Amazing spot, I would recommend to friends. Only down fall is the 4 pm check in. You pay for a full day and only 3.5 hours to snowboard/ski so it’s not worth getting a pass for the night. Other then that is was awesome

The location is ideal - very easily walkable to Blue Mountain Village and all the fun. Easy drive to Collingwood. The space held the five of us (plus our dog) comfortably and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is a little tired - some scuffs here and there, but nothing too major and all the appliances worked. The Property Valet team was extremely responsive and provided all the information we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a couple of weeks, overall would say the place need some maintenance especially for the price. The PV management team was great though no issues at all with communication and responsiveness. Just a bit dated and starting to look well used inside.

The property was very nice and close to the village. The only issue was the scaffolding access to the balcony entrance due to construction. This was difficult only because of the lock on the balcony door being difficult to access (tight to the door frame). The scaffolding access was surprisingly well set up and no issue, but better signage would have been helpfull. Great stay.

Condo was difficult to find and only access is through patio door which does not glide smoothly. With only one way in and out and an expired fire extinguisher- this was a hazardous stay. The jacuzzi tub was moldy and unstable thus I had to buy cleaning products to clean it. Master bed small and uncomfortable with no window treatment above it meant no sleeping in. Pots and pans burnt and worn- out. All utensils are disorganized and dining chairs are plastic. Knives were dull and rusty. All cooking equipment needed to be washed before use as they were unclean. Kitchen tap lacked sprayer spout making it difficult to wash produce and clean up. Felt rushed at check out as staff were eager to enter prior to checkout time limit. Fantastic condo unit. Very clean and welcoming, spacious rooms and very comfortable. Beds are exceptionally comfortable and provide a great night sleep. Walking outside the unit and being steps away from accessing Blue Mountain Village was perfect.

My family of 4 had a lovely weekend at the condo. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location to the village and the hill is hard to beat. We’ve stayed in this section before and we love the convenience of being able to walk into the village centre in 2 minutes. We also had a great view of the ski hill. Although it was a bit tricky to find the condo at first because you have to enter through the back due to construction, once we figured that out it was simple as can be to navigate. We will be back!! Thank you!

We have stayed at several Airbnbs at Blue Mountain and this one had the best location to the village of all of them. However the unit itself was priced too high ($417 per night) for what you get (unit needs updating, cheaper furniture, and the kitchen is not well-organized or appointed compared to other similarly priced units). Would be a good place to stay given the great location at a lower price point.

Pros: location spacious condo Cons: 4 flights of corroded stairs leading up to the condo located on top floor. If renting main floor unit, great, otherwise I wouldn't ever consider renting this condo. Outdoor complex stairs aren't safe looking, nor are they adequate for seniors, kids or dogs. In addition to those stairs, there are more stairs inside the actual condo unit. The master bedroom windows open to the living room so cannot get fresh air since windows don't open to outside. I wish the advertising mentioned the outdoor stairs, because that would've been a determining factor for my family since we had a small old deaf blind dog with us that we had to carry up and down the stairs multiple times a day. If you have toddlers or are seniors, I suggest you omit this rental as your option.

This was our 6th rental in the last two years. We love blue mountain. This was the second unit we have rented in cachet crossing. It’s a great location for ski season. The layout is great. My only complaint is the cleaners did a very poor job. And when we mentioned it after we checked in. Our option was to have a few cleaners in while we were already in there. The last thing we wanted after driving there and having paid a cleaning fee was to have cleaners in while we’re trying to enjoy our vacation. When we arrived the floors were dirty, there was cigarettes on the balcony floor, dirt all over the hallways, and a broken chair placed back under the table that we almost sat on. The tv upstairs doesn’t work and a lot of the lamps had burnt out light bulbs. Once again I don’t think this speaks to the unit or owners itself but was for sure a bit of a let down to arrive to. Especially since I imagine the owners pay a portion to the management company to ensure the place is clean for renters

We are truly sorry that you did not feel the unit was prepared for your arrival to the level of standard and detail you expect. We understand the importance of time spent up here to relax and refresh and can certainly understand your frustration in feeling the need to do a little extra cleaning. Our goal is always to provide an amazing guest experience; this is amongst our top priorities. In regards to the cleaning issues, we have completed a thorough review of the incident with our Cleaning Associates and since completed further training with the individuals focusing on the areas of concern. Additionally, we have outfitted the tv upstairs with a Roku stick for our guests to enjoy all their favourite streaming services on. We have messaged you privately to further discuss your concerns and have also provided a discount code for a future stay, which you will see in your Airbnb communication. We understand that this was not our best showing but feel that if given the opportunity, we can show you the level of service you expect and that we are known for.

My family had a wonderful, week-long stay at this spot. The condo is a 3-minute walk to the base of the Blue Mountain gondola and the heart of all the action. It was so nice to be able to pop out for a quick walk, grab whatever we needed from the village, and be entertained along the way. The condo itself was nicely appointed and as pictured in the photos. We would definitely book here, again.

Staff was horrible to deal with. The listing had Cable TV, which was essential for us. Upon arrival, it was not there. We messaged the host. They denied it ever existed and removed it from the listing then. This, even though I had a screenshot of it prior to removal which I sent them. Instead of apologizing, they tried to cover it up and make it seem like it never happened. Would you trust people like this to host you and your family? We would never again. We became paranoid and took videos and pictures of everything before check out because who knows what else they could do. Probably one of our worst experiences ever.

We had a lovely long weekend stay here at the Cachet Crossing. The communication with the management was super easy and they were extremely responsive and friendly. The property looks much bigger than as shown in the pictures, and definitely more beautiful. The neighbouring area was peaceful and quiet. The place was super clean and conveniently located within Blue Mountains with a lot of activities to do and places to visit in the area. The neighbourhood also had restaurants & grocery stores conveniently located at a short commute within the area. Considering the given pandemic, the property management did a really good job with communicating all the rules and protocols as well as cleaning and sanitising the place for us. Would absolutely recommend to stay here! We, for sure will come back for a winter stay here to experience the winter activities!

The host provided a contact less check in, the place was really clean and the amenities were of good quality. The location is great, steps from the mountain slopes. Thank you for a safe, enjoyable stay.

What a great location! So close to the bunny hill and village with restaurants, it was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

This condo was in a great spot and very walkable to the main chairlift for two young children. The village was also within walking distance. And the condo space was spic and span! We were so thankful for that. Communication with the property manager and check in/check out procedures were excellent. The one downside was the heating. I mentioned it to the property manager and he responded promptly and offered to have someone come take a look but by then, the furnace appeared to kick in. It just wouldn’t stay at temp and during the evening only blew cold air out of the large vent in the wall into the living room. And it never did come on during the night so we woke up to a very cool condo.

Check in was late. We had to contact them to request the door code after not receiving it at 4pm. The hair dryer in one of the bathroom did not work. The AC did not work the first night. It needed maintenance to do some programming to point the thermostat to the right AC unit. None of this information was provided in the welcome binder and I spent a lot of the night trying to figure out how to turn on the AC and manage kids that were irritated since they could not sleep due to the heat. This caused a sleepless night to our family of 6 as this stay was in July, and pretty much ruined our next day activities as most of us barely slept (I only got 3 hrs sleep due to the discomfort). Very disappointing given that this was our first family weekend getaway in a year due to covid AND how much money we spent to stay in this unit.
