This 3-bedroom townhome in the newly developed Crosswinds community strikes the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, offering peace and quiet while being just minutes from the Village. With space to accommodate up to eight guests, it’s an excellent choice for families and groups eager to experience all that Blue has to offer, right at your doorstep.

As you enter the home, you can unwind after a day of adventure by the gas fireplace. The secondary living space offers a Smart TV, where you can sign in to your favourite streaming services! Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio overlooking Blue Mountain, where you’ll have access to a private BBQ grill.

Kitchen and Dining:

The kitchen features contemporary appliances and an adjacent dining area. Whether you prefer preparing meals at home or enjoying local cuisine from Blue Mountain or Collingwood, you'll find all the amenities needed for flexibility and convenience during your stay. All you need to bring is your food, spices, and Keurig pods!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The condo features 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2.5 bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are included in your stay.

Bedroom 1 (primary): King bed with private ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 3: Single over double bunk bed

Living area: Double sofa bed

Parking:

Guests are given 2 parking spaces at the property; one in the driveway and one in the garage. Additional visitor parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis across the street.

This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and is centrally located near local favourites like the Scandinave Spa and Scenic Caves. Downtown Collingwood is just 15 minutes away!

This space is perfect for both mountain lovers and those looking for a Summer getaway for adventurers looking to experience the Georgian Bay! For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Private beach tickets are also available through the Blue Mountain Site.

Very disappointed that we spent a lot of money to book accommodation for 8 and it only slept 7! the only small sofa was unsafe and broken. His words were “use it at your own risk “?!! The maintenance attendant was very friendly and tried to help by bringing in two chairs. This did not solve our sleeping arrangement issue. It was very awkward for the guests we were hosting. We are surprised no one has offered compensation at the very least. Then they interrupted our last day (birthday celebration) to change batteries. We asked them to wait until we left but they came anyway. This should have been taken care of prior to check in. We hope to hear back from someone to explain what happened …

Lovely place to stay for a getaway. Home is very spacious and located very close to the ski hills. Bedrooms are large and we enjoyed the large kitchen table to gather round. The unit was really great and I will come back again!

Great location if you are wanting to be close to the hills but away from the village. Two minute drive to Orchard and South chair lifts. For the price, the house its self could use some cosmetic updates (dings in the doors & walls), floor in the main hallway is separating. The couch is also very uncomfortable with an unstable back making it hard to relax after a day on the hill. The most disappointing was the level of cleaning done. At best it was surface level clean & not deep cleaned (food splatter in kitchen, dirty baseboards, film on floors).

Location is perfect for snowboarders and skiers. Quick access to the village and the slopes. House was super comfortable and spacious. Amenities were great overall, could be nice to include a can opener. I wanted beans for breakfast but couldn’t find an opener. LOL. Otherwise it was an awesome place. Will be back next season!

A groups of friends and I stayed at Crosswinds for the weekend and loved our visit. The hosts were very responsive and kind, the location was great (10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, short drive to the spa and other amenities/activities around the area) and the home itself was spacious and cozy! We would definitely stay again.

We needed a place to stay for a skiing getaway. It was close proximity however we did choose to drive and park closer. We had a really good time and would likely use this property again in the future. We forgot something behind and they informed us right away and offered to ship it to us. great communication!

Great location and large house with lots of space. Driveway parking was a great thing to have. Only complaint was cleanliness. not that it was terrible but my wife and I are clean freaks and it wasn't up to snuff. Crumbs on the couch, some stains on the comforters among a few small other things. BUT all in all I would definitely go back....although I would bring my own bed linens and blankets.

everything was amazing, just couple things if property management can fix, the shower heads in the bathroom are realy slow, and have curtains for the front door or put a privacy film on it, need to replace some of the plates for food. that's all.

Crosswinds Escape is the perfect place to visit Blue Mountain. Walking distance to the “Village”, and a short drive to Collingwood. Spacious accommodations, well-maintained, fully furnished kitchen. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.
