Experience life on the slopes at this newly renovated, ground floor ski in/out condo! The Chateau Ridge community backs directly onto the Happy Valley Ski Run, perfect for those who want to skip the shuttle and head straight for the slopes! Additionally, this home is conveniently located only a 4 min drive to Blue Mountain Village for restaurants, shops, and activities all year-round!

The space

Unwind in the living area, where couches surround the gas fireplace and Smart TV for nights after a day of adventure. Large windows look out to the private patio backing onto the slopes. A BBQ and muskoka chairs are available for summer cookouts.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms in this condo. Bedroom 1 features two single over double bunk beds and a smart TV, and Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The second full bathroom is adjacent to the bunk bedroom.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

We had a great time while we were out for some Spring skiing. The unit is near by the Valley Express lift, it would be harder to walk back from the lift to the unit. But if you skied down over the edge and can identify the unit it would be easier to get back. We enjoyed the space and all it has to offer.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo on blue mountain. It has been by far one of the best places I’ve stayed near blue mountain. And the accessibility of being able to ski in and out of the condo since it was right by the chairlift was very convenient. We had some minor issues with the Airbnb but PV team was super helpful in accommodating us with the issue and was also very responsive. Hoping to come back again!

Great location along the Happy Valley run. The living space was a bit smaller than some others we have stayed at in Chateau Ridge, but there was still enough comfortable seating for a family of 5 to sit and relax after skiing. Beds were comfortable and the in-floor heating in the bathrooms and main floor is a nice touch. The only issue we had was learning after we arrived that guests don’t have access to the ski locker (which was actually open, but no key). Otherwise, it was a great place to stay for a few days of skiing.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Blue Mountain! The location was super walkable—about a 15-20 min walk to the village, even in full snow gear. The place was clean and well-equipped. The fireplace was perfect after a cold day, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 8. Easy check-in and great communication from the PV Team. Would definitely recommend!

Great ski In and ski out location which is accessed from the backyard of this condo. To ski into the unit, the trail is located on the happy Valley run right after the northside transfer on the left-hand side, which will take you to a Glade run then you’ll be able to ski into the unit. Had to ask a neighbour for directions at first. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals lots of space to sit and eat very clean bedrooms and washrooms. with eight people, It does feel quite cozy, but still had space enough for everyone to do their own thing or even get together and do group activities. Definitely would stay again.
