating. Cleanliness was also a major concern upon arrival. The fridge still had stains inside, the freezer was dirty with leftover ice cubes sitting in the bottom, and there was even a dirty cooler pack left behind. We found hair in the shower and in one of the single beds. In the upstairs bedroom closet, there were pillows laying on the floor that appeared used. We also discovered dirty recycling stored in the cupboard with the pots and pans. The bedding throughout the unit was incredibly static-filled and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, on checkout day we found dirty bedsheets left in the closet. Overall, the property needs significantly better cleaning and attention to detail between guests.

Great location +++ comfortable beds, sauna was a nice bonus. Had a small roof leak in one of the bedrooms on the last night which was a bit disappointing but the team assured us they were on it for the next renters. I think it was a one-off as overall the place was in good shape. Would totally come back again.

Great access to ski in ski out. Sauna was great! My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Kitchen was adequate for our needs but if cooking bring your own spices etc. The communication was great from start to finish. We plan to come again! Thank You!

This is the perfect location for a stay at Blue Mountain — you can’t beat ski-in and ski-out! It’s steps to the main village and given its proximity, it’s incredibly quiet. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a home (lived in or with a unique design style) this won’t be the option for you. We loved it for our family of four. The team was fantastic to deal with!

The couch was awful, cushions so large, no one could fit unless you removed them, sunk in and very loud crunching sound, dining room chairs so heavy, very noisy outside with kids at bunny hill, stupid queen bed so small in a huge room, ridiculous, the comforter so long, and heavy you had to yank at it to pull it up, dripping sound in master bedroom from closet all hours, very poor layout, absolutely horrible place, would never stay again. No mixer or blender, tv in master bedroom was like a mono speaker, and could not be viewed by other person in bed... horrible we need some compensation also tv in other bedroom did not work...we will be contacting airbnb

Barbara, thank you for your feedback but we're quite concerned that this was the experience you had with us. Regardless, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that this stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to note that we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding these concerns. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address any issues in real time. Our pre- and post-stay inspections did not reveal the problems described, and no other recent guests have noted any of the same issues, as shown by the consistent 4 and 5 star ratings from all-time. The home is located in the very center of the village, ground floor, directly beside the ski hill, as advertised. This location is intentionally chosen by guests for its convenience and proximity to activities, particularly for families and skiers. Outdoor noise during operating hours, especially at the busiest time of the year, is expected, however has not been noted by other guests to this extent previously. We appreciate all feedback and continually work to improve our space, but we also strive to be transparent about what guests are booking so expectations align with the experience offered. We encourage future guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we can ensure the best possible experience.

It is a great location right next to the magic carpet and lifts. The unit is clean and spacious. we had a good time here. The only thing to note is the parking spot could be taken up by random people who doesn't follow the rule and park at their assigned space. Overall great experience!

This is a terrific location for Blue Mountain Resort activities and restaurants. An easy short walk to the village for both daytime and evening events. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and eating in. The exterior of this project is under major reconstruction so it isn't attractive and accessing the unit is not a smooth walk.

It truly is a great condo in a great location! I was in the area for work purposes so I didn’t get to take in the benefits of it being in the prime location at the village. I would definitely return for another stay! I can comment that there was an issue with the air conditioning but they were on it super quick with looking after repairs (within hours) and it was working great afterwards! A great spot for skiers & snowboarders. This place is about a 2 minute walk to the Sliver Bullet chairlift. So if you're planning to go skiing, it's hard to get closer than this. The magic carpet lift is about 20 meters away from the back patio door. You'll see people taking it up and skiing down - but it didn't bug us. To set expectations, the building is a little older and starting to show it's age. But it was clean and mostly well maintained. The close proximity to the village is also a huge plus as you can simply walk over to grab some food. We got poutine for take out and were back home before the food got cold.

Stayed here for New Years Eve with a group of friends and would definitely do so again! The host was very responsive and there were no issues with the check-in/check-out. The dry sauna was so nice after a full day on the slopes. Oh, by the way, the property is located right by one of the ski lifts so you can practically ski into the living room. I would recommend staying here!

This is the perfect location for a stay at Blue Mountain — you can’t beat ski-in and ski-out! It’s steps to the main village and given its proximity, it’s incredibly quiet. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a home (lived in or with a unique design style) this won’t be the option for you. We loved it for our family of four. The team was fantastic to deal with!

The couch was awful, cushions so large, no one could fit unless you removed them, sunk in and very loud crunching sound, dining room chairs so heavy, very noisy outside with kids at bunny hill, stupid queen bed so small in a huge room, ridiculous, the comforter so long, and heavy you had to yank at it to pull it up, dripping sound in master bedroom from closet all hours, very poor layout, absolutely horrible place, would never stay again. No mixer or blender, tv in master bedroom was like a mono speaker, and could not be viewed by other person in bed... horrible we need some compensation also tv in other bedroom did not work...we will be contacting airbnb

Barbara, thank you for your feedback but we're quite concerned that this was the experience you had with us. Regardless, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that this stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to note that we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding these concerns. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address any issues in real time. Our pre- and post-stay inspections did not reveal the problems described, and no other recent guests have noted any of the same issues, as shown by the consistent 4 and 5 star ratings from all-time. The home is located in the very center of the village, ground floor, directly beside the ski hill, as advertised. This location is intentionally chosen by guests for its convenience and proximity to activities, particularly for families and skiers. Outdoor noise during operating hours, especially at the busiest time of the year, is expected, however has not been noted by other guests to this extent previously. We appreciate all feedback and continually work to improve our space, but we also strive to be transparent about what guests are booking so expectations align with the experience offered. We encourage future guests to reach out during their stay with any concerns so we can ensure the best possible experience.

It is a great location right next to the magic carpet and lifts. The unit is clean and spacious. we had a good time here. The only thing to note is the parking spot could be taken up by random people who doesn't follow the rule and park at their assigned space. Overall great experience!

This is a terrific location for Blue Mountain Resort activities and restaurants. An easy short walk to the village for both daytime and evening events. The kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and eating in. The exterior of this project is under major reconstruction so it isn't attractive and accessing the unit is not a smooth walk.

It truly is a great condo in a great location! I was in the area for work purposes so I didn’t get to take in the benefits of it being in the prime location at the village. I would definitely return for another stay! I can comment that there was an issue with the air conditioning but they were on it super quick with looking after repairs (within hours) and it was working great afterwards! A great spot for skiers & snowboarders. This place is about a 2 minute walk to the Sliver Bullet chairlift. So if you're planning to go skiing, it's hard to get closer than this. The magic carpet lift is about 20 meters away from the back patio door. You'll see people taking it up and skiing down - but it didn't bug us. To set expectations, the building is a little older and starting to show it's age. But it was clean and mostly well maintained. The close proximity to the village is also a huge plus as you can simply walk over to grab some food. We got poutine for take out and were back home before the food got cold.

Great location right at the base of the ski hill. A true ski-in ski-out condo. Very short walk to the village with all of its amenities. Great condo, no complaints at all. Thank you for the nice weekend

Stayed here for New Years Eve with a group of friends and would definitely do so again! The host was very responsive and there were no issues with the check-in/check-out. The dry sauna was so nice after a full day on the slopes. Oh, by the way, the property is located right by one of the ski lifts so you can practically ski into the living room. I would recommend staying here!
