The house needs some major repairs and TLC. It’s a very used home. Most of the bathrooms and bedrooms don’t have locks. The 3 beds advertised as queens are double beds . We stayed here with 11 guests for 3 nights and were provided 1 tea towel and cloth in the kitchen, a few garbage bags and a couple dish washer tabs. We used all the garbage bags provided very quickly as there was 11 of us. Extra showering towels would have been great. We were provided 1 shower towel per person. Dishwasher needed to be run 3-4 times per 1 load to hardly clean dishes. None of the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner or body wash as advertised they would. The pots and pans are very old and need to be replaced. We had to message the host twice about the water level in the hot tub and it being freezing. There was a step outside heading to the hot tub from upstairs that had a broken it look like they just put the wood back in place and we had someone fall all the way down the steps. Would NOT recommend.

The place was great, lots of room for 7 people and a dog. The location is also great, very close to the Blue Mountain village for quick and easy access to restaurants and skiing/snowboarding. The house was easy to find and plenty of parking was available for us, the hottub was also great for unwinding at the end of a long day on the mountain. Would definitely stay here again :)

5 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Hot tub was working, which was important for us. Close to The Village Large living room / kitchen area Needs some updates and repairs (hotter water and locks on bedroom / bathroom doors) , but worked great for us.

Spent a couple of nights with my wife and 5 teens. Communication with the team was instantaneous from booking to check out. Unit was very clean, but in need of some TLC - really at minimal expense. Light bulbs in most living area fixtures are daylight (super bright). Other little things like missing baseboard, broken closet doors, loose bunk frames and most mattresses were very uncomfortable (wire spring in master in particular). Basement temp (winter) was very cold. Dishwasher missing two wheels on bottom tray….would probably be a 3 star, but otherwise location and the cleanliness, the teams communication definitely bump it up.

The photos don’t do this place justice! The amenities were fantastic, and despite initial confusion with the hot tub not working fully the entire stay, everything worked well. Plus, it’s a super short walk to the village—very convenient!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The place was everything we were looking for - close to the village as well as activities (beach and hiking). The place was spacious, which was important since there were 9 of us! We did not feel we were in each other's way. The bedding and towels were very clean, and there were plenty of towels for each person. I highly recommend this as a place to stay for your weekend in the Blue Mountains!

Coordinators are Very responsive and helpfull . Good place relax . Just the top floor air conditioning is not coming well compared to the bedrooms . Good location close to lots of thing to do. The space was laid out ideally for a family, with kid bedrooms in basement, adult bedrooms on first floor, and general living space upstairs. The pool and close by beaches were great for the kids and the village is in easy walking distance through the golf course path. We rented the place in the summer and the biggest issue was lack of good air circulation and reach of the AC in the upstairs living space. The AC did not reach upstairs well and the bedrooms were very cold even while upstairs was quite hot. There were few screened windows upstairs so even in the cooler evening we couldn’t open enough windows to get good cross ventilation. Great large table for family meals and grill outside, but kitchen was very poorly stocked and some appliances (e.g., dishwasher) were functional but in very poor shape. Overall a reasonable value for the area and size but not as well maintained as many other spaces we have stayed.

Check in was smooth. Few issues or problems we encountered- 1.The listing didn't show that 2 rooms were in the basement , which was really cold. 2. The top floor was really hot . i think there is an issue with the air vents 3. and the barbecue was dirty. We had to clean it to use the same. Chalet is close to blue mountain village and it's a nice locality.

Amazing stay. Everything matches with photos and descriptions. Hosts were very responsive and communication was perfect. The place is big enough for a large group and provided all we needed for a nice stay. The location is very close to the village. We had an issue with the hot tube, which was quickly solved by the management, who promptly sent someone to take a look. All appliances and the BBQ grill working fine. Overall, it is a very good place and I definitely recommend it for those who are looking for a big space close to the mountain.

