Nestled in the new Crosswinds community, this 3-bedroom townhome offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful setting with easy access to the Village. With room for up to eight guests, it’s the perfect home base for families or groups ready to ski, hike, dine, and explore—all just steps away.

As you enter the home, you can unwind after a day of adventure by the gas fireplace. The secondary living space offers a Smart TV, where you can sign in to your favourite streaming services! Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio overlooking Blue Mountain, where you’ll have access to a private BBQ grill.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen features contemporary appliances and an adjacent dining area. Whether you prefer preparing meals at home or enjoying local cuisine from Blue Mountain or Collingwood, you'll find all the amenities needed for flexibility and convenience during your stay. All you need to bring is your food, spices, and Keurig pods!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The condo features 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2.5 bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are included in your stay.

Parking:

Guests are given 2 parking spaces at the property; one in the driveway and one in the garage. Additional visitor parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis across the street.

This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and is centrally located near local favourites like the Scandinave Spa and Scenic Caves. Downtown Collingwood is just 15 minutes away!

This space is perfect for both mountain lovers and those looking for a Summer getaway for adventurers looking to experience the Georgian Bay! For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Private beach tickets are also available through the Blue Mountain Site.

This was our first visit to Blue Mountain and we were very happy with our stay. What made it stand out was the EXCELLENT SERVICE that we received throughout our weekend stay. Phone calls for information were answering immediately and our request for a service person to check out a problem with one of the bed-frames resulted in a friendly handyman at our door within minutes. Whether we called or texted, our enquiries were handled professionally, within minutes. The location of the townhouse is amazing - a 2 minute drive or roughly 7 minute walk to the ski hill base! The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the broken bed frame we noticed when we arrived, which was fixed immediately, and a bit of wear. The townhouse is lovely and it has been well used by visitors, so there are some things that may not be overlooked by an overly picky visitor. We had a great stay - great location, STELLAR service and a very nice townhouse!

Great location and clean but here were major issues 1- front door snow was not shoveled. we couldnt park. 2- interent only worked on the first floor. 3- the sofa bed on the firsr floor was broken with a sign that said it’s broken. I would expect them to replace it instead of placing a sign. 4- the dishwasher was also malfunctioning with a sign saying the bottom rack cannot be pulled out. these need replacement/repaired instead of warnings. 5- there was no coffee maker. Just a Keuring with no K pods.

Regarding the sofa bed, we’d like to clarify that a sofa bed is not advertised as an available amenity in the listing, as a replacement is currently in progress. We completely understand how seeing a notice on the unit itself could be disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback on how this was communicated. The dishwasher issue was an unexpected maintenance matter that arose shortly before your check-in. While the dishwasher is fully operational, the bottom rack does not slide smoothly, which is why it was noted for guest awareness. We agree that long-term repair is the best solution and this is already being addressed. As for the coffee setup, the listing description and digital guest guide note that the unit is equipped with a Keurig machine and that guests are asked to bring their own K-cups, as these are not supplied. We understand this can be inconvenient if overlooked, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Thank you again for your feedback. Amazing stay in blue mountain! We decided to do a last minute trip and the host responded to our request to book the same day in a promptly manner, we had communicated back and forth and were very responsive which was a huge plus. The townhouse is walking distance to the village and trails which we loved and even had a high chair our baby could use. You can see the mountain from the living room and bedroom window which was gorgeous with the fall colours. Would love to stay again during skiing season.

Beautiful property that is about a 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. Easily accessible, with additional parking for another car for up to three cars with the garage. The place looked exactly like the pictures, was clean and in great condition. We had a girls weekend (3 of us) and it was appealing that we each had our own room. We didn’t want to worry about sharing rooms or pullout couches so this fit our needs perfectly. We had a beautiful weekend and didn’t have to worry about any rain but with the walking access to the Village would recommend bringing umbrellas in case of rain. Overall a wonderful stay and would book again for our getaway.
