Nine Iron Nook at Rivergrass

Beautiful property with great amnesties nearby (pool/hot tub). Located right in front of the village and very close to the trails! Remember to bring your own laundry detergent if you plan to do some laundry during your trip, and your food and seasoning. Otherwise everything else is there to help you make your meals! Host was responsive and professional. Everything looked the way the listing was described.

Definitely would book again but suggest an upgrade in the space. Furniture/ kitchen very outdated. Positive: Location, space, hot tub was nice, rooms were very accommodating. Needs updating for sure. Seemed very outdated. Beds were very firm. Cooking pans and utensils definitely need to be replaced. Negative: Location and space. Hot tub was very nice and beautiful.

The property was clean and the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions prior to our arrival. The unit is across the street from the village and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Collingwood. The beds were comfortable and the unit is stocked with all the amenities for a seamless stay. We would stay in this unit again next time we are in the area.

We loved our stay! Our only issue was the television was difficult to work but we didnt have a tonne of time to watch so no big deal! Close to the village, quiet, private and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Will definitely try to book again this time next year!

Overall the stay was great. Had everything you’d need for your stay, lots of kitchen supplies, was clean and easy to check in. Parking not assigned but plenty of spots. 10-15 min walk to the blue mountain village. The beds weren’t the most comfortable thing and could have had more blankets but was able to adjust temperature to keep warm enough. Would stay here again

My family had a lovely stay at Rivergrass, the unit was clean and cozy. Great location, very short walk to the village. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. No complaints, we would definitely stay here again!

overall we had a wonderful stay at the valet but it was a little disappointing that we had indicated a baby at the time of booking but the unit isn't equipped with any baby furniture like a standard crib or high chair. I also am a bit picky so the pots and pans were way too old and dollar store kitchen utensils were not ideal as we cooked. the host was super responsive and when we noticed no garbage bags they instantly had them delivered. the property is really nice just a few updates would elevate the stay!

Perfect Blue Mountain Getaway! We loved our stay here! The place was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for! A true home-away-from-home. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

From start to finish the responsive communication from the Valet Team was totally amazing. The location was super close to The Blue Mountain Village. For the 3 couples that were there , the rooms were great and lots of space to enjoy each other‘s company would highly recommend this location !! we all had an amazing time and thanks for the great weather that you provided for us

Beautiful inside The unit has no view and the balcony faces trees (Not to my liking, but someone people may enjoy it) I prefer the golf course or pool view.

I had a great experience staying here. It was easy to check in. The location was great and I always felt super safe even at night in this neighborhood. There's great walkable restaurant nearby. walking distance to the village, great value for money compared to staying in the village, heated pool and hot tilub was also nice, carpet throughout, a bit outdated but clean and well maintained, would rent again

Host was great with fast responses, location was fantastic 5 min walk to town. Clean and well taken care of condo. Only thing that I didn’t agree with was that you have to take out your trash with you and ask for you to do the dishes. If not you there is a charge. You pay for a cleaning fee but ask for guests to clean. Still a fantastic stay overall. Would highly recommend it.

Leading up to the visit and during our stay the property valet team was prompt on responding to any of pur questions or concerns. Check in and out was swift. While at the air bnb we were running low on propane and i reached out to the team and they had a full brand new tank for us ready to go within 20 minutes. The pool was fun not crazy busy. Wish our little mini vacation was longer but regardless good memories and a nice cozy home. I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay. Perfect for golf ( across the street). spa, restaurants, shopping. Pool and Hot Tub just down the street. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definetly be back.
