First impression of inside was awesome, clean, big, beautiful view. But first night in the bed was horrible, cold air continuously blow air to my face even though we closed windows, and this caused room was really cold. And basement shower head was completely broken, it just drops water on me. And 7 bed room VS one full bathroom + one half washroom + one shower room doesn't really helpful for 10 family member. Building was really old and felt no one take care this house. Next time I probably not go with this house again with price I paid for. I rather go with newer house.

My friends and I rented this house for two days, but it was not what we expected. We all paid a lot of money for the rental and expected everything to be in good condition. The issues we faced included: • Broken shower in the basement • Old kitchen utensils that were unusable • No salt on the entrance steps, making it slippery and unsafe • Balcony covered in snow, making it inaccessible • Bathrooms not suitable for adults, only for children • One bedroom next to the furnace room, making it unusable due to the loud noise The only positive aspects of this house were that it was clean and close to the ski resort. My friends and I did not have a good stay here.

We appreciate you highlighting the cleanliness and convenient location, but we also take your concerns seriously. Our local team did their best to prepare the walkways, steps and balcony prior to your check-in, however, with the amount of snow we received during your stay, we expect there will be some accumulation. To assist with this, we ensure all of our chalets have shovels and salt available to help keep ahead of the weather. Regarding the noise from the furnace room, we understand how that could be disruptive, but by no means do we feel it prohibitive for guests. The same applies for the washrooms - they are a standard size washroom and are intended for all ages. We will, however, have our Team review the kitchenware at this property to ensure it is adequate for future guests. A quick note on pricing of the chalet - most owners and operators of short term accommodations in Blue Mountain utilize dynamic pricing for their properties. This means that when there is a high demand, the nightly rates for accommodations are higher. As your stay took place in the peak of the Winter season, the demand for this chalet was high and this impacted the overall price. With that said, the pricing of this chalet was in line with other comparable properties. Overall, Mohammed, we sincerely apologize that your stay was not as expected. I loved our stay here. I came here with my friends to go skiing in blue, the mountain was 3 minutes from the house! The living room view was the mountain, it was amazing. The place was clean, it had a sauna and a ping pong table which was so fun! So many bedrooms and a beautiful living room / kitchen. The most ideal house for a ski trip with lots of friends :) will definitely be staying here again

The place was great, accomodated the whole family. The furnitures need repairs an. There is 1 full washroom ,1 powder room & 1 shower room. The top bunk beds in the basement are not comfortable to sleep. They shiuld move it to the 2nd level rpoms. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

My family’s New Year’s Eve stay in Blue Mountain was truly the experience thanks to our lovely accommodations. So spacious for 4 adult families (including a baby), with great amenities (sauna, ping pong table). Walkable distance to Blue Mountain village. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Easy communication and great location - only 4 minutes away from the Blue Mountain village! Although the listing showed 2.5 bathrooms, there were only 2 bathrooms (one full bathroom, and one powder room on the top floor. One shower only in the basement). This made it a little inconvenient with our large group, however we were able to manage. The sofa’s were worn out, one was missing the back cushion of the seat, and another was falling apart - we avoided sitting on that side in order to stay away from causing further damage. The management was quick to respond, we managed to have a great stay despite some minor inconveniences.

Great place for a big group. Plenty of beds and everything was generally clean. Really great location close to the beach and village and my group had a great time. Hosts were friendly and gave clear instructions. There was a lack of enough necessities such as utensils, TP, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. but that was an easy fix after a trip to the grocery store. Overall I would say it was a good stay.

We were unaware that this property was a duplex. However it worked out fine and was more than spacious for our large group. We also had some minor issues with the property not being cleaned properly but the host was super responsive and super nice about it and addressed our concerns. The host was great to work with.

The chalet was spacious and had ample sleeping space! A great view of the hills (albeit no snow on them in late April!), a short walk to the village, and of course... a great sauna! Would definitely recommend if you have a large group looking to enjoy the area in any season!

