We had a very good stay at this unit. The Property Valet Team was prompt in responding and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout. The space matched the listing and was clean and comfortable. The balcony was under construction and the BBQ was unavailable, but this was communicated in advance, and they handled it well by keeping us updated and issuing a refund. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay.

It was a great location and our stay was good. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and the sleeping accommodations did not accommodate us comfortably but we made it work. There could have been more dinnerware to accommodate large groups( plates, bowls). Not being able to use our balcony and bbq due to the fact of outside renovations was a disappointment. The shared pool needs much attention. (Liner) Having said that, we would definitely return! Sam

My family and I had a great time staying at the unit. What I really like the most is that Property Valet Team is very responsive and gave clear instruction. The place is exactly what was described. There was a construction going on at the balcony and the bbq was not available during our stay BUT that was clearly stated on the post so we are well aware of that. Overall, our stay was great and hassle-free.

Overall was a great place to stay. Would go back for sure! Positive: Easy access to everything. Convenient Parking for unloading. Clean and comfortable. Beds comfortable. Negative: We ended up buying a baby gate for the bottom of the stairs because we had a toddler that wanted to go up and down the stairs.

House is very nice though a bit of a weird setup. Definitely not for 10 people, it was barely comfortable with 8 of us. Bedrooms are connected by vents so you can hear everything. They didn’t supply any cleaning supplies, not even dishwasher pods which we had to buy. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. Also no wine glasses despite being listed in the amenities. Neighbour walls are probably paper thin since we got a noise complaint at 10PM watching a movie at just 60% volume, so be careful

It is up to the guests's judgement after reviewing the bed configuration to determine if the property will suit their needs. We'd like to apologize if there was an absence of dishwasher pods and wine glasses (we have since restocked) at the home during your stay. If you choose to stay at one of our units in the future, please communicate with us during your stay about issues and one of our team members would have happily dropped of the missing items for you. As for the toilet paper, we provide a standard supply that meets industry expectations for short-term rentals, but we understand that preferences vary. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration. Regarding the noise complaint, this property typically does not receive such reports, so it was unexpected. While we understand that different buildings have varying levels of soundproofing, we encourage all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening. We’re sorry if this impacted your stay and appreciate your understanding. We hope that despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

A great location to stay, walkable to Blue Mountain. Positive: Location, comfortable beds, furniture, nice finishes. Great washer/dryer. Negative: The bbq needed cleaning the chairs outside were broken and not useable, there was a broken slat of wood in the deck which seemed dangerous, we pulled glass out of the dishwasher when we arrived, many dishes were chipped and there wasn't a lot of dishes aside from plates and bowls to use.

We stayed here for a girls night away and we were blown away by the size of the chalet! Everything that is right in the village is always overpriced so we very pleased with the space we got and the price we paid. Everything was clean, easy access & only a 5 min walk right into the village! Would definitely stay here again!

The bed configuration for this unit is included in the listing in three areas – under the ‘where you’ll sleep’ section, in the description details, and in the photos. When you reached out to our call centre for confirmation on the bed layout, we also described it for you then. We regret to hear you were still disappointed in the room layout and bed configuration. The units are stocked with toilet paper and paper towel, amongst all other listed amenities. This is handled before every guest arrival. Upon inspecting the unit following your departure, extras were found in the cupboards and vanities. There was no propane included as this is a gas BBQ. If ever you needed a top up on any supply or for any questions, our call centre is available 24/7 and our team is happy to assist! The guest experience is one of our top priorities and we always endeavour to exceed expectations. Kindly note, the pool is managed entirely by the condo corp. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Blue and got to take advantage of all the area has to offer!

We were very happy with this rental. The only thing I wish to tell you about is the lack of lighting outside of the unit. It was very dangerous entering and leaving the unit in the dark. Also, the two outside steps seemed to be awkwardly spaced. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting this unit again. Thank you, Janice

Wonderful property just steps away from the Blue Mountain village. The rental was fully equip and actually a lot more spacious then what the photo’s display. We will definitely be staying again and I highly recommend this rental if you are going with a group of friends.

The accommodations looked better in-person. The kitchen space was tight if cooking with multiple people, but the open concept made it feel bigger. Bathrooms were clean/updated, and there were enough sleeping spaces to accommodate the entire group. We were very impressed by the quick and helpful responses. Thank you for a lovely time. I would recommend this for anyone visiting Blue Mountain in a group of 10.

We are 10 adults renting the place. The place described it can fit for 10 pol but it’s actually not. They provide us 3 room but only 3 bed. 1 room for queen bed, 1 room for king bed and 1room for a bunk bed that fit for 4 ppl and 1 double bed mattress (without frame) which also means 1 room for 6 ppl! The room is toooo small for 6 ppl! Apart from the bedroom, others facilities are as described. The room is clean, modern and was a comfy place

You are correct in that this unit has a total of three bedrooms. Kindly note, the bed configuration details are in the listing description: The primary bedroom has a four-piece ensuite with a King bed. The main floor bedroom has a Double bed and the third bedroom has a Double over Queen Bunk bed with a Double sized Trundle bed. The written occupancy is accurate to the bed count, however, we understand that your group of 10 adults would have preferred a little more space! Luckily, we manage a few Sierra Lane units so perhaps next time we can host you in this one and another at the same time!

The place was as described. The property management company was very responsive - communication in minutes and came to repair our issues. Note 2 people in our group got locked into their rooms and couldn't get out as no one else was there - hopefully the locks will be repaired.

We enjoyed how modern yet cozy the airbnb was. We found the basic equipments we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals for the weekend. To our convenience, it was also walking distance to the blue mountain village. What’s keeping me from giving it 5 stars are the faulty doors that got some of us locked in a room and the cleanliness wasn’t really up to our standards (since we paid a good amt of cleaning fee). Otherwise, everything else was lovely!

We really enjoyed spending some quality family time with our family in this beautifully decorated house. It was stocked with all the basics that we may need.
