Description

Welcome to our centrally located mountain home, set along the scenic Monterra Golf Course! Spend your days on the slopes and your evenings exploring vibrant local restaurants and Village events, all just a short walk from your private retreat. This ground-floor, 2-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests for a getaway filled with the best of Blue. Guests have unlimited access to the shared Rivergrass pool (summer only) and year-round hot tub.

Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

Step into the open-concept living area featuring cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and cable TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer views of the mountains and golf course. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private patio, complete with a BBQ and outdoor seating for warm-weather enjoyment.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, cutlery, and a drip coffee maker—just bring your food, spices, and coffee/filters. The dining table seats six, perfect for shared meals when you're not enjoying one of Blue’s fantastic eateries.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, cable TV, and a full ensuite. The second bedroom includes two single beds with views of the mountains, and the living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed to accommodate two additional guests. A second bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance, next to the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

The Blue Mountain Village is just a 5 minute walk from this unit via Jozo Weider Blvd.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

Spacious and comfortable unit in a delightful location with a soothing view. We found the kitchen lacking in some things, but got by. We contacted the team ahead of time to ask if the unit had an iron and ironing board and were told it did not. We asked if the owner would consider purchasing them and were told no. So we loaded ours and brought them along. Then we opened a closet to hang up our clothes and discovered an iron and ironing board. Frustrating that we inquired and were misinformed, but also concerning that it appears as if our inquiry was answered by the staff on behalf of the owner without contacting them. One assumes that, if asked, the owner would have informed the staff that there was already an iron and ironing board in the unit. Last issue, an early check in cost $50.00. Never been charged for an early check in before. Glad we got to enjoy this beautiful unit but experienced some mild disappointment with the property management team’s choices.

Had a great experience during our stay. Very close to the village which is very convenient. No need to worry if you forgot to bring something because the next town is literary 10 minutes away. However, late night activities in the upper level is a bit of a bothersome. Not the host's fault but a fair warning if you're a light sleeper. Overall the experience was great. Highly recommend
