It was our first time using airbnb and this place was fabulous. It was just as described, clean, spacious and close to all restaurants and shopping downtown Collingwood. Checkin was easy, instructions to the property were easy to follow and the outdoor space was great in the summer evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location alone was second to none — we loved being able to walk up and down main street during the day and to our dinner reservation that evening. The place was simple but it was very bright, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend in Collingwood. The host was especially responsive and while we never needed to contact them, I knew they were just a message away if an issue were to arise. We'll be back for sure!

I had a great time staying with Property Valet. Check-in was seamless and the space was so bright and welcoming. The unit was also really clean! My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a week and it was perfect! The central location allowed us to walk everywhere quickly and easily and it’s close to a lot of great shops, restaurants and bars. The space itself felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. It was super clean and cozy and we loved the huge deck outside! We would definitely come back!

Great location, but climbing a narrow stairway with luggage, especially if you have mobility issues, was a challenge. Received a text from manager the day before offering an early check-in (noon) for a large fee. Would not negotiate even though the room had been vacant all week. Did not get access code until 3:55 pm (scheduled 4:00 pm check-in). Lack of cupboard space to hang clothes. Dangerous 1- step down to access bathroom...meant had to leave light on all night. Large TV with streaming access ONLY. Make sure you log out before you leave, if you can login at all.

This is one of the nicest air bnbs we've stayed in. Super clean, quiet close to restaurants pubs pier 15 minute walk. Great bonus was the back patio with patio furniture. Spent a lot of time here. Highly reccomend. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Collingwood.

Pretty spacious for 2 couples, the two king beds were great. The apt is cozy and has updated amenities and is clean and simple. Only issue we had was the mirror in the washroom was placed pretty high, you won’t be able to see anything if you’re 5’2 and under, but there are mirrors behind the doors of the bedrooms. Overall a great stay, close to several restaurants within walking distance, blue mountain is a 10 min drive away, we had a great time !

Great location, required amenities in the apartment, felt secure with a double door entrance. Nice there is a walk out deck as well. Bathroom looked refinished but the toilet was moving a lot, the sliding door for the shower was falling off leaving water on the ground. Beds are big but not too comfy. Overall good stay, quiet place for 2.

The place was great, there is also a balcony that can be used. parking included is helpful. It was a bit hard to find the entrance at the back, but they are very responsive to messages and willing to help you.

The location is great as it's close to the Collingwood heritage walk and there are lots of restaurants & boutique shops around the area. The Property Valet team is super responsive and I got replies to my questions very quickly. The place itself is very neat and tidy and exactly as described in the listing. The only thing I didn't like was there was some constant noise in the bedrooms which might be because its an older building. It seems like their HVAC/ water furnace system is behind the bedrooms that might be causing this noise. So you might hear a buzz that sometimes gets loud at night when you are sleeping. All in all it was a good experience because of great location and the pretty town.

This was a very cute, nice stay downtown with easy access to lots of shops and things to do. I especially liked the large King-sized beds. A couple things to note; the bathroom mirror is installed quite high so my 5’2” friend literally could not see herself and my 5’8” self could only see my face. Luckily there were full length mirrors behind the doors in both bedrooms. Also, the heaters mounted on the walls did make quite a bit of noise during the night which seemed to bother all 4 of us. It sounded like a muffled phone that needed to be hung up or alarm going off. Having said that, all in all this place was very nice and convenient. Just be sure to get ready to do your hair in the bedroom rather than the bathroom and bring your earplugs to sleep!

Stayed here from Feb 3-5 2023 - which also happened to be the coldest days of the entire winter season (it was -22). We really liked the location, we were close to all shops and restaurants. Due to the cold, our shower did not run water the entire length of our stay and our kitchen sink did not run water for half of the stay. Thank goodeness the bathroom toilet and sink had working water. This did not bother us too much as it was terrribly cold outside and we understood. The windows had a bit of a draft, and because it was so cold outside, we could feel it in the bedrooms. However, the heating did work through out. The kitchen dining area is not terribly big or comfortable for sitting, and it would have been nice if the kitchen was stocked with coffee/tea bags- but there is a grocery store (giant tiger) only steps away. These are not DEAL breakers and overall we enjoyed our stay. We would go back.

