L'attention porté à avoir des bacs de jouets pour les enfants à été TRÈS apprécié. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. Il est également très bien équipé, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Gros plus : un petit coin dédié aux enfants, idéal pour les familles ! Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et disponibles quand nous avions des questions. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et reviendrons avec plaisir.

The house was as described. It was clean and beautiful, well stocked and easy to access. However; the living room area would vibrate all the time. We weren’t sure if it was a AC/ heater issue but it felt like a train was driving by all the time. In addition, upstairs would get so hot at night in the two smaller bedrooms you would wake up in a sweat. The second night we left all the doors open in the hallway and it was still the same thing, one of our friends ended up sleeping on the couch both nights because it was unbearable. We had the temperature at 70 degrees so maybe it was on a preprogrammed timer but we couldn’t fix it ourselves.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and spacious. There were many cool things, like a games cupboard, access to a hot tub and fire pit. There is also a volleyball net. The master suite is huge! The shower is amazing! It says it sleeps 8 but that’s if people sleep on the couch. My mom (senior) ended up sleeping on the couch and said it wasn’t bad, not uncomfortable but it is hard to get the linens on as it’s not your typical pull out. When we wanted to use the fire pit but it was out of propane someone came to replace the tank the next day. There is many types of coffee makers (drip, k cup and a french press) there are a handful of k cups available and a lot of tea and sugar (also a kettle). If you are big coffee drinkers you will want to bring your own coffee but it’s nice that there is a handful of k cups available. Over all we had a great stay. The house is nicely decorated, very clean with lots of fun activities for the whole family.

This was a great place to stay, lots of room, lots of dishes and cups, all the tools you needed for cooking. It had a nice back yard and the hut tub was great for four. The bedrooms were roomy and the three bathrooms are very nice for four people. The table sits eight which is awesome as well. It is also close to the local golf courses. Would absolutely recommend.

Upon entering the house, we thought the main level was just as it was pictured and nicely decorated. However, we did find that there was a very strong smell of wet dog throughout the main level, which was definitely not very welcoming. I thought this was strange that the house would smell like this considering no pets are allowed. We tried to close the master bedroom door at night time and the door would not close. It’s damaged so it does not close properly. Although there is a hot tub outside, there’s really no privacy around you… And it just feels much too open and not very cozy. We noticed in the corners of the master bathroom shower there is mould growing. We also noticed there were stains on the wall in the powder room of the main level. Location was great - close to Blue Mountain village and the spa we went too. Just overall not worth almost $500 per night with all fees included. Was disappointing.

We were surprised by your mention of a wet dog smell, as both the guests who stayed immediately before and after your visit did not note any odour, and as you mentioned, pets are not allowed. That said, we absolutely take your experience seriously and have since followed up with our Housekeeping team to ensure everything meets our standards. Regarding the master bedroom door and the shower corners, we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. The shower has since been deep cleaned and the door has been fixed. As for the yard and hot tub area, we understand that preferences around privacy can vary. The listing photos are intended to accurately reflect the outdoor setup, including surrounding properties, but we’re always open to feedback about how we can improve clarity for future guests. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate you highlighting areas where we can improve. We do hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

The PV Team was very proactive in providing communication about the property. The property was very well maintained and clean, well stocked with all the kitchen amenities you’d need as well as linens and towels.

3 Bedroom places with a private hot tub are hard to find at Blue Mountain. Loved these amenities and the condo was a short drive to Blue Mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

The PV team are fantastic hosts, we stayed at one of their properties in Collingwood as a group of 8. The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. There was everything and more provided to you in this house, toiletries, laundry, kitchenware, books, boardgames and games for children, Netflix , Roku TV and other streaming services as well as a perfectly maintained hot tub. The PV team was super responsive whenever we had a question usually responding within 45-60 minutes. 10/10 experience and we will be booking again with them! Thank you so much.

Highly recommend this spot for Blue Mountain. Spacious, clean, and cozy! The PV Team were also super responsive and helpful, making our stay perfect. We will definitely come back next winter season.

The space is beautiful and fantastic for a group gathering. The biggest issue was that it lists 8 guests, 5 beds but that is including a pull out which hotels call it out as a pull out. For the price, everyone should get a proper bed. We were a party of 7. Wouldn’t be such an issue if the pullout was high quality.

However, it states both in the listing description and "where you'll sleep" section, the exact bed configuration by room, including the living room pull out couch. Sofa beds being counted as beds on a listing is how Airbnb's system works, and any sofa bed indicated at the property counts toward the total number of beds. Due to this, we feel the listing accurately portrays the home you rented. As for the quality, this is the first we've heard this feedback but will certainly consider this when it is time to make upgrades in the future. Thanks again for staying with us.

The stay started off disorganized. The team sent automated messages about services and instructions, but they seemed uninformed about what they were sending. For example, I received an offer for an early check-out discount, but when I inquired, they said it wasn’t available. After sharing a screenshot, they replied, “Let me check with management—I wasn’t aware” Upon arrival, another family was mistakenly sent to our BnB, which added unnecessary stress. Throughout the stay, communication was inconsistent. Every question required checking with management, and even when they promised a reply in 1-2 days, I had to follow up to get answers. The house was as pictured and mostly clean, but note that toiletries are limited to a mini-sized 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, with no body wash provided. Thank you for discounting the cleaning fee due to these issues. I hope this serves as constructive feedback: better communication and team coordination. Note: short check out to do list 👍🏻

We reviewed our Team's communication with you and could not agree more that the level of service provided was far from optimal. Please accept our apologies for this service issue. We pride ourselves in our Guest communication and consistently score very high in reviews, but acknowledge this was not your experience. We found that the team member assigned to your communication was a recent hire who was experiencing a high volume of work during your check-in. While the check-in mixup was quickly resolved, we understand this wasn't the way you wanted to start your vacation. To ensure this doesn't happen again, we paired our new team member with a mentor and have extended their training period. On the topic of communication. We are required to escalate all compensation requests to our Management team. We understand that in real time these delays can be frustrating, but we try very hard to minimize these wait times. We acknowledge that while the holiday season is a very busy time for us, our service level has to be better. At the very least, any delays should have been better communicated to you. Thanks for your honest feedback Samantha. We appreciate it and only take it as constructive. We certainly hope to host you again in the future.

This property is 100% fantastic! Hosts are super fast responsive. The property is spotless, pristine clean and stocked above and beyond expectations. An absolutely lovely family getaway pre-Christmas. We would highly recommend this property and these hosts.
