Immerse yourself in the heart of Collingwood's historic downtown, where the town's top shopping and dining spots are literally steps away. 146 Hurontario offers the perfect four-season living experience, with Georgian Bay only a 5-minute walk and Blue Mountain Village just a 15-minute drive away. This convenient downtown condo for two is the perfect base for a weekend away or for business travellers.

The Space

As you walk in, you’re greeted with the open concept kitchen and living space. The living area features a comfortable couch facing the Roku smart TV. The modern kitchen is equipped for the nights you’re not at one of Collingwood’s delicious restaurants. Cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and a Keurig coffee maker are supplied; just bring your food, coffee pods, and spices/oil! Garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap and towels, etc are also supplied.

In the bedroom, there is a comfortable queen size bed and a clothing rack with hangers. The closet has an iron and ironing board.

Across the street is one of our favourite spots, the 1858 Caesar Bar! Within a 5-minute walk, you'll have access to trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes like Prime Seven Nine, Fig & Feta, Low Down, Sushi Hon, and Gibson & Co. You're also steps away from the Gayety Theatre known for hosting concerts, and only a 5-minute walk from the Collingwood Hockey Arena. For groceries, Loblaws and Giant Tiger are conveniently located within a short 5-minute walk as well.

Other details to note

Please note that this unit does not include free parking and will require guests to use paid street parking or municipal parking lots. Parking is enforced Monday - Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm (Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays are free). During these times, side street and municipal parking lots have a rate of $0.75 cents per hour, equalling $7.50 per day. We recommend parking on the side streets or municipal lots, as the main street (Hurontario) has a 3 hour maximum. All other public parking is unlimited.

Our stay at Property Valet's condo downtown Collingwood was great from start to finish. Entrance to the build and the unit via the app was easy to setup and for those that don't wish dabble in the app, they offered a physical card pickup from their office just steps down the street. Everything was very clean up on arrival and the space was modern and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of Autumn adventures. The fact that it was pet friendly was also a huge plus, and allowed us to have a balanced getaway with our pup. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore downtown Collingwood and nearby areas (Blue Mountain, Wasaga, Scandinave Spa, etc.)

This place is AMAZING! The location is within walking distance of many accessible facilities. Not to mention just a 15-20 drive from Blue Mountain! The place is VERY clean. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Despite that it didn’t have a closet, they did provide a rack in the bedroom to hang our stuff. They have great and easy flexibility for check in options. Their response times were detailed and provided in a timely manner.

I would want to rate my overall stay with the PV Team a 3.5-4 stars. The space was actually beautiful, minimalist but elegant. Every corner were “picture perfect”, however there were issues encountered while staying in the unit. Upon arrival, there were no internet connection until the second day in the afternoon, worst part is that we have bad reception with our cellular provider as well so we can’t connect to our family back home, though they mentioned to us about the issue before arrival, it was still very inconvenient. The second and very frustrating issue was there were no hot water and the shower was very slow-flowing knowing that Collingwood is a very cold area. Maintenance came in the 2nd day but still wasn’t fix. Nevertheless, the communication with the PV team was great, they respond right away, the check in was vey smooth. The 3 day stay in this unit was still okay, restaurants nearby and coffee shops are amazing!!