Regrettably, much of the challenges were due to the extreme cold although we certainly hope you were comfortable and cozy for the duration of your stay. We are sorry to hear that you had to deal with frozen pipes as we understand that is terrible inconvenient for a vacation. We have since stocked the unit with coffee and tea for incoming guests so if we have the chance to welcome you back, please feel free to help yourself! It was a good place, the apartment more like a hotel suite. Great location. Close to Blue Mountains. Communication with the property manager very difficult. Next time I’m not going use a place run by a Property Manager. They give you the the bare essentials, since they have to make profit for the owner and profit for themselves. That make the transaction very impersonal as opposed the ‘renting’ from the owner

What a great location! The unit was clean and spacious as advertised. Check out the great shops and restaurants in downtown Collingwood. Highly recommend checking out Caesar 1858 just across the street for a unique Caesar bar.

We really loved the location. It’s a beautiful small town. Overall the unit was nice and well decorated. We would have liked more toiletries. It wasn’t enough for 4 people/4 nights. And we would have liked to have coffee pods. We finally bought everything we need.

Aside from having to lug our suitcases etc. up steep narrow stairs, this apartment was pretty perfect for our all-too-short visit. Very bright, clean, comfortable and convenient to CTown waterfront, downtown shops, and restaurants. Customer service was friendly and responsive. A great base for exploration up the Bruce Peninsula and eastern coasts of Georgian Bay. Would recommend the apartment for 1 or 2 couples who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. We loved our stay and hope to return for a longer visit next time!

Amazing location, where everything is steps away! It is a beautiful and clean space that has everything you will need. When we were struggling with the a/c remote, the staff were incredible and prompt in their response and help! Will definitely be coming here again!

It was alright, but it could be much better if my critique is taken seriously. Positive: Luckily, the office was open when I arrived and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially since the code they gave me didn't work for the first door. The apartment is very nice; quite basic but well appointed. Beds were a good size and comfortable. This was a two bedroom and one was very bright as it had a larger window, but the second bedroom was very dark. The basic appliances were supplied, new and clean. Everything was very clean and the TV worked well. I liked that it had a large deck to go out on but it would have been nice to have a table & chairs and maybe even some loungers to relax on. The location was great; on the main street, but not in the heavily walked area, so not noisy. Parking is ok. Negative: I had to go out and pick up a step stool so I could see myself in the bathroom mirror! However, there is no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo, body wash, etc. on. That would be nice. We found that the sofa was cheap and not very comfortable. Perhaps a comfortable chair in the sitting area would be nice and a rug! It felt cold and somewhat sterile. We kept wondering what it was and we realized it needed a rug in the sitting area. Plus, there are blinds on the windows in the kitchen and sitting area but are hard to reach (I'm 5'2" so not that short!) but then there was a window on the door to the deck that had no blind. That made us feel uncomfortable at night as other guests could see ion to your main area. There were cupboards that the shelves had not even been put up and the kitchen supplies (dishes, serving ware, cookware, cutlery and utensils were minimal. I would say that they don't really want people making full meals. The facility needs a walkway from the front of the building which is on the main street around to the back where you enter the building for your apartment! If you're out walking the main street and come back, it is not easy to get around to the back of the building. If the staff are there you can go through their office but they only work during the weekdays.

Wonderful and relaxing weekend close to downtown Collingwood Positive: I had a wonderful time relaxing at this property. The space was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor deck was spacious for us. The apartment is just minutes from downtown Collingwood so we could explore easily! The rental management company Property Valet was incredibly kind and helpful!
