Votre location Blue Mountain offre une vie facile sur un seul étage avec deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée. La première contient un lit queen-size avec vue matinale sur le parcours de golf à travers la grande fenêtre. En passant devant la salle de bain quatre pièces, vous trouverez une autre chambre spacieuse contenant deux lits jumeaux avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. À l'étage, vous trouverez la suite principale avec lit king-size et une salle de bain trois pièces. Les clients de cette chambre peuvent profiter du lever du soleil sur le parcours de golf et l'étang. Le canapé du salon est un lit queen-size pour un couchage supplémentaire. Suggest to leave some coffee and tea for next guests. The coffee maker had to be cleaned out as it was left dirty and we purchased some coffee pucks for the machine. Maybe it was listed in your description but this was the first time that I went anywhere that did not have coffee or tea at least. The rate was fair but the additional fees were really high. Also, it needs a little maintenance - for example the dining room chairs are all stained. Maybe the best solution is to purchase new ones that can be easily cleaned and wiped.

I stayed here with my husband and baby boy and the house was beautiful. Great large windows which I loved. Master bedroom very spacious and had carpet upstairs which I loved and up the stairs for my little one to crawl up easily. There was a bbq on the balcony we cooked some chicken and hung out. The view from the bedroom and living room was just so beautiful. I had an issue with the night stand lamp and immediately they solved my problem and brought me a new one for me to use at night to feed my baby. I will definitely chose to revisit there home when I visit blue mountain.

Loved the view and location. Positive: It was spacious and only a few minutes walk to the village. Negative: Some towels were stained and kitchen cabinets were sticky. There was no washing machine or dryer.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go. Nice bright townhome, looked like the photos. It’s an easy walk to the village, clean and quiet with plenty of room for our family of six. Not super luxurious but comfortable enough for sure. Ours was a short stay so we didn’t cook but the small kitchen seemed adequately equipped with basics. Only drawback is it’s expensive but let’s face it, everything at Blue Mountain is a bit overpriced. We’re still happy we stayed here.

Really close to the mountain, plenty of parking available, so didn’t need to fight for one in the resort parking lot and just walk to the ski resort. Amazing views from the rooms. Living room is huge and a great place to hang out with friends and family. Fully equipped kitchen was a great to have.

Surroundings are great and the property has amazing views of the mountain and golf course. I would recommend bringing the bare essentials if you are planning to cook (all they had was salt and pepper). There wasn't any cleaning products or coffee. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

Rivergrass Home Blue Mountain Ontario Positive: Well furnished and good location across Blue Mountain Resort within walking distance. Cozy with golf course and Blue Mountain view. Negative: Pet-free unit but there's some pet hairs around the unit in several corners. Otherwise it's excellent for family vacation.

Everything was exactly as described. This was our first experience with the service and they were extremely communicative and helpful. The unit was clean, gorgeous views and has everything one needs. Only drawback if one could call it that… the entry staircase is very steep. With rain and or trying to navigate dogs on leash it could perhaps be treacherous.

Spacious & Convenient

Lots of room for a family plus taking pets is a big bonus. Kitchen could use a few more pots, extra cutlery, etc. But overall, clean, lots of room to hang and very close to the village.

This is a great place to stay if visiting Blue Mountain and visiting the village is on your schedule. Very close to the ski hill and all the shops and restaurants in the village. Ample space for up to eight people. Located in a very quiet and calm neighbourhood. The rental was clean and well kept without any extra clutter.

We stayed for my daughter’s name day and we wish we booked a longer stay! Everything was so amazing. Great location and great space. Literally a 5 minute walk from blue mountain village and the hills. Home was very clean, it was also well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

We had a blast staying at this Air Bnb at Blue Mountain. The place e was clean and tidy. It had the basic utilities that a family will need and require for a quick weekend get away. More towels and more coffee would have been appreciated.

Overpriced for a place that didn't have a working bbq or fire place as stated. I spent 2 days out of the "four" days in constant communication with these people and listening skills are not great. We moved the sofa to find dirt and mess from previous people. They also entered the property in our absence without letting us know. We were honest with them about a dining chair that got caught in the rain on the balcony and instead of letting it dry they wanted to charge me 80 bucks. They're taking the piss to be honest. Never again

Rachel, thank you for providing this review. We are sorry to hear you had a less than perfect experience. Finding any dirt or mess after we have been in to clean and check for guest readiness is understandably cause for dissatisfaction. This has been addressed with our team. During that readiness check, the BBQ was working and had two full propane tanks available for you. I was happy to hear that our Operations Manager was able to promptly stop by to explain how to use it. This was the same person who entered your unit after written approval to check the fireplace, as requested. We understand sometimes items get damaged and we are always happy to work with guests to find a solution. It is our responsibility to ensure that both our clients’ properties are extremely well looked after and so are our guests.

