I stayed at Property Valet Team's condo in Blue Mountain, Ontario, for my bachelorette trip, and overall, it was a great experience! The location was perfect- just a short walk to Blue Mountain Village, which made it extremely easy to pop into town for food, drinks, and activities. The condo itself was easy to find and check into, which made arriving stress-free. The hosts were fantastic- very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. For the price, we felt it was a good value! Inside, everything felt clean and well-kept, except for the noticeably dirty floors- we all had black feet from walking around barefoot. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. There was also some construction going on around the condo, which wasn’t the nicest to look at, but it didn’t interfere with our trip at all. All in all, it was a lovely stay and a great home base for a fun weekend in Blue Mountain! Would stay again!

Great location and layout for our group. Super walkable to the village and mountain activities. Had an issue of unscheduled construction at the complex happening into the late night/ early morning but the host was understanding and quickly helped to make it right. Highly recommend!

Great location, 2 minutes walk to the ski lifts, 5 minutes to the village. Supper friendly staff. Could see the lifts from the living room window. Very clean suite, towels and bed sheets were new and smell fresh. Mattresses were comfortable. Warm and cozy. Sleeps 8 with no problem. Everything was satisfactory. The apartment can use a new toaster & kettle.

The location is the only redeeming quality of this rental. Beyond that, it was a series of disappointments. Our 13-year-old found a dozen condoms in the bedside drawer (yes, really). When we contacted the host, they said they’d notify the cleaning crew, but nothing was done all weekend. The kitchen plugs didn’t work, forcing us to toast bread in the living room. Basics like coffee pods, salt, or pepper weren’t provided—we even had to buy our own shakers. The cookware was such poor quality that cooking became frustrating. The master bed’s headboard banged against the wall with the slightest movement, waking the whole house. Pillows were paper-thin and uncomfortable. The ensuite’s jetted tub was unusable because the plug didn’t work—so much for a relaxing bath after skiing. The broken blow dryer meant everyone had to use the one in the ensuite. We requested a late check-out and were initially asked to pay $50 for an extra hour, desp

It is clear that the home was not properly prepared prior to your arrival. Regarding our communication, we are sorry to hear that you felt that items were left unaddressed. Based on the conversation history, we were under the impression that a path forward had been mutually agreed upon, however, it is clear that was not the case. For that we apologize. It is unfortunate that some of your feedback was not brought up during your stay as we would have been happy to address them in-stay - specifically the kitchen outlets (verified operational), coffee pods and salt and pepper. Clean, comfortable place with an outstanding location. We had two families (group of 7) stay here for an early-March ski weekend and had a great time! There was some construction going on at the time but that was clearly noted in the description and proactively communicated. Other than being a little difficult to find the unit when we first arrived, it didn't cause us any grief. Would gladly stay here again!

Great ski condo for two families! Spent two days skiing and was a perfect space. Short walks to magic carpet, lift, and village. With the construction, it took a minute to find the right unit, but management was very quick to respond and provide help finding the entrance. We would definitely return!

The stay itself was good - however, the binder indicated $50 for a lost parking pass. Upon the owner not finding the pass we left behind, they texted me saying they were going to charge me $400. I asked why considering they stated $50 and they said their fee went up. After openly adopting false advertising, they actually turned around and charged me $500, even more than their original false advertised amount. I wouldnt recommend as they ignored my communication and are clearly sketchy individuals who disregard morals.

Excellent location, walking distance to the village. Clean, clutter free BnB. Slightly dated outdoor staircase leading to the apartment, but not horrible. Only downfall were ants in the apartment, which we understood based on location. Suggest traps or some other form of control should be used. Overall great experience and lovely stay.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in this unit and certainly understand your comment about the outside staircase! There are ongoing upgrades and improvements happening to the exterior of this complex. While we manage this unit for vacation rentals, the construction, upkeep, and exterior is handled entirely by the condo corporation. We have since placed out additional ant traps and will continue to monitor this. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to Blue again!

I feel for the price, especially out-of-season, the property was over-priced considering the unfinished decorating of the property and the construction site across the way. Also the following: The headboard of the main bed was not fixed correctly and made terrible noise at every movement The mold around the jets of the main bathtub didn't make it appealing to use. The use of rub off chalk around the property and trying to keep children away was difficult The constant powertools mid week was also very unpleasant. However, the price is spacious, clean (expect one area), very comfy beds and sofa, nice tv and would be a great location in season and minus the builders. I would come back to this property once the above was fixed as it was great for a family and very close to the shops and main sites.

Additionally, we understand the new build across the street can be slightly disruptive. Once completed, the view will be beautiful! The bedrooms are really cold and all thermostats are taped over, there are drywall Reno’s in progress in the entry hall and one bathroom. Hot water isn’t working well. Clean and location is good.

The ones that are covered control the baseboard heaters which are decommissioned as the unit is heated via forced air. All units are checked for guest readiness prior to arrival and we can confirm the heat was working correctly. Our call centre is available 24 hours a day to assist with any questions during your stay. You are right, the unit is undergoing a little bit of upgrade at the moment – the governing condo corporation has recently replaced insulation for several of the Cachet Crossing units. Location is perfect and the best part of this unit, just a few minute walk to the Village and right at the bottom of the ski lift. Everything is as advertised - clean and comfortable. We comfortably fit our family of four plus grandparents in the unit. One note is it’s on the second floor with no elevator (or maybe we couldn’t find it?) so something to think about for parties with accessibility issues. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at 201. It's a perfect spot, close to the resort and to the lifts. The parking spot was very close to the apartment too. The home was very clean, warm, and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was lovely. We had chosen to take extra clothes as we knew there were no washing facilities on site. Overall our experience was wonderful and we would stay there again.

We arrived for a quick 2 night ski-stay. The place was ready on time and check in was easy. Skiing access is footsteps away and so is the village life. Always enjoyable when the vehicle stays parked until it is time to go home. Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Blue Mountain experience!

Great location, check in, and communication with host. A few discrepancies in furniture photos - different couches, which makes living room extremely tight. Sliding door didn’t lock in bedroom, and bins of dirty cleaning supplies (towels, etc) were left in front entry way as we entered the unit.

This was a great place to stay as a family. Lots of bedroom space for quiet times but also enough space for games and chilling.

Our family of five stayed at this location over the recent Thanksgiving weekend. The location was great and conveniently located near the village, and although the unit appeared to be well used, it was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although we didn't use the bunk beds (kids are too old) there would be room for 6 kids to sleep comfortably and a nice sized bedroom with ensuite for parents.

The condo was much nicer than expected. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We were provided all necessary steps to check in easily. There were absolutely no issues with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice weekend away!

The AirBnB was ready when we got there and we were met by the host to walkthrough a few details about our stay. Questions were answered promptly and greeting/leaving messages were sent with important reminders and other information. Everything we needed was provided and handled quickly. Most impressed with communication with the property manger . She was extremely helpful in many regards . Location was perfect . Unit was basic Level/ not a luxury property however it was well stocked with what was needed for a weeks stay woth kids and a large family .

The location of the apartment is excellent, right next to the village! The apartment is very well stocked, the kitchen is fully loaded and very comfortable to cook in! PropertyValet does an excellent job of responding to every text, and I am very appreciative of that. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick resolution to any question or issue that arose during our stay.

PERFECT LOCATION! I visited Blue Mountain with my family of 5 and we fit very comfortably throughout the condo. It is spacious, clean, well decorated and a 1 minute walk to the center of the village. Lots of restaurants and activities in the area. Highly recommend
