This charming 3BDR townhome in the newly built Crosswinds community offers a rare blend of privacy, tranquility, and unbeatable proximity to the village. With 3 spacious bedrooms and room for up to 8 guests, it's the ideal basecamp for families or small groups looking to enjoy everything Blue has to offer, right outside your window.

As you enter the home, you can unwind after a day of adventure by the gas fireplace. The secondary living space offers a Smart TV with cable, where you can sign in to your favourite streaming services! Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio overlooking Blue Mountain, where you’ll have access to a private BBQ grill.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen features contemporary appliances and an adjacent dining area. Whether you prefer preparing meals at home or enjoying local cuisine from Blue Mountain or Collingwood, you'll find all the amenities needed for flexibility and convenience during your stay. All you need to bring is your food, spices, and Keurig pods!

The condo features 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2.5 bathrooms. All linens, pillows and towels are included in your stay.

This unit is a short 10 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village and is centrally located near local favourites like the Scandinave Spa and Scenic Caves. Downtown Collingwood is just 15 minutes away!

Great location, walkable to blue mountain village around 10 mine. 10 mins drive to Collingwood as well and 5 mins from Northwinds Beach. Relatively clean, although my son found chips under the bed. Some wear and tear in the home and the second floor washroom door did not close properly. We had some issues with AC but the host was responsive and the issue was fixed very quickly. Overall great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse, which is relatively new, clean, and well maintained. Having access to the garage with the EV charging outlet was a great bonus. Walking to the Blue Mountain Village is only about 10-minute walk. Highly recommended.

The property is very convenient location, but we did have some cleanliness issues and one of the beds needs repaired. I did bring this to their attention and they responded very quickly and have since dealt with the issues.

If you are just adults without kids, this place is probably the best, given the location. If you have kids and specially infants, this house is VERY noisy. All the beds are extremely noisy and the floors as well. If your baby is sleeping you literally have to find spots where the noise is the least. The noises will certainly wake you up. The smallest of activity in the kitchen very loudly travel to other rooms.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this very well taken care of townhome. Everything looked just like the photos - especially the kitchen and bathrooms which were spotless. The location was perfect in my opinion, close enough to walk to the village and ski hills but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. For reference, we stayed with a toddler and a dog and still think the walking distance was more than manageable. Plenty of walking paths for dog walks around the location. It was easy to feel right at home, with a large couch for relaxing on and watching a show after a long day of skiing and the bunkbed was a big hit with our little one! Already planning to stay longer next time!

We had a great time in the Airbnb and photos matched description.Beds were very comfortable and clean and lots of space throughout. The kitchen was missing a few pieces (like enough wine glasses and drinking glasses and cutlery for the number of guests the place could hold) and kitchen island is a bit small compared to the space in the house. Overall the place worked out perfectly for us

Great place to stay near Blue Mountain! It’s only about a 3-minute drive to P2 village parking, which was super convenient for skiing. The space is big and very clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with all the essentials. The host was quick to respond to messages, and check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We have experienced stays at several locations at the base of Blue for our ski visits. This is definitely one of our preferred and will absolutely choose again. Extremely clean, professional, responsive, had everyhting we needed. The face towlettes and available toiletries were a nice added touch (although we usually always travel with our own). There was quality salt and pepper, ample dishware, appliances all in great working condition. Compliments all around as far as the beds and bedding are concerned. They were fabulously comfortable and even the boys had nothing but great to say about the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and community. We love to enjoy and play hard during the day and is a fabulous gift to come home to a space where we can relax and get a good night's rest! Thank you to our hosts for doing such a wonderful job!

This was a great place to stay in Blue Mountain. Very close to the village. Clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen was mostly equipped but only had 3 bowls for breakfast etc and short on glasses.

This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was a quick walk into Blue Mountain village and only a few minutes drive from Scandinave Spa. We had a girls getaway here and appreciated that all four of us had our own beds, 3 bathrooms, and lots of space. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but it’s nice to have it as an option if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Crosswinds was a beautiful and relaxing getaway! The home was so close Blue Mountain and the village, just a few minutes to walk, and a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The pictures were exactly representative of what we got. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking and there was a lot of space to relax and visit. We were given all the information we needed ahead of getting there, which made it a seamless arrival, and knew exactly what needed to be done before leaving. We would definitely be going back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse, which is relatively new, clean, and well maintained. Having access to the garage with the EV charging outlet was a great bonus. Walking to the Blue Mountain Village is only about 10-minute walk. Highly recommended.

The property is very convenient location, but we did have some cleanliness issues and one of the beds needs repaired. I did bring this to their attention and they responded very quickly and have since dealt with the issues.

If you are just adults without kids, this place is probably the best, given the location. If you have kids and specially infants, this house is VERY noisy. All the beds are extremely noisy and the floors as well. If your baby is sleeping you literally have to find spots where the noise is the least. The noises will certainly wake you up. The smallest of activity in the kitchen very loudly travel to other rooms.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this very well taken care of townhome. Everything looked just like the photos - especially the kitchen and bathrooms which were spotless. The location was perfect in my opinion, close enough to walk to the village and ski hills but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. For reference, we stayed with a toddler and a dog and still think the walking distance was more than manageable. Plenty of walking paths for dog walks around the location. It was easy to feel right at home, with a large couch for relaxing on and watching a show after a long day of skiing and the bunkbed was a big hit with our little one! Already planning to stay longer next time!

We had a great time in the Airbnb and photos matched description.Beds were very comfortable and clean and lots of space throughout. The kitchen was missing a few pieces (like enough wine glasses and drinking glasses and cutlery for the number of guests the place could hold) and kitchen island is a bit small compared to the space in the house. Overall the place worked out perfectly for us

Great place to stay near Blue Mountain! It’s only about a 3-minute drive to P2 village parking, which was super convenient for skiing. The space is big and very clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped with all the essentials. The host was quick to respond to messages, and check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We have experienced stays at several locations at the base of Blue for our ski visits. This is definitely one of our preferred and will absolutely choose again. Extremely clean, professional, responsive, had everyhting we needed. The face towlettes and available toiletries were a nice added touch (although we usually always travel with our own). There was quality salt and pepper, ample dishware, appliances all in great working condition. Compliments all around as far as the beds and bedding are concerned. They were fabulously comfortable and even the boys had nothing but great to say about the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and community. We love to enjoy and play hard during the day and is a fabulous gift to come home to a space where we can relax and get a good night's rest! Thank you to our hosts for doing such a wonderful job!

This was a great place to stay in Blue Mountain. Very close to the village. Clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen was mostly equipped but only had 3 bowls for breakfast etc and short on glasses.

This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It was a quick walk into Blue Mountain village and only a few minutes drive from Scandinave Spa. We had a girls getaway here and appreciated that all four of us had our own beds, 3 bathrooms, and lots of space. The sofa bed is not very comfortable but it’s nice to have it as an option if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Crosswinds was a beautiful and relaxing getaway! The home was so close Blue Mountain and the village, just a few minutes to walk, and a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The pictures were exactly representative of what we got. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking and there was a lot of space to relax and visit. We were given all the information we needed ahead of getting there, which made it a seamless arrival, and knew exactly what needed to be done before leaving. We would definitely be going back!!