Our stay was wonderful. Clean and lots of space inside. A 10 minute walk to the village and a great view of the slopes. Communication was great through the AIRBNB chat. We made breakfast one of the mornings we were there. The unit has most supplies to do this. The only thing is they don’t have any salt, condiments etc. available so make sure to bring your own. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

To sum up, a disappointment. Photos misled us, ticks were evident in our opinion. Kids bunk beds in a basement that was musty and mouldy. Kids had to sleep on the main floor couches. The place needs attention, smoke detector batteries need changing, folding doors in the bedroom can't be closed. Dishwasher rack broken. No coffee filters , coffee machine leaking, Not enough towels for 12 people to shower. A/C problem, basement freezing but main floor uncomfortably hot. Had 1 fan, needed 3 on the main floor. Way overpriced for what you got. I expect a FULL REFUND. and will not return to this property or recommend it to anyone. This was a family annual trip that was a disappointment from an accommodations perspective. Lou.

This cottage was a great place for our family get-away with a rustic vibe! Lots of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. We loved the large dining and living area and the bedrooms provided great sleeping for both kids and adults (although basement rooms were cold) We enjoyed the hot tub and access to the pool. Overall, it was a great cottage, with great proximity to Blue Mountain village - we all had a great time! And quick friendly response by Property Valet was great!

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive and check in was easy. The space was clean and comfortable to suit a large group. Beds/linens were very comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main floor when you walk in, shared bedrooms downstairs and the living room/kitchen is upstairs. The hottub does face a main road, so it is not very private but it never seemed to affect our enjoyment. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

We had a great visit. Loved the large dining table and big seating area. The hot tub was functional but a little older. Some of the Jets weren't working correctly. (the little waterfall jet was spraying out at a weird angle. we kept it covered with a washcloth). We did notice that the dishes were a little crusty and greasy feeling. The basement toilet overflowed twice which was annoying but manageable. The house is close to the village. The distance is walkable however we did drive. The host was very responsive when we needed help with the hot tub and when requesting a bit of a later check out. All in all a great stay!

Awesome location in proximity of the village, just a short ten minute walk. Had plenty of beds for the group of 12, no one had to share. Hot tub was clean and the rest of the property followed suit. I would definitely recommend the property to others. Thanks for the stay!

Well laid out chalet in a great location. The Aurora Chalet has big windows, clean beds (and lots of them), and a great shared space layout. It was a wonderful getaway. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, cozy space near Blue Mountain.

Furnace not working properly. Try to set it to 75F (24C). However, it only goes up to 60F (18C) only and the basement is even colder. When we found out about this issue, it is already 9 pm. Messaged the management, and they said we can flip the reset switch in the furnace room (which is locked). Therefore; we end up flipping the main fuse box to reset the furnace. Been there for 3 days, and it never reaches over 67F even though we set it higher.

We just stayed at this property for four nights with ten adults, for a birthday celebration. The house is ok for basic accommodations. It is what the pictures show, but not in great shape and no extras. No garbage bags provided, one roll of paper towels, no kleenex boxes, etc. Kitchen cupboards are in rough shape and dishwasher lower rack doesn't glide, should be replaced. All the small things that need repair add up when staying in a house that you're paying decent money for. Only one small tv in the whole place, which is in the living room and uncomfortable couches. Dining room ceiling fixture flickers and won't stay on. Some things need repairs and or replacements, basement bedrooms are sparsely furnished, dim lights and super squeaky and low quality beds/ mattresses. Bring your own soap and shower toiletries, one basic type of "conditioning shampoo" is the only product provided in mini travel size bottles. So a little misleading in the online listing vs. reality. Overall, a warm, big space, but many improvements could make this place much more enjoyable for its guests.

We ran into a unsanitary issue with the property we were staying in which forced us to leave a day early which is why I rated certain things low. Some people on the team were not great with communication until I spoke to the operations manager. He was able to resolve the issue and offer us compensation that favoured my ask. I’m hoping when I come back, the issues we experienced are fixed.

