Description

An ideal property great for all seasons! Steps to the Blue Mountain Village with shuttle service as well. Situated on the 18th hole of the award winning Monterra Golf Course. Walkout to the back patio for a BBQ while watching the great sunsets and golf. Or, head out the front door to the slopes of the Blue Mountain runs and village. Storage locker for your skis, bikes, golf clubs etc. Head over to the pool for a swim after a long day of hiking or golf, or lounge by the pool.

Pool Update 2025:

The Rivergrass pool is now open for the Summer! The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

The Space

This beautiful chalet has the perfect amount of space for 6 guests. Perfectly located a 3 min drive or 8 min walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski lifts. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. There's also a balcony at the back of the unit with BBQ with an open view.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings.

Dining & Living room:

A table for 6 in the dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and enjoying the beautiful backyard view. Warm up by the electric fireplace with good company after a day of being on the hill.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen and the other with 2 Single beds. There is a Full sofa bed for 2 people, easily converted from the living room sofa. Each bed is equipped with a minimum two pillows and a comforter. Plus, commercially laundered white bed linens, pillow cases and towels will be placed at each bedside.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.

We had an amazing stay at this Blue Mountain rental! The place was super clean, modern, and felt really comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal and just a quick walk to the Village where there’s always something fun going on. The pool was close by and the view of the golf course from the backyard was so peaceful. I was 10 minutes late from the checkout (which honestly I think is pretty hasty to have it at 11 am, specially when check in is at 4 pm). Nevertheless, at exactly 11 am, someone simply opened the door and was about to walk in when my dog stop them. Having my baby and my family there, I felt pretty uncomfortable having someone opening the door and just walking in because they could. Besides that bad experience, place is pretty beautiful.

The condo is actually bigger than it looked in the photos. The location is absolutely perfect, being so walkable to the village, but not right in the village. The beds and the pull out couch were super comfy, and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, though you really need to bring everything you need for cooking, ex. oil, coffee, etc. It is right on the golf course, which makes it fun to sit out back. We had our dog with us who had some space to run. The landscaping allows for some privacy. Highly recommend this unit!

Clean and home like atmosphere

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived and loved that it backed onto a golf course. We love the swimming pool and hot on the resort premises. A quick 5 minute walk to blue mountain resort where we enjoyed the restaurants, entertainment and the shops. Would stay here again.

Hosts were responsive. Unit was clean other than dishes and utensils that were put away dirty. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was a bit weak in on suite shower. Toilet paper was cheap/thin so suggest you bring you own. Kitchen was well stocked but missing a few items (kitchen scissors, baking sheets). No Netflix or Disney plus just cable tv. Beautiful view of golf course but outdoor furniture was cheap plastic so not really comfortable for sitting. Great location with about 10 min walk to blue mountain.

Collingwood Family Getaway

This was an excellent place to be in the Collingwood area. Short walk to the village and Blue Mountain and an equally short drive to the town of Collingwood. There was plenty of space for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids w/ separate beds for the kids). We had our dogs too without issue. The unit is nicer than the photos having been recently updated (paint, finishes, kitchen, etc). Parking was easy. The kids attended hockey camp whilst we were in town and the ski locker had ample space for their equipment and likely could have fit 2 bikes had we brought them. The management staff was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay for an extra night. They were responsive throughout.

Overall great stay. Good location close to the village, nice two bedroom space. Responsive customer support, though a couple things like the kitchen light were a bit broken. Wasn't a big deal and we had a really nice stay.

The location is fantastic. So close to the Village and within walking distance. Our place had everything we needed. We cooked a few nights and everything we needed to make a meal was thoughtfully available in the kitchen. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view was also great! Communication was the host was always prompt and professional. I will definitely come back again and would recommend to my family and friends.

We were a little unsettled the first night as we had no bed sheets for the yonge kids sleeping on pull out couch. We ha Positive: The location was good Negative: For the value it did not come close to the equivalent comfort or hospitality. Lovely place. Looks better in person! really had a great time with my girls. Unfortunately there was no coffee, and the blanket for the sofa bed wasn’t warm enough, which made it uncomfortable. Great condo close to the village. Nice back patio with a BBQ. Pool can get busy quickly with limited chairs so get there early. Overall a great location for the area.

Great location. Unit was very clean and easily accommodated a family of 4. Walkable to mountain even with skiis tho better to hitch a ride. Great stay and would come back.

I was 10 minutes late from the checkout (which honestly I think is pretty hasty to have it at 11 am, specially when check in is at 4 pm). Nevertheless, at exactly 11 am, someone simply opened the door and was about to walk in when my dog stop them. Having my baby and my family there, I felt pretty uncomfortable having someone opening the door and just walking in because they could. Besides that bad experience, place is pretty beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was recently renovated just as the pictures showed. Comfy beds, kitchen had all we needed and having laundry was super handy! Easy walk to the village too.

The condo is actually bigger than it looked in the photos. The location is absolutely perfect, being so walkable to the village, but not right in the village. The beds and the pull out couch were super comfy, and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped, though you really need to bring everything you need for cooking, ex. oil, coffee, etc. It is right on the golf course, which makes it fun to sit out back. We had our dog with us who had some space to run. The landscaping allows for some privacy. Highly recommend this unit!

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived and loved that it backed onto a golf course. We love the swimming pool and hot on the resort premises. A quick 5 minute walk to blue mountain resort where we enjoyed the restaurants, entertainment and the shops. Would stay here again.

Hosts were responsive. Unit was clean other than dishes and utensils that were put away dirty. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was a bit weak in on suite shower. Toilet paper was cheap/thin so suggest you bring you own. Kitchen was well stocked but missing a few items (kitchen scissors, baking sheets). No Netflix or Disney plus just cable tv. Beautiful view of golf course but outdoor furniture was cheap plastic so not really comfortable for sitting. Great location with about 10 min walk to blue mountain.

This was an excellent place to be in the Collingwood area. Short walk to the village and Blue Mountain and an equally short drive to the town of Collingwood. There was plenty of space for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids w/ separate beds for the kids). We had our dogs too without issue. The unit is nicer than the photos having been recently updated (paint, finishes, kitchen, etc). Parking was easy. The kids attended hockey camp whilst we were in town and the ski locker had ample space for their equipment and likely could have fit 2 bikes had we brought them. The management staff was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay for an extra night. They were responsive throughout.

Overall great stay. Good location close to the village, nice two bedroom space. Responsive customer support, though a couple things like the kitchen light were a bit broken. Wasn't a big deal and we had a really nice stay.

The location is fantastic. So close to the Village and within walking distance. Our place had everything we needed. We cooked a few nights and everything we needed to make a meal was thoughtfully available in the kitchen. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view was also great! Communication was the host was always prompt and professional. I will definitely come back again and would recommend to my family and friends.

We were a little unsettled the first night as we had no bed sheets for the yonge kids sleeping on pull out couch. We ha Positive: The location was good Negative: For the value it did not come close to the equivalent comfort or hospitality. Their efforts were more focused on ensuring the renters adhered to all rules and policies rather than ensuring the comfort and convenience of the renter.

Lovely place. Looks better in person! really had a great time with my girls. Unfortunately there was no coffee, and the blanket for the sofa bed wasn’t warm enough, which made it uncomfortable. It’s also Just 8mins walk to the mountain. You don’t need to drive. Overall, I loved the place & enjoyed my stay.
