Great place overall! Perfect spot for all the downtown shops, cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities. The only pain point was the parking - while the owners gave us ideas of where to park, nowhere was 24 hour parking (atleast in the winter) & they did not know of where we could. We ended up calling the city and inquiring if there were any 24 hour lots, and they mentioned we could apply for an overnight parking pass online and get it approved instantly, which allowed us to park overnight in the municipal lots. Knowing this information before hand would have been great, but the team wasnt aware of it to tell us. Thankfully we arrived on a weekday before 4:30 before the towns office closed to do it, but if you’re arriving after 4:30 or on a weekend, maybe do it ahead of time. We would definitely stay again!

Mitchell, We are so sorry to hear that our communication was lacking in that department. I'm the Guest Communication Supervisor and I was not aware that this was an option that the town had introduced, hence why it was not shared with you. I truly apologize that you had to find this info out yourself. We always try to update the parking information for our Collingwood Boutique hotels as soon as things are changed or introduced but it's clear this was missed! A great location on the downtown strip of Collingwood. For being on the main road it was very quiet. A really nice and well thought out space. My wife and I loved our stay here, and we would definitely return!

This is a great location in downtown Collingwood. Great access to Blue Mountain during the day then access to great shopping and local restaurants at night within walking distance. The accommodation is exactly like the pictures. It is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed Bocada, Curly Willow, Duncan’s Cafe, Huron Club, Prime 7 9 and 1858 Caesar Bar is a good place for cocktails. There are many other restaurants that we will be back to try nice time. Great area and highly recommend.

Stayed for the weekend and it was in the perfect location, at the centre of main street Collingwood. There were multiple cafes, restaurants and shops just steps from the front door. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with the bed being very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The property was centrally located and close to restaurants and bars. Check out the Caesar bar and the Hidden Hare for a beverage. For supper, check out Tremont Cafe.

Spent a week in Collingwood and this venue couldn’t have been better. Its location is in the downtown district where I had access to all I needed. What’s more, access to hiking and biking routes are all within walking distance. The suite was impeccably clean and cozy, and the Property Valet team were always friendly and easy to communicate with.

Exactly as shown in posting . communicated well with us throughout stay . Very comfortable bed & linens . very clean . AC worked well. Some stairs to climb ( no elevator ) . Perfect location too , walked to a few great restaurants . Street parking free 6pm -8am , after that very low cost . Will certainly recommend & stay again !

A well appointed Airbnb that was clean, very comfortable and in an excellent location! The only small issue was the noise from an adjacent unit, which could be attributed to the people staying there. Overall, it was excellent and I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was great about the stay except the fire alarm is very sensitive and was set off by the toaster even when nothing burned. Left us very embarrassed in our PJs in front of Collingwood Fire Chief on a Sunday morning! Otherwise everything was perfect

Perfect location for staying in Collingwood. The unit is new and clean as well as modern. There were options for gaining access and the check in was super easy. If we had a question or concern, they responded very fast. We would stay again!

Best location to enjoy all of Collingwood. Right down town on hurontario with the best restaurants and shops only a few steps away. Very modern and well kept space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Collingwood.
