We stayed at this location from July 25-Aug 1st and there was pros and cons! Pros include great location, nice neighbourhood, close to the blue Mountain village and very spacious home. The valet Team was very responsive with any concerns we had during our stay. The cost included necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, which was nice and the valet team brought more upon request. The cons were the home was not as clean as it could be. All blinds had thick dust on them and look like they have not been cleaned in months. We cleaned at least 6 large cobwebs including some in the bedrooms over the beds which was disappointing. The house is very worn out and needs some major updating and TLC especially the kitchen table and the dining room chairs, which are uncomfortable and have lost all their padding. The deck was very disappointing as you could not sit out there since there is an unusable hot tub taking up the majority of the space. Expected more for the money!

This was a great place me and 13 of my friends. Large, clean space and enough beds to comfortably sleep us all. If you have a large group and want to experience blue mountain this is your spot!

Excellent property. Was able to easily accommodate our group of 14 people and had a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Nice games room in the basement, and is a short walk from the village if you want something else to do. Unfortunately during our stay their fire alarm system was malfunctioning, but they responded quickly and have indicated that they will be addressing it promptly. Overall, excellent stay, would go back in the future.

Great team in charge of the property, very responsive and accommodating to my group’s needs! Spacious main living space and roomy bedrooms too for a big group. There is a 24 hours no noise policy outdoors however because it’s in a residential area so that’s the one drawback if you want to use the outdoor space and play music etc but otherwise very comfortable!

The place was a great choice for a larger party of 12. The bedroom and bathroom’s were well laid out. The kitchen had a lot of what we needed to make our meals for the week. The area was walkable for us to go into the Village throughout our stay. Everything was as pictured! However we did find the backyard and deck to be a little small. But other than that the property was great.

With 7 bedrooms, Blu Haven was a good fit for our large group of guys on a golf trip. The house is in decent shape and has the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms were nice, and clean linens were provided. The living space needs some TLC. The house is showing it's wear and tear presumably from many rentals. I think some investment in upkeep and replacement would help. E.g. foosball, pool table, dart board (all unusable), and the main room furniture and dining chairs all need replacing. Might be time for a purge and replenish of the kitchen utensils, cookware etc. too. This aside, we had a enjoyable time in our week there. The Property Valet hosting team shared all needed information in a timely manner.

We recently stayed in Blue Mountain as an extended family gathering and had an amazing time! We did have an issue with two bathroom outlets not working but the host was very responsive and offered to send someone to fix the issue (although we had accommodated with the other bathrooms and areas in the home). Linens, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless! The dining set needs some TLC (just wear and tear) but functioned for our needs. The location was amazing, about a 15 min walk to the village. Would absolutely stay with Property Valet again!

Amazing property which was great for our needs. Well kept and clean upon arrival which was smooth. We have rented with property valets team before at other properties and it’s always been a positive experience. This property was by far the best to date.

Stayed for a few nights and it was great! The place is big, lots of bedrooms and beds which is ideal. 9 of us and we almost all got our own room. Only thing is the pool and foosball table are not in the best condition and are difficult to use, and no darts for the dartboard. Hot tub was down and unusable, but this was on the ad so it was no big deal for us. Attentive and responsive hosts as well.

We had a good stay with a large group (6 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids). Location was excellent, in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to the Blue Mountain Village. House was very spacious, lots of room for everyone. Bathrooms were clean and bedding was fresh/clean and beds were comfortable. A few cons: the house is quite outdated, lots of broken things like toilet paperholders, bathroom window, dining room chairs, lamps, foosball table. Quite dirty surfaces like walls, counters, old garbage found behind the nightside table when plugging in charger, needs a good deep clean (again bathrooms and beds were clean which is great). No screens in the windows so unable to let fresh air in which was a problem in the upstairs bedrooms as the heat rises and is quite warm up there, no fans. Basement did not have heat so very cold for those sleeping downstairs. Nothing to ruin the trip but certainly preventing from being a 4 or 5 star. . Hosts are very responsive.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent, and the house had a fantastic design. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities provided. Our group of ten enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay. We encountered a minor issue with operating the garage door, but the team responded promptly and even sent someone over to assist us. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

