Welcome to this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located directly at the bottom of the ski hill for a ski in/ski out experience. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 7 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular day/night mountain views while watching TV or sitting outside on the balcony. Walk only 3 mins and find yourself in the Blue Mountain Village with a variety of local shops, restaurants, year-round entertainment & the slopes!

The Space

You will be delighted when you walk through the condo into the main living area with its high vaulted ceilings making the space bright and inviting. This super cozy, recently renovated condo offers you a premium ski and year-round activities vacation. Just picture yourself relaxing in front of a warm fireplace, looking out at the mountains while sharing a memorable holiday with family and friends.

Kitchen

This kitchen offers all of the amenities needed for cooking and entertaining. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are centered with access to the balcony with a BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need including all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools. A long wooden table in the dining area will provide plenty of seating for your group while dining and enjoying the company of loved ones. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!

Living room

The living room area is bright and spacious with its high vaulted ceilings and large windows, enhanced by breathtaking views of the mountainside. Curl up and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show on the large Smart TV while warming up in front of the electric fireplace. There is lots of space in this living room for entertainment and to gather around with your group.

Bedrooms

This unit features three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed along with a Daybed, 40" TV and ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The Master bedroom window opens to the living room, use caution or close the window with children. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a Single Bunk bed as well as a Trundle bed if needed. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!

Other things to note:

- Please note that due to onsite construction, parking is limited to one space per unit.

- The balcony is open to use but kindly note in terms of aesthetics that a section of plywood has been temporarily placed to cover an opening in the railing from construction.

- Master Bedroom window opens to the living room, use caution or close window with children.

- Kindly note, the wifi at this unit is very poor. The connection is intermittent at best.

We had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, clean, and inviting. The location is extremely close to the Bluemountain village. The backyard opens to the skiing area. The view is stunning; you could sip your hot chocolate while watching the skiers coming down the tracks. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The supplied wifi SSID and password did not work, but the PV staff provided the correct information. Regarding communication, the PV team is really quick to respond to all of our questions. The checkout time is 11 AM, and the PV team was too considerate to extend the checkout time as we could not locate the car keys on time. We're considering returning in the summer. Thanks, PV team.

Our family stayed 3 nights for skiing. For beginners this location is the closest lodge you can find to the equipment rental and the Easy Rider Carpet. For more experienced skier this location is very close to the Silver Bullet Express lifts. The living room has spectacular views overlooking the easy rider and two blue trails, so you can sit beside the window watching people skiing. However the rooms are on the 3rd floor only accessible by climbing up the outside steel stairs, if you are afraid of heights then you need to reconsider. Overall great choice for the views and the closest distance to the lift.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect for enjoying the area, though it was a bit difficult to find the entrance due to the lack of directional signs and ongoing construction. Once inside, everything was smooth—the place was well-furnished with comfortable beds and a clean bathrooms. The kitchen surface was clean and had all the essentials kitchenware. Though some of the appliances/pots needed some care, they worked for our needs. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book again for my next visit!

Here's the thing we ran into an unfortunate situation where the air conditioning was broken which the team was aware of before our check in and they couldn't fix it for 2 nights that we were there the issue however is that we were not informed that it wont be fixed even for the next night and we were stuck inside with temperatures inside from 27 to29 degrees mind you it is a ski chalet so not many window actually 2 small windows. They got us fans yes but did it help no ....they could have told us that the problem wont be fixed even for night 2 in time so we could have made arrangements...regardless all said and done...they just couldn't handle the unfortunate situation well and made our birthday trip a lil uncomfortable.

The condo location is amazing, Very spacious and clean. A couple of key amenities were missing (hair dryer, pack and play) but we did really enjoy our stay.

