307 North Creek: Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect just 5 minutes drive from the village, which made everything super convenient. The place was well-stocked with towels, kitchen essentials, and extra bedding. The pool, hot tub, and tennis court were amazing bonuses and really added to the experience. But the best part? The place was pet-friendly, so we got to enjoy our vacation with our fur baby by our side. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot! 5 minute walk to the north ski lift, 20 minute walk to the village. 2 outdoor hot tubs available for use, which was a highlight for us.. definitely recommend this spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was right by a lift for skiing, which was great! The space had everything we needed. Only part was it was a little chilly when we arrived and an extra blanket would have been nice. They were great at communicating and helping us out. We plan on going back next winter! Thank you.

We stayed in this unit over New Years. We expected it to be much closer to the Blue Mountain Village because the listing said it’s ski in and out for the north mountain. It’s actually not ski in/out. Even if it was closer to the village, the unit is not at the base of the hill. It’s on the other side of the complex area. It’s also located at the Toronto Ski Club. Which requires a membership to enter. Not Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain just owns a run closer to the Toronto Ski Club “the North mountain” - not part of the village at all. Definitely not walking distance. Also, the people on the floor above us were up all night. So loud. Stomping around, banging things. No one was talking but it sounded like someone was moving furniture. Plus, we were told that the fireplace wasn’t working. The host was quick to have someone bring over portable heaters - we appreciated that , but we realized that it was just that the battery was dead on the remote for the fireplace. The pilot light was on

Hi Kerri, we appreciate your feedback. As noted in the listing, "This North Creek unit is considered a ski in/ski out at the North Base of Blue Mountain and only a 5 minute walk to the chairlift". Airbnb defines ski in/out as the ability to access a ski run without taking public transit, which is true for this property. The exact location of the home is also shown on the listing before booking - it is not stated to be in the village. We apologize that the location wasn't what you were expecting however we feel our description accurately represents the home. We also regret the feedback regarding the fireplace. While our team did replace the batteries, the fireplace was experiencing an intermittent issue that has since been resolved. We understand how important this feature can be during a winter stay, and we regret that it wasn’t functioning reliably during your visit, however it's now been fixed. We’re also sorry to hear about the noise from the neighboring unit. While this is outside of our direct control, we understand how disruptive it can be, and we encourage guests to notify our security team using the number provided during your stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the chance to host you again under better circumstances.

Generally a good location if skiing at Blue Mountain. Place is good for a couple only. Family of four was is not advisable. Did appear clean although we noticed lots of dust under the bed. Also when we opened the sofa bed the sheets were not clean. They did have clean sheets to exchange them with. Some utensils for cooking were not good. I.e spatula. They did change some pots for us as the other ones were pealing the teflon. Do not believe TV is a smart tv. Kitchen is very tight. King size bed was the best feature

Place is smaller than the picture portrays, however, it is adequate for 2 people. The unit was clean and convenient to the slopes. my only issue was how cold the floor was and the bed was horrible, it was u-shaped to the middle and everytime I moved on it, it sounded like it was going to drop down in the frame. Bed definitely needs to be replaced. I did alert the team and they responded with an apology, but no good faith discount. I had a good time there, so I guess it was worth the back pain.

This location was awesome, booked here for my birthday to attend the Spa, Camino Taco & The Pottery Restaurant, we were always a 5 minute drive from all our reservations! Please keep in mind that this is a ground level unit & when upstairs is vacated, you do here all of their movements, footsteps etc. Other then that we had an amazing stay & would book this location again!!