This was a great place and location for our group. We were close range to the village for skiing/snowboarding and to the spa. Beautiful main floor and upstairs. I will say the place does require some TLC regarding changing the doorknobs to ensure they close (some doors/most doors did not close/lock ie. bathrooms). The entrance door and back doors lock. I did appreciate the heater in the basement room due to how cold it can get in basements. The parking situation is very strict and you must maintain a maximum of 3 cars only on the driveway (2 in the garage) which is enforced continuously. Security also told us about not using the hot tub past 11pm? I informed the security I was unaware there was even a hot tub (it was completely covered and clearly not to be used - this was completely okay because it is not listed in the description on Airbnb). Security was a bit too much with informing us to close our curtains/blinds but not a big deal, it is a small community that has rules.

Your feedback about the doorknobs is much appreciated. We have replaced the hardware on several of the doors in the home, but will have our Maintenance Team review the property again. In regards to the parking, we understand that its enforcement may seem excessive, however, it should be noted that all short term rental chalets in the Town of Blue Mountains must adhere to an approved parking plan. Failure to do so can result in fines and demerits for the home. To ensure these fines aren't passed along to Guests, we post signage and have our Security Contractor follow up when parking does not meet the approved plan. We do apologize for the interruption to your stay, but we simply want to avoid any bylaw issues. As for the hot tub - this is another bylaw requirement - obviously not applicable for this property. We apologize for this confusion. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you back for a smoother getaway in the future.

We had an overall pleasant stay at this property, with some notable positives and a few areas that could use improvement. The home was spacious for the 11 of us and the location was good. The beds were comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep after a day full of activities. The hosts were also responsive and nice, providing everything we needed for our stay. However, a few little issues detracted from the overall experience. There was only one tea towel provided in the kitchen, which seemed quite inadequate for the size of the property. Most of the pans were rusty and the foosball table was broken, which was very disappointing. The pool table also had some chipped balls, making it less fun to play. There were also stains on the sofa and carpet; generally, the place looked like it needed a facelift. Overall, while the location and the size of the property were great, but we were rather let down by the general condition especially for the price we paid for our stay.

We’re glad you found our Team responsive as this is an area of the guest experience that we prioritize. With that said, we truly regret the issues you have noted in your feedback. After your stay we had our housekeeping and maintenance teams review the property and complete the required corrective actions. While providing only one tea towel was an oversight from our housekeeping team, for future reference, our Guest services team are just a chat message away and we would be happy to drop off any extra supplies as needed. This goes for the foosball and pool tables as well - while these amenities should be guest ready, our Team is happy to address these items in stay. Finally, we have scheduled the property for a deep cleaning including carpet/fabric shampooing which should address any issues with any stains you may have encountered. We stayed with a group of 11 people and a 6-month-old baby. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the house was beautifully decorated. It's also very close to the Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Place was great. Lots of space and beds. Location was amazing, 3 minute drive to the slopes. Linens and towels provided, kitchen had all that you need. Lots of bathrooms (which was so important)! Floors and doors were worn out, strict parking regulation so there is a 5 car max! Great gaming space area for kids/teens and an amazing space in the family room with fireplace and large windows. Would definitely rent again. Kids loved it.

We enjoyed this airbnb and found it very large and spacious. The rooms and washrooms were really nice and we enjoyed that the living room was decorated for Christmas. Some of the appliances can use a bit of love and care, the stove for example gave us some trouble with 2 of the burners. The games room was cool as well but the foosball table was coming apart as we played. It's conveniently located and it's very easy to get to the village. We prefer Airbnb's over hotels as they feel more personal and usually quite a bit more flexible. However this Airbnb is managed by a property management company (as are several near this area) so we found a lot of the responses were similar to the corporate tone of a large hotel.