My friends and I loved staying here! The location was super convenient for us since we were skiing and snowboarding! It's right by the Easy Rider run, and quick walk into the village. The place was exactly as seen in the photos. Don't let the construction and scaffolding deter you especially if you're gonna be out all day anyway! It was super worth it, and the host was very accommodating and replies quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for skiing and taking advantage of all that Blue Mountain Village has to offer. A perfect place for teens to venture out on their own safely and independently. Condo was great. Fantastic location, walking distance to a lot of what we had planned for the weekend in Blue Mountain. Only drawback was the wifi didn’t work so well. We did not reach out to them because it was not vital to us but I’m sure if we would have, we would have received a positive response since everything else about our stay was perfect. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, good kitchen, excellent living space.

The place and location was great. The only drawback was communication happened outside of the AirBnb app and we we're required to submit photo-id to the management company via a 3rd party which was a requirement on check-in which is abnormal and not listed when you book the place.

Great place to stay for skiing! Very short walk to the beginner hills and village but far enough away from the noise. The only difficult part was climbing the stairs with gear. We really appreciate the toiletries and number of toilet rolls supplied in the bathrooms. The biggest thing that stood out to us is that we forgot a work bag with a laptop and they were kind enough to let us know we forgot it and let us pick it up before we left Blue Mountain. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip up!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic as we were right at the bottom of the hill and at the entrance into blue mountain village. Perfect for our family as we have children who we could go out with for a walk and be back at our chalet quickly. It was also at the bottom of the beginner hill which was perfect for our children who were taking ski lessons. The accommodations had everything we needed and an incredible view! ZERO complaints, would stay again and again ?

This place is in an ideal location at the base of the ski hill. The unit is clean and decor is great! Can accomodate many comfortably. Would stay here again. Pricing is high but unfortunately so are many others in the area.

We had a great stay in this unit. The location/proximity to the hill and village is great. I was easily able to walk into the village with our younger children while the older kids skied. This unit was able to accommodate our family of 6 without any issues. The one disappointment was the listing said it was equipped with a high chair so I didn’t bring one from home…when we arrived there was no high chair. If you’re counting on any specific listed amenities, I would contact the property management company prior to arrival to ensure it is indeed available. Our family had a great stay and would return.

Beautiful place with an accurate description of the accommodations. Definitely enough room for two adults and three teenagers. Rained while we were there and we could all comfortably stay together in the common area. Laundry onsite and they provided laundry supplies if you needed them. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities (Keurig, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave etc). Towels laid out for us when we got there and two parking spots made available to us. Very pleased with this location and would definitely recommend!

The Airbnb is quite cozy with an amazing view of the blue mountain slopes! Be sure to reach out to the hosts to confirm what they have and don't have in the unit. We didn't bring cooking oil, which was listed as being provided, so we had a tough time cooking our proteins. We were also short on soap/shampoo/conditioner (there was only 2 hotel-sized bottles of each to share between for 7 people over 3 days), and short on towels. The wifi/internet is also pretty bad - we tried streaming a movie at night but couldn't watch it due to the buffer times. They did respond quite quickly for any questions we had during our stay!

It was a beautiful apartment right under the hills at Blue mountain. They had comfortable beds and the jacuzzi worked great as well. The kitchen included everything we needed to make all the meals and the temperature controlled fire place was great for cold windy nights. I would highly recommend for families seeking good value.

They responded promptly to my questions. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. What a wonderful and reliable host! Condo: The condo was clean and spotless! In times of a pandemic, we felt very comfortable as we roamed around the condo. Everything was well maintained and cleaned. Parking: They gave us two parking spots. Both very close to the condo. And I was quite appreciative of their flexibility to my request to use the parking spot for an extra hour or two after check out so that my family may explore the village a bit more. Best Views at Blue!

One of, if not the nicest property we have stayed at in the Blue Mountains. Felt like we were in a Pent House right on the ski hill. The property was perfect, comfortable and lots of space. Our kids enjoyed it and we had some great sunset dinners on the deck overlooking Blue Mountain. We can't wait to come back! The team at Property Valet were very helpful with all our requests and even gave us a discount for our next stay. We very much appreciated the hospitality! Thanks again!