The stay was amazing! The views from the place were relaxing. What really sealed the deal was that it was really close everything. I would definitely recommend this airbnb. Can't wait for furture stays here again!

Very clean, great view and location. I was expecting to use the pool as I saw in the ad and having a pool was my main priority but it was closed. Apparently the pool is closed until June and I didn’t know cause it wasn’t in the ad or brought to my attention anyhow. It was a hot day in may and my guests and I could very much enjoy the pool as we were promised.

AMAZING location to the Village. The space is perfect if you want separate bedrooms but still have areas to relax together - dinning and living room. Overall really happy with it . Does need some improvements - added seating in living room, deep clean. Does say it comes with shampoo and conditioner but hotel size so bring your own if staying longer than a day.

Beautiful place and fantastic location to walk over to Blue Mountain Village (10 min walk). The views are beautiful of the mountains and the morning sunrise from the living room is amazing. Great for families. A few things could use improving. The front door doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked. Super annoying. And the living room needs another couch or a few chairs. It’s not comfy enough for more than 2-3 people.

Wknd stay over March break

Very well located property (5min walk to the village), with views of the mountain. The property has a comfortable main room with a small (but well stocked kitchen), large table that sits 8 people comfortably. The gas fire place warms up the room. Wish it had a few more sports channels, stayed in one day because it was raining (but we weren't there to watch tv). Beds are comfortable (1 queen, and a room with 2 singles on the main floor with a full bathroom...upstairs a king bed and another full bathroom). Overall a well layed out place. A bbq would be nice, and just some odds and ends around the house need to be fixed. We really enjoyed our stay (two families, 4 adults and 4 kids) Thanks again!

Unit was not prepared for rental guests. Furnace did not work, unit was cold. No window covering to provide proper privacy in living room. The unit needs great attention before renting to other guests. Rental property staff were attentive and location is excellent

Worst Customer service and property

Let me start with my check in . I had to wait there for 20 mins as the door code was not working and i tried calling the customer care . No response after leaving couple voice mails we got call back for door code and then we opened the door . First thing i notice is the dust the house was so dusty and beds sheets were so dusty . Wifi was not working for our full stay . Some towels were kept on the bed but rest were just thrown in the cupboard unorgainzed . According to the property there were 2 washroom . 1 washroom was good to use 2nd was basically useless we could’nt take shower in it as the water was going outside the shower area and was useless could’nt use it we were 6 people had so issues bcoz of washroom . Once i went to master bedroom it was horrible dust at every single was bed was not properly placed and was so dirty . The kitchen had a dishwasher was not workinb until someone had to come fix it . Main lobby had no curtains but had wide windows! no privacy . I went for my first anniversary celebration but it was a mistake choosing this place . I hope they do some changes . If not would never recommend this place . Tried to reach out to the host never replies if they do may be after a day .

Suggest to leave some coffee and tea for next guests. The coffee maker had to be cleaned out as it was left dirty and we purchased some coffee pucks for the machine. Maybe it was listed in your description but this was the first time that I went anywhere that did not have coffee or tea at least. The rate was fair but the additional fees were really high. Also, it needs a little maintenance - for example the dining room chairs are all stained. Maybe the best solution is to purchase new ones that can be easily cleaned and wiped.

I stayed here with my husband and baby boy and the house was beautiful. Great large windows which I loved. Master bedroom very spacious and had carpet upstairs which I loved and up the stairs for my little one to crawl up easily. There was a bbq on the balcony we cooked some chicken and hung out. The view from the bedroom and living room was just so beautiful. I had an issue with the night stand lamp and immediately they solved my problem and brought me a new one for me to use at night to feed my baby. I will definitely chose to revisit there home when I visit blue mountain.

Loved the view and location. Positive: It was spacious and only a few minutes walk to the village. Negative: Some towels were stained and kitchen cabinets were sticky. There was no washing machine or dryer.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Keypad entry made it easy to come and go. Nice bright townhome, looked like the photos. It’s an easy walk to the village, clean and quiet with plenty of room for our family of six. Not super luxurious but comfortable enough for sure. Ours was a short stay so we didn’t cook but the small kitchen seemed adequately equipped with basics. Only drawback is it’s expensive but let’s face it, everything at Blue Mountain is a bit overpriced. We’re still happy we stayed here.

Really close to the mountain, plenty of parking available, so didn’t need to fight for one in the resort parking lot and just walk to the ski resort. Amazing views from the rooms. Living room is huge and a great place to hang out with friends and family. Fully equipped kitchen was a great to have.

Surroundings are great and the property has amazing views of the mountain and golf course. I would recommend bringing the bare essentials if you are planning to cook (all they had was salt and pepper). There wasn't any cleaning products or coffee. Other than that we had an amazing stay!

Rivergrass Home Blue Mountain Ontario Positive: Well furnished and good location across Blue Mountain Resort within walking distance. Cozy with golf course and Blue Mountain view. Negative: Pet-free unit but there's some pet hairs around the unit in several corners. Otherwise it's excellent for family vacation.

