Large sliding glass doors lead directly to a private balcony overlooking Monterra Golf Course, letting you enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the couch.
Please note that a real taxidermy bison head is mounted above the fireplace mantel and is part of the home’s décor; guests who may be sensitive to this feature should take this into consideration prior to booking.
Kitchen
Whether you’re hosting a formal dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out, this space is built for convenience. A dark wood table comfortably seats six or more, positioned under a modern tiered chandelier. The open kitchen features a wide breakfast bar/pass-through window, ensuring the cook is always part of the conversation. Step through the sliding doors to the second private balcony complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ.