This is a lovely, spacious, and inviting property. The view was spectacular and it is literally steps to the village. The Canadiana decor was perfect and it was very well appointed with kitchenware and games for the whole family. Big screen TV, a huge couch and reliable Wifi meant everyone was comfortable. We could not have been more relaxed there. We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, clean, and inviting. The location is extremely close to the Bluemountain village. The backyard opens to the skiing area. The view is stunning; you could sip your hot chocolate while watching the skiers coming down the tracks. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The supplied wifi SSID and password did not work, but the PV staff provided the correct information. Regarding communication, the PV team is really quick to respond to all of our questions. The checkout time is 11 AM, and the PV team was too considerate to extend the checkout time as we could not locate the car keys on time. We're considering returning in the summer. Thanks, PV team.

Our family stayed 3 nights for skiing. For beginners this location is the closest lodge you can find to the equipment rental and the Easy Rider Carpet. For more experienced skier this location is very close to the Silver Bullet Express lifts. The living room has spectacular views overlooking the easy rider and two blue trails, so you can sit beside the window watching people skiing. However the rooms are on the 3rd floor only accessible by climbing up the outside steel stairs, if you are afraid of heights then you need to reconsider. Overall great choice for the views and the closest distance to the lift.

I had a great stay! The location was perfect for enjoying the area, though it was a bit difficult to find the entrance due to the lack of directional signs and ongoing construction. Once inside, everything was smooth—the place was well-furnished with comfortable beds and a clean bathrooms. The kitchen surface was clean and had all the essentials kitchenware. Though some of the appliances/pots needed some care, they worked for our needs. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book again for my next visit!

Here's the thing we ran into an unfortunate situation where the air conditioning was broken which the team was aware of before our check in and they couldn't fix it for 2 nights that we were there the issue however is that we were not informed that it wont be fixed even for the next night and we were stuck inside with temperatures inside from 27 to29 degrees mind you it is a ski chalet so not many window actually 2 small windows. They got us fans yes but did it help no ....they could have told us that the problem wont be fixed even for night 2 in time so we could have made arrangements...regardless all said and done...they just couldn't handle the unfortunate situation well and made our birthday trip a lil uncomfortable.

My friends and I loved staying here! The location was super convenient for us since we were skiing and snowboarding! It's right by the Easy Rider run, and quick walk into the village. The place was exactly as seen in the photos. Don't let the construction and scaffolding deter you especially if you're gonna be out all day anyway! It was super worth it, and the host was very accommodating and replies quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great. Fantastic location, walking distance to a lot of what we had planned for the weekend in Blue Mountain. Only drawback was the wifi didn’t work so well. We did not reach out to them because it was not vital to us but I’m sure if we would have, we would have received a positive response since everything else about our stay was perfect. The place and location was great. The only drawback was communication happened outside of the AirBnb app and we we're required to submit photo-id to the management company via a 3rd party which was a requirement on check-in which is abnormal and not listed when you book the place.

Great place to stay for skiing! Very short walk to the beginner hills and village but far enough away from the noise. The only difficult part was climbing the stairs with gear. We really appreciate the toiletries and number of toilet rolls supplied in the bathrooms. The biggest thing that stood out to us is that we forgot a work bag with a laptop and they were kind enough to let us know we forgot it and let us pick it up before we left Blue Mountain. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip up!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic as we were right at the bottom of the hill and at the entrance into blue mountain village. Perfect for our family as we have children who we could go out with for a walk and be back at our chalet quickly. It was also at the bottom of the beginner hill which was perfect for our children who were taking ski lessons. The accommodations had everything we needed and an incredible view! ZERO complaints, would stay again and again ?

This place is in an ideal location at the base of the ski hill. The unit is clean and decor is great! Can accomodate many comfortably. Would stay here again. Pricing is high but unfortunately so are many others in the area.