Everything was exactly as described. This was our first experience with the service and they were extremely communicative and helpful. The unit was clean, gorgeous views and has everything one needs. Only drawback if one could call it that… the entry staircase is very steep. With rain and or trying to navigate dogs on leash it could perhaps be treacherous.

Lots of room for a family plus taking pets is a big bonus. Kitchen could use a few more pots, extra cutlery, etc. But overall, clean, lots of room to hang and very close to the village.

This is a great place to stay if visiting Blue Mountain and visiting the village is on your schedule. Very close to the ski hill and all the shops and restaurants in the village. Ample space for up to eight people. Located in a very quiet and calm neighbourhood. The rental was clean and well kept without any extra clutter.

We stayed for my daughter’s name day and we wish we booked a longer stay! Everything was so amazing. Great location and great space. Literally a 5 minute walk from blue mountain village and the hills. Home was very clean, it was also well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

We had a blast staying at this Air Bnb at Blue Mountain. The place e was clean and tidy. It had the basic utilities that a family will need and require for a quick weekend get away. More towels and more coffee would have been appreciated.

Overpriced for a place that didn't have a working bbq or fire place as stated. I spent 2 days out of the "four" days in constant communication with these people and listening skills are not great. We moved the sofa to find dirt and mess from previous people. They also entered the property in our absence without letting us know. We were honest with them about a dining chair that got caught in the rain on the balcony and instead of letting it dry they wanted to charge me 80 bucks. They're taking the piss to be honest. Never again

Rachel, thank you for providing this review. We are sorry to hear you had a less than perfect experience. Finding any dirt or mess after we have been in to clean and check for guest readiness is understandably cause for dissatisfaction. This has been addressed with our team. During that readiness check, the BBQ was working and had two full propane tanks available for you. I was happy to hear that our Operations Manager was able to promptly stop by to explain how to use it. This was the same person who entered your unit after written approval to check the fireplace, as requested. We understand sometimes items get damaged and we are always happy to work with guests to find a solution. It is our responsibility to ensure that both our clients’ properties are extremely well looked after and so are our guests.

The stay was amazing! The views from the place were relaxing. What really sealed the deal was that it was really close everything. I would definitely recommend this airbnb. Can't wait for furture stays here again!

Very clean, great view and location. I was expecting to use the pool as I saw in the ad and having a pool was my main priority but it was closed. Apparently the pool is closed until June and I didn’t know cause it wasn’t in the ad or brought to my attention anyhow. It was a hot day in may and my guests and I could very much enjoy the pool as we were promised.

AMAZING location to the Village. The space is perfect if you want separate bedrooms but still have areas to relax together - dinning and living room. Overall really happy with it . Does need some improvements - added seating in living room, deep clean. Does say it comes with shampoo and conditioner but hotel size so bring your own if staying longer than a day.

Beautiful place and fantastic location to walk over to Blue Mountain Village (10 min walk). The views are beautiful of the mountains and the morning sunrise from the living room is amazing. Great for families. A few things could use improving. The front door doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked. Super annoying. And the living room needs another couch or a few chairs. It’s not comfy enough for more than 2-3 people.

Very well located property (5min walk to the village), with views of the mountain. The property has a comfortable main room with a small (but well stocked kitchen), large table that sits 8 people comfortably. The gas fire place warms up the room. Wish it had a few more sports channels, stayed in one day because it was raining (but we weren't there to watch tv). Beds are comfortable (1 queen, and a room with 2 singles on the main floor with a full bathroom...upstairs a king bed and another full bathroom). Overall a well layed out place. A bbq would be nice, and just some odds and ends around the house need to be fixed. We really enjoyed our stay (two families, 4 adults and 4 kids) Thanks again!

Unit was not prepared for rental guests. Furnace did not work, unit was cold. No window covering to provide proper privacy in living room. The unit needs great attention before renting to other guests. Rental property staff were attentive and location is excellent

Let me start with my check in . I had to wait there for 20 mins as the door code was not working and i tried calling the customer care . No response after leaving couple voice mails we got call back for door code and then we opened the door . First thing i notice is the dust the house was so dusty and beds sheets were so dusty . Wifi was not working for our full stay . Some towels were kept on the bed but rest were just thrown in the cupboard unorgainzed . According to the property there were 2 washroom . 1 washroom was good to use 2nd was basically useless we could’nt take shower in it as the water was going outside the shower area and was useless could’nt use it we were 6 people had so issues bcoz of washroom . Once i went to master bedroom it was horrible dust at every single was bed was not properly placed and was so dirty . The kitchen had a dishwasher was not workinb until someone had to come fix it . Main lobby had no curtains but had wide windows! no privacy . I went for my first anniversary celebration but it was a mistake choosing this place . I hope they do some changes . If not would never recommend this place . Tried to reach out to the host never replies if they do may be after a day .
