Welcome to your centrally located mountain escape, perfectly positioned on the Monterra Golf Course and across the street from the Blue Mountain Village and a 30 second walk to the Conference Centre–the closest unit in the entire Rivergrass complex! This spacious 3-bedroom, second-floor home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers unlimited access to the shared Rivergrass pool (summer only) and year-round hot tub.

Pool Update 2025:

The Rivergrass pool will be closed until the end of June (exact date TBD) as there is a migratory bird nest in the vicinity that cannot be moved, by law. The hot tub will still be open in the meantime.

Perfect for families and small groups, this quiet getaway features an open-concept living area with cozy seating, a TV, and a gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Large windows offer plenty of natural light and sweeping views of the Monterra Golf Course. There are a wide variety of board games available to enjoy during your stay.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, cutlery, and a drip coffee maker. All you need is your groceries, spices, and coffee/filters! The dining area seats 6, and there’s additional seating on the private balcony for BBQ cookouts on warmer days.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a queen bed, and 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms in this home including the master ensuite. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

The Rivergrass complex has a shared pool (summer only) and hot tub (year-round). If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.