We had a great stay in this unit. The location/proximity to the hill and village is great. I was easily able to walk into the village with our younger children while the older kids skied. This unit was able to accommodate our family of 6 without any issues. The one disappointment was the listing said it was equipped with a high chair so I didn’t bring one from home…when we arrived there was no high chair. If you’re counting on any specific listed amenities, I would contact the property management company prior to arrival to ensure it is indeed available. Our family had a great stay and would return.

Beautiful place with an accurate description of the accommodations. Definitely enough room for two adults and three teenagers. Rained while we were there and we could all comfortably stay together in the common area. Laundry onsite and they provided laundry supplies if you needed them. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities (Keurig, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave etc). Towels laid out for us when we got there and two parking spots made available to us. Very pleased with this location and would definitely recommend!

The Airbnb is quite cozy with an amazing view of the blue mountain slopes! Be sure to reach out to the hosts to confirm what they have and don't have in the unit. We didn't bring cooking oil, which was listed as being provided, so we had a tough time cooking our proteins. We were also short on soap/shampoo/conditioner (there was only 2 hotel-sized bottles of each to share between for 7 people over 3 days), and short on towels. The wifi/internet is also pretty bad - we tried streaming a movie at night but couldn't watch it due to the buffer times. They did respond quite quickly for any questions we had during our stay!

It was a beautiful apartment right under the hills at Blue mountain. They had comfortable beds and the jacuzzi worked great as well. The kitchen included everything we needed to make all the meals and the temperature controlled fire place was great for cold windy nights. I would highly recommend for families seeking good value.

nice place very close to blue mountain. very spacious and has everything you need. The check in was a bit annoying since we were not able to check in until 5 pm due to delays with the place.

This property was perfect, 2 minute walk to village and a beautiful view of ski hills!! Condo itself was clean, had a ton of space for 6 people- It had everything we needed! Washer and dryer in unit was nice to have! Communication with host or property valet was quick and the binder they put at front door with instructions for unit, local shopping and restaurants was helpful! Would 100% rent this condo again.

5 stars!!! Location: This condo was literally just steps away from Blue village. We can see it from our balcony. And the view was spectacular! Host: Stay In Blue was literally a text away. They responded promptly to my questions. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. What a wonderful and reliable host! Condo: The condo was clean and spotless! In times of a pandemic, we felt very comfortable as we roamed around the condo. Everything was well maintained and cleaned. Parking: They gave us two parking spots. Both very close to the condo. And I was quite appreciative of their flexibility to my request to use the parking spot for an extra hour or two after check out so that my family may explore the village a bit more. Highly recommend for a place to stay. It was a great trip for us and we truly enjoyed our accommodation. Thank you!

This unit was probably the best spot inside the Blue Mountain Resort. Almost right next to all the attractions but very quiet. Unit is clean and extremely practical. Bed is amazing and we all slept like a baby. All the managers we met were very friend (thanks Logan and Graham!) Highly recommended.

One of, if not the nicest property we have stayed at in the Blue Mountains. Felt like we were in a Pent House right on the ski hill. The property was perfect, comfortable and lots of space. Our kids enjoyed it and we had some great sunset dinners on the deck overlooking Blue Mountain. We can't wait to come back! The team at Property Valet were very helpful with all our requests and even gave us a discount for our next stay. We very much appreciated the hospitality! Thanks again!

This is a lovely, spacious, and inviting property. The view was spectacular and it is literally steps to the village. The Canadiana decor was perfect and it was very well appointed with kitchenware and games for the whole family. Big screen TV, a huge couch and reliable Wifi meant everyone was comfortable. We could not have been more relaxed there. We would definitely come back!

Property was in a perfect location, super close to the village. I expected it to be a bit noisy but it was surprisingly quiet. We had a bit of an issue with check-in but Property Valet made it right and apologized with a very thoughtful gift basket. Place was very clean and it was a perfect spot for families or small groups. Would stay here again for sure.
