Experience life on the slopes at this second floor ski in/out condo! The Chateau Ridge community backs directly onto the Happy Valley Ski Run, perfect for those who want to head straight for the slopes. Newly renovated in 2025, this space is designed for the comfort and relaxation of up to 6 guests. This home is conveniently only a 4 min drive to Blue Mountain Village for restaurants, shops, and activities! Skiers can enjoy access to a private ski locker for gear storage at this unit.

Unwind in the living area, including impressive cathedral ceilings and large windows facing the mountain which flood the unit with natural light. Couches surround the electric fireplace and Smart TV for nights after a day of adventure.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee pods!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms in this condo, both on the second floor. Bedroom , the primary, features one Queen size bed and a full ensuite bathroom, and bedroom 2 has two double size sofa beds. Although not pictured, both bedrooms have blinds to block out the early morning sun. The second full bathroom in this unit is on the main floor. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

- 2 dedicated parking spaces are provided

- Blue Mountain Resort has a free shuttle to take you directly to the village

We had an amazing stay at this Blue Mountain condo! The location is unbeatable — true ski-in/ski-out access right onto the slopes made our trip incredibly convenient and fun. The condo itself is beautifully renovated, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our group. Free parking was a huge plus, and the self check-in process was seamless. The dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi were great for getting a bit of work done as well. Everything felt well thought out and set up for guests to enjoy a stress-free stay. It’s also just a short walk to the village for restaurants, shops, and après-ski, which made it the perfect balance of quiet and accessibility. The hosts were responsive and professional throughout. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

The unit is same as the pictures, renovated. But the experience with the PROPERTY VALET MANAGEMENT team was horrible. Another car took our parking spot after our first night check in and nothing was done to it after we called and spoke with the PROPERTY VALET MANAGEMENT team. It stayed occupying our parking spot until 3 days later at our checkout. Then the PROPERTY VALET MANAGEMENT team decided to CHARGE US ADDITIONAL 50$ for their parking pass - A PRINTOUT TIE TO LANYARD - because they couldn’t find, even I have told them exactly where we left it after they’ve reach out to us after our checkout. There must be properties in the area that are NOT managed by PROPERTY VALET MANAGEMENT team that are more professional and considerate host. Not worth the extra charge and the frustration over a family vacation.

I made a mistake in listing this unit, it was a nice unit but now what I wanted. We needed an outside deck and a BBQ and I assumed all united had that or at least a patio if on second floor. I was disappointed that we were locked in the unit so to speak. I reviewed the unit picture today and I see that there is no walk out deck or patio pictured, I didn't review the pictures thouroughly enough to note the lack of deck.

As a family with 2 young kids we were more than happy and pleased with our stay here. The pictures were accurate. The place was cleaned spotless. Being very newly renovated was an obvious bonus. The kitchen amenities were enough for our family. I was disappointed there was not a hair dryer in either bathroom but this totally being my fault however, not making sure prior to leaving on our trip. Our only complaint would be that the ensuite shower drain was not working/draining. We alerted staff of this. The 2nd bathroom shower was working fine, so we had to use that during our stay. But would definitely consider this property again on our yearly trip to Collingwood.