This space was in a very convenient place near the mountain. Lots of space in the main living area, and the sauna is great. However, - The top left burner on the stove does not heat up at all, and the other burners took a very long time to heat things up. Even on high heat, it took us a very long time to make scrambled eggs. -My group had issues with the faucets not being long enough for the sinks and found it hard to wash our hands in the washrooms. -TV was not mounted like in pictures. It rested on a table with many messy wires attached to it that were hanging from above -ceilings were VERY low for the bunk beds, the pictures make it look better but people could barely get to the top bunk. The listing also didnt show a picture of the room with the worst top bunk space (i could not go up and i'm 5'3)

Regarding the kitchen, we've had our pest control specialist into the unit several times after your stay. The pests resemble cockroaches in appeaarance, but have been determined to be box elder beetles. They are a seasonal pest native to the area which can unfortunately be found in older, wooden, chalet style buildings. While we of course regret that these pests were found during your stay, our specialist has treated the home to prevent them from returning. We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay regardless and if you stay with us again, our local team will always happily assist with any issues when notified. We hope to see you again soon!

A large great open concept space with very communicative hosts. They were flexible enough to allow us to check out slightly later since we were supporting a full cleaning. Overall, the unit was incredibly spacious, and in a great location, which allowed us to visit Blue Mountain. Would definitely recommend.

Place was good roomie just as advertised cleaning service left a lot to be desired stains on the sheets blankets in the cupboards that were extra for you to use smelled like they were never washed. Mice droppings underneath the cupboard should have been cleaned up so they were not visible also a lot of ice on the front entrance, that salt could not even remove very danger And the stairs going down to the basement and up to the third floor. Very very slippery as we had a very bad accident when we were there, somebody fell down the stairs no alcohol involved at all just the stairs were so slippery.

We are very sorry to hear of the accident on the stairs, this is not an issue that has been brought to our attention previously, but we will review it with our homeowner. Great home… 3 levels. Lots of space, had 11 adults and never felt crowded. Great dining room table for all of us to play cards. Nice view of the mountains. Very quiet area and close to the blue mountain village. Walkable within 20 minutes, few minute drive. Nice and clean.

Great location and was close to Blue Mountain resort and village! Had a large group stay and we were very satisfied with the space. Overall cleanliness was great but could be improved. The kitchen drawers need to be fixed as they were hard to open and some parts of the house does need to be fixed up but generally, we enjoyed our stay!

The place was spacious and clean. The upstairs dining/family area is well-suited to everybody being able to spend time together in the same area, with a big dining table, ample comfy seating and lots of room. The house heats and cools well. The kitchen has lots of dishes but didn’t have enough supplies to properly cook - for example, there are no cookie sheets, no oven mitts, the only spatula was a huge sharp BBQ spatula. The only toiletry provided was cheap shampoo; no shower soap/body wash or conditioner, and only 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for the entire house. Despite these small things our family enjoyed our stay. The sauna is clean and lovely, the ping pong table provided lots of entertainment, and there were lots of towels and blankets provided. The location is good and it was very quiet, and the hosts were communicative. We would stay here again.

It was described as 2.5 bath, however it has only 1 full bath with attached washroom, and 1 bath at sauna and one washroom at first floor, we expected 2.5 bath would be 2 full baths with attached washrooms and one separate washroom, also TV is not smart tv, and difficult to browse, tv display was also not working. Facility is spacious, bbq is not cleaned before handing over to us, kitchen, washrooms, and facility was well cleaned. It’s near to blue mountains.

We hope the photos in the listing help with the bathroom configuration: 1 x full bath with toilet and tub and 1 x half bath with just a toilet on the main level and 1 x stand up shower and sauna on the lower level. The property manager was great to deal with, very organized and prompt. We didn't experience any issues during our stay. The chalet itself wasn't spectacular. It is an old property and could use some investment to maintain it better. For example, the basement showerhead was broken, and when used, water sprayed everywhere. We didn't use it after the first time. The door to one of the rooms wouldn't shut properly, and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the hallway lights. The bathroom door didn't have a lock on it, and there was no plug to create a bath for the kids. Some of the kitchen amenities were lacking; I'm used to seeing cooking oil, sugar, salt and pepper as a basic amenity. This unit had some old salt and pepper only. The stove isn't great and could use replacing. Hot water worked well though, and that's most important. Layout was great and fresh sheets/towels were appreciated. Great location close to Blue Mountain. Great for casual stay with a chalet vibe.
