This sun-drenched, double-height living room offers the perfect alpine retreat, featuring a cozy stone fireplace and expansive windows that frame stunning mountain views. The open-concept space seamlessly connects a plush sectional lounge to a modern kitchen and dining area, complete with a convenient wet bar for effortless entertaining. Whether you're warming up by the fire or stepping out onto the private balcony, this bright and airy sanctuary is designed for ultimate relaxation.

Kitchen and Dining

This modern, open-concept space features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for meal prep. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a bright dining area, where you can enjoy meals at the rustic wood table while taking in stunning mountain views. Whether you're brewing morning coffee or hosting a fireside dinner, this airy layout provides the perfect backdrop for your alpine getaway. All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.

Bedroom 1: King bed, upstairs

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, upstairs

Bedroom 3: Single over double bunk bed, upstairs

Living area: Double sofa bed, main floor

Parking: each unit has 1 dedicated parking space. There are also limited visitor parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

We’d love to welcome you to our home in the Blue Mountains! Cachet Crossing is one of the most sought-after vacation rental communities in Blue for its unbeatable proximity to the heart of the village.

Please be aware of the following ongoing construction at Cachet Crossing before booking:

-Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday.

-Unit signage may be more difficult to locate during the construction period. If you have any trouble finding your unit, please don't hesitate to contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.

-Lighting throughout the complex may be reduced in some areas at night, so we recommend taking extra care when walking around after dark.

-Balcony access or use may be temporarily affected while work is taking place, depending on the location and stage of construction. Exterior construction is ongoing on weekdays. Guests may see workers, equipment, and construction vehicles throughout the complex between Monday and Friday. Additionally, building materials are being stored onsite.

-Each unit is provided with one parking pass. If you require additional parking, please reach out to our team in advance. We can often provide alternative parking arrangements on a first-come, first-served basis.

Location is awesome! Easy walking distance to main village a walkways, it’s literally part of the village yet provides a distance for privacy, quietness and has easy parking. Accommodations are great as a 3 level condo with master suite.

I would say excellent location and great apartment, but not for families. The positives: Beautiful apartment and very clean, with a great bbq on the balcony. Steps from the main centre and great views. V comfortable beds. Issues: I checked prior to arrival if there was a travel crib, which there was, but it was broken and the replacement only came the next afternoon so our infant had to sleep overnight and for one nap without a crib. This made sleep very challenging for us. There was also nothing for children in the apt- no cutlery, plates, cups and no toys or games. The fire alarm went off during my son’s nap in the afternoon with no explanation. The other apartments had late night parties, loud until late. The building is under construction a heavily, so there were broken materials, nails, tools etc laid all about The property management team were quickly responsive and v polite but the issues for young families stand. If you go as adults or with older children, it’s a good place

While these situations are uncommon and unfortunately outside of our control, we understand how disruptive they can be, especially during a child's nap. Regarding the construction and noise from other residents, we understand how these factors affected your stay. The ongoing construction is disclosed in the listing description to help set expectations prior to booking, though we certainly appreciate that it can still be an inconvenience. As for noise from neighbouring units, this is unfortunately outside of our management, but we're sorry it impacted your family's comfort. While our listings do not advertise children's dishware, toys, or games as included amenities, we appreciate the suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. We had a great stay overall. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring Blue Mountain and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, and they were always quick to respond to questions. We did experience an issue with the front door lock, but the host handled it professionally and arranged for someone to come and assist as quickly as possible. We appreciated their responsiveness and efforts to resolve the problem. The property was well maintained, and we enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again and recommend this property to others visiting the area.

We went to Blue Mountain for the weekend with some friends and our little dog and this was an amazing place to stay at. The place is just a few steps away from the village and very accessible to the ski slopes and activity center. It's a nice cozy space for 5-6 people. Very clean and well maintained. The team is prompt and responsive. The only 2 things that could be better are 1) The TV in the living room is a bit dated. Although a smart TV, we were not able to connect Netflix or other streaming apps. YouTube worked though. But the TV could use an upgrade. 2) The parking for the 2nd car was at a bit of a distance. Rest of the things are all great. Highly recommended.