Stuffs are nice, and kind. Cleaning just fair,nothing superb. Detergent not so sufficient, even shampoo／body soap are close to empty, good thing we brought our own. No bug nets for all the doors and windows, lots of flys got into the house, very annoying. A／C on kitchen floor is not cool at all, those vent holes some were covered by the giant couch set. Great location, huge in size! Easily accommodated our group of 11. The pool so close was also very nice. Kitchen is decently outfitted, most basics are there. Not enough garbage bags were provided so bring your own. Hosts were quick to respond to communications!

Good spot, great location. Pool is nice and close and well maintained. Bnb was clean and spacious. 10 min walk to the village (can cut across #18 using the path from the road) Easily sleeps 10 on their own bed, property management is friendly and informative. Security pops in to say hi when you check in and runs through Blue Mountain bylaws. Absolutely no issues

I would confirm with the host if the pool is open, especially in the beginning of the season. also no hottubs after 11pm or they'll threaten to evict you

Perfect place for a girls getaway, plenty of room for everyone and only a short walk to the village. Property valet was quick to answer any of our questions and the fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges was perfect.

We could not have asked for a better stay! There was 10 of us and there was so much room. The place was beautiful, clean and just as described on the website. It was also in a great location and was in the perfect spot to go to and from the village. Check in and out was also very easy and we had no issues at all. If we needed to ask any questions, they responded right away and were so helpful! 10/10 for this place! Will definitely be coming back.

The chalet at Blue Mountain was perfect for three families with kids. Spacious open concept upstairs with kitchen / greatroom, and the bedrooms had nice furniture, great mattresses, and the two beds loaded with bunkbeds serve the children well. The hot tub was clean, properly chlorinated, and a nice touch. Finally, property management were quick to respond and provided new cookware before we could get around to requesting it ourselves. Only issue - which was super minor because they responded so promptly - was check in as the code did not work for 5-10 minutes after we had arrived and needed resetting. All in all a great place.

The trip was smooth and the place was clean. We left something back at the Airbnb and they are really difficult to communicate with. They are very slow with replies and are unwilling to return our lost items. They told us to call their guest coordinator to meet in 30 minutes but their guest coordinator does not pick up.

The chalet was a great size for our group of 10 and had a lovely view of the ski hills! Everything was basically as described and we enjoyed our stay overall. Had a few maintenance related issues but they were quick to respond to everything. Would recommend.

Great place for large groups. It is close to the mountains and very easy to find/access. Massive dining room table for everyone to eat at, and big living room for everyone to hang out in. We knew we were going to be cooking big meals for a lot of people, so we brought our own big pots and pans. The place has very basic cooking utensils and cooking necessities. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE. They only provide a few coffee pods for the Keurig (and for a group of hungover young adults.. that wasn’t enough). No issues with the very long and intimidating list of rules and procedures. Would stay again.

This Chalet has some older cabinets and the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but location and pool were great. We would stay again, as the size was great and kitchen was handy.

Very disappointing and misleading. Should be an embarrassment to its owners. Negative: The property is neglected and poorly maintained. It was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Dust on the fireplace mantle and sticky floors in the kitchen. There were spiders in the kitchen and bedrooms. There was mold on the grout of bathroom tiles. Nine lights were not working upon our arrival and needed bulb replacement. We had to call to get the WIFI to work. The light over the kitchen table never did work. It flickered on and mostly off during our entire stay. The furniture was stained and looked dirty. The bar stools in the kitchen and shown in the photos of the property were missing. The shrubs in the gardens rubbed the bedroom walls as the wind blew, making it hard to sleep. These are just a few of the deficiencies we experienced with this terrible property.

We really enjoyed the beautiful chalet and the great location. The staff was really responsive and helpful. Positive: Great location, size of chalet was perfect for our group. We loved that there was a swimming pool nearby and the chalet had its own hot tub, The layout of the property is really great. Oversell a great experience! Negative: The upper level is quite warm compared to the rest of the chalet I believe due to the air not circulating up to the upper level. Would prefer if there was no carpet.
