Description

Welcome to our inviting mountain retreat, ideal for a family getaway or a romantic escape. This charming chalet-style condo backs directly onto Blue’s Monterra Golf Course and offers a fully equipped kitchen along with a spacious living and dining area. Just a 10-minute walk or free shuttle ride to Blue Mountain Village, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the area's top attractions and dining spots. Guests also have access to the seasonal outdoor pool in the historic Snowbridge community.

Swimming Pool

The Snowbridge Community Swimming Pool is open for the season as of May 23rd, 2025. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own beach towels.

Adult Swim Hours: 7am-9am and 7pm-Dusk

General Swim Hours: 10am-7pm

This home is the perfect blend of comfort and character with both rustic and modern accents. The living area has a gas fireplace and Smart TV with cable surrounded by comfortable seating. The couch can pull out to a double size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area with room for 6 to gather. For the warmer months, there is a private balcony with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. With everything you need to prepare your own meals, you can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Blue or Collingwood.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are provided for your stay.

Bedroom 1: King bed, upstairs

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, main floor

This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village on a private paved trail set up for walking and biking and centrally located near the Scandinave Spa, Scenic Caves and a short drive to downtown Collingwood.

This space is perfect for both mountain lovers and those looking for a Summer getaway for adventurers looking to experience the Georgian Bay! For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Private beach tickets are also available through the Blue Mountain Site.

The condo is exactly as described. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with a great pool. Our grief was with the cleanliness or the lack thereof. The place was dirty with pet hair and hair balls. As a fellow dog owner, it was too much for me. We only stayed for 2 days, but the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. I contacted Property Valet after our checkout to voice my dissatisfaction. I was told that a manager would get back with me. To this day, nobody has contacted me.

Great mountain view from upstairs bedroom, nice pool, private and quiet back deck, and nicely landscaped pathway to the village that was an enjoyable walk even for little kids. We loved our stay. Appreciate it being pet friendly also. The unit is tastefully updated and decorated for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It had everything we needed in terms of linens and kitchen equipment, toiletry, made us feel like we are in a nice hotel. Kids loved it also. Great neighborhood. Highly recommended.
