Welcome to your centrally located mountain escape, perfectly positioned on the Monterra Golf Course and steps from the Blue Mountain Village, slopes, and Conference Centre. This recently renovated, spacious 2-bedroom corner unit backs onto the 18th hole, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy a premier location with year-round access to the shared hot tub and the refreshing Rivergrass pool in the summer. It’s the ultimate retreat for groups and families.

This bright and quiet getaway features an open-concept living area designed for ultimate relaxation. After a day on the mountain, sink into the cozy seating to enjoy a movie on the large TV or warm up by the glow of the gas fireplace. The space is bathed in natural light from expansive windows, offering sweeping views of the Monterra Golf Course.

Kitchen and Dining

The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white marble-style countertops, and stylish sage cabinetry, making it a dream for home-cooked meals. This culinary space flows seamlessly into a sun-filled dining area, where a large wooden table sits under a contemporary chandelier, perfect for gathering the whole group. Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided (please bring beach towels for pool/hot tub). Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!
