Description

Welcome to our centrally located mountain retreat on the Monterra Golf Course! Spend your days on the slopes and your evenings enjoying the vibrant restaurants and events at the Village, all just a short walk from your private getaway. This spacious 2-bedroom, ground-floor home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering the perfect weekend escape to experience Blue. As our guest, you'll also enjoy unlimited access to the Rivergrass shared pool (summer only) and the year-round hot tub.

The Space

This home is ideal for families and small groups in search of a quiet getaway. As you walk through the door, you’ll arrive in the open concept living area with comfortable seating facing the gas fireplace and Smart TV. The large windows open up to provide natural light and front row views of the Monterra Golf Course and Blue Mountain

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker - all you need is your food, spices, and coffee pods! The dining space seats 6, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants. The private balcony is equipped with an outdoor dining area for 4 to enjoy on warmer days.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided. For using the pool and hot tub, we kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Twin bed x2

Living area: Double sofa bed

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

The Blue Mountain Village is just a 5 minute walk from this unit via Jozo Weider Blvd.

Pool and Hot Tub

The hot tub is open year round, and the pool is typically open from the last week of May until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you're curious about the pool being open!

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

This condo is located in a family-oriented area and is intended for those wanting a peaceful getaway. Excessive noise and parties will not be tolerated.

Good place to stay Positive: Great space , fairly priced and good size rooms. Lovely living area and full sized kitchen.Greatt for longer stays. Overall good but need some improvements. Negative: Overall the incorrect information given for check out since booking portal mentioned 10am meanwhile the email from the vendor states 11am which is very frustrating to rush n get checked out first thing in the morning. The Hot tub is a hazard with a deep step not labeled with warning and a single bar to keep you from getting harmed.

Location, Location The unit was a very short and easy walk to the Village where we enjoyed each day at least once. The access to the pool and hot tub were extremely close and because it is only accessible by a few condo units, it was never over crowded. The unit was well appointed with all you would require, as if you were back at home. The beds were comfortable with our two kids commenting on a good night's sleep each day. Would highly recommend this unit and using property valet as communication was always provided and questions answered almost immediately.

Positive: The location, the size of the unit, the AC was amazing, and the backyard was great. Negative: Some of the cups weren't clean, and several beds kept squeeking. Also, the checkout was too early (10 AM), should be around 12 PM
