Parking - Please Read:

There is one dedicated parking space behind the building available for free. Please note, this space is small and may not accommodate larger vehicles. A photo is shown in the listing.

The Space

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living area. The comfortable living space features a sofa facing the Roku smart TV, and views of historic Collingwood.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those evenings when you want to stay in. It includes all the essentials: cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and a Keurig coffee maker—just bring your groceries, coffee pods, and any seasonings you like! We've also stocked essentials such as garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and towels for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 features a comfy king size bed, and bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms are complete with a clothing rack and hangers. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience. There is one full bathroom in this unit with a shower.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find trendy restaurants, bars, and cafes like Prime Seven Nine, Fig & Feta, Low Down, Sushi Hon, and Gibson & Co. You’re also steps from the Gayety Theatre, known for live performances, and the Collingwood Hockey Arena is just around the corner. For groceries, Loblaws and Giant Tiger are conveniently located within a short 5-minute walk.

Winter Overnight Parking Restrictions (Downtown Collingwood)

Parking on Town roadways is prohibited between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 1 to March 31 (previously December 1 to March 31). This change supports earlier winter snow clearing operations and helps maintain safe road conditions during early-season storms.

Hurontario St parking (downtown): $1.50 per hour, 3 hour maximum

Municipal Lot and Side Street parking: $1.00 per hour, prohibited between 1:00am and 7:00am

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, a great size and easy to access. Communication with the host was fantastic and our check in/out experience was seamless. We really appreciated that this property was pet friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit collingwood.

My husband and I had a great stay with Property Valet Team. The condo is in a perfect location nestled in the middle of restaurants and shops and a quick walk to the bay. The place was spotless, modern, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room has ample of seating for 2 couples (we were there with our friends). The 2 bedrooms are a good size and provided privacy for everyone. We highly recommend this place and will be back when we visit Collingwood again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The space was spotless, and the PV team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We also loved the location right in the downtown core, with so many great restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommend!

Hi Juan, we apologize that the pillows were not neatly organized on the bed at your arrival. This was a miss on our end. We are not aware of any other missed items with the housekeeping as this is the only one you had brought to our attention. As for the parking space, it was really unfortunate that an unknown vehicle wrongfully parked in your space at first. While it was beyond our control, we understand how frustrating this must have been. We hope you were able to have a great time despite these noted issues.

The location was perfect for us. We brought our dog and walked to the waterfront every day. Take out, coffee and thrifting were all super close. The king size bed was just right and the location is quiet which was a bit unexpected especially since it’s right on the Main Street. Great place to stay……we’ll be back!

Unit was nice and clean. But I found difficult to have to climb up 18 stairs every time we went out. No elevator means a non return for me. Sorry.

A beautiful clean apartment. The location was in a quiet area yet right downtown Collingwood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Our goal was to have a quiet relaxing Mother-Daughter time. We were 15 minutes away from Blue Mountain. We had looked at staying there, and glad we did not as it was noisy and busy, a great place to spend the day but it was nice to retreat to our quiet apartment.

Very easy to work with team, very responsive to my needs and questions. Centrally located so easy to get around. Area comments: Very nice Sat morning farmers market down the street. Lots of dog friendly patios in the area, check out side streets for more restaurants and shops. 1858 restaurant across the street is extremely friendly, 50+ cesears with good food. Side note Bank ATM (Scotia/TD) down the street were only available during business hrs (odd).

We had a great week in Collingwood, staying at Unit 5. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the apartment was new, decorated to a high standard and cozy. The building is on the high street. Here you will find great coffee, local Craft Beer and great independent shops and restaurants We loved the location and, even though it is situated on the main road, we were not disturbed by the traffic and always felt safe. Collingwood is a great base to explore the lakes or to share time with your family. The Team at PV were always responsive. We needed a shower repair and all was fixed immediately. Great customer service.

We had a nice stay… up to date decor and comfortable setting. The stairs were good exercise and maybe we should have packed light. My mother is 82 and she did well with the stairs. Very comfortable stay.

Recommend parking in the municipal lot. There is no physical area for paying with credit or bills. Strictly QR code during the hours of 8am-6pm M-F or coins only. Minor detail. Apartment was clean and cozy with comfy beds and linens. Lots of kitchen amenities!
