Welcome to this bright unit, a charming townhome perfect for families or couples. The interior features creamy walls, wooden accents, and a cozy gas fireplace. Whip up meals in the well-equipped kitchen before relaxing in the spacious living area. Overlooking a lush landscaped backyard, you're steps from the seasonal outdoor pool and a free shuttle to Blue Mountain Village. Whether you’re hitting the ski trails or lounging by the Bay, this retreat puts you in the heart of the action.

The spacious kitchen features a convenient island with seating for 2 and a dining area with room for 6 to gather. Since we are pet-friendly, your furry family members can also enjoy the lush landscaped backyard and BBQ during the warmer months.

After a day of adventure, sink into the comfy couches in the living area, perfectly positioned around the rustic stone veneer fireplace with a timber mantel. Whether you’re cooking a gourmet meal at home or grabbing takeout from the local favorites in Blue Mountain or Collingwood, you’ll have everything you need. A drip coffee maker is provided for your morning brew, just remember to bring your favorite blend!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are provided for your stay.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, main floor

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds, main floor

Living Area: Double sofa bed, main floor

Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer available during their stay (laundry detergent is not included).

This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village on a private paved trail set up for walking and biking and centrally located near the Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves and a short drive to downtown Collingwood.

This space is perfect for both mountain lovers and those looking for a Summer getaway for adventurers looking to experience the Georgian Bay! For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Private beach tickets are also available through the Blue Mountain Site.

The pool is typically open from the first week of June until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you're curious about the pool being open!

The hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM for general swim. Adult-only swim is available 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to dusk.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

Free on-site parking is available for all guests and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

The family and I had a wonderful stay in Blue Mountain at this property! It had everything we were hoping for and more! The pool and beautiful surroundings exceeded our expectations and everything was extremely clean and in close proximity! All way good except that refused to allow me Late check in and needed change plan last minute Also refused to let me check in early as arrived around 12 PM , have to wait until 4:20 to check in and after I made a call But I really appreciated at the end of the Next time I ll book early the same property is super good and clean Thanks again

I would recommend this establishment, though the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, which was our primary concern. Upon checking in, we also noticed that the sofa bed was not clean, as there were several hairs on it. Overall, if these issues were addressed, the place would be quite pleasant, offering a quiet and beautiful environment.
