Newly Renovated at Rivergrass: Pool, Golf, Steps to Village

Beautiful newly renovated property within walking distance to the village! Our family really enjoyed our stay. Lovely decor, comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a great way to cool off. Amenities provided were appreciated. Some minor feedback. It would be great if there was a BBQ guests could use. As for parking, while there are many parking spots, parking is first come first serve and not guaranteed. We checked in on a long weekend and had some trouble finding parking the first night but were able to get parking the rest of the week as other guests checked out. Overall we loved the property and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay here! The property was spotless and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better close to everything in Blue Mountain, but still quiet and relaxing. The pool just a few doors down was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay! Location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk over to Blue Mountain village. We brought a wagon and stroller for our kids and the push over to the village was okay and fine. Ample parking available and the pool was enjoyed. Everything was clean and as described. It was probably us but we couldn’t find the laundry wash and condiments but it’s okay. Walmart was less than 10 minutes away so everything was easily accessible. The beds were on the softer side but that’s probably also us, very dependent on the individual. Thanks again!

We appreciate the feedback about the laundry supplies and condiments. While these are not always provided, we’re happy to hear Walmart was close by for anything you needed. This property was clean, quiet, spacious and exactly what we needed for our girls weekend of 8 people. Host was extremely responsive and helpful - as an example, we discovered the keurig was not working on our arrival and they provided a replacement machine within 10-15 minutes. Condo was extremely clean, provided ample linens and towels, had smart TV's, easy to access wifi. Condo is literally a 5 min walk from Blue Mountain so its super convenient and a few minute drive from downtown Collingwood. Only recommendations would be to provide minimal basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tin foil as those typically aren't items one would pack and in our experience other Air Bnb's provided. Other than that, we would all stay again no question.

The place was exceptionally clean and new. Everything was as described. The unit was spacious, great finishes and very very comfortable. It fit us all perfectly. It’s only a 8-10 min walk to the village and was a better option for us because we didn’t want to be around the busy area of staying inside the village itself.
