Renting this place was perfect to be with friends and family. Plenty of thing to do in the property and it is so close to the ville! We really had a great time!

great place! had 14 people staying here and it was absolutely do-able. only thing that would be nice is more washrooms.

This place is large and perfect for bigger groups (we were 15 people with friends). Summer visit and easy to get to the mountain and restaurants on foot or by car. Host is a management company that is responsive and helpful. The house itself is starting to show a bit of age and needs a bit of TLC but otherwise great.

Property valet team was responsive when any issues came up. Car was parked in the driveway and the team had it moved by the time we came back from dinner. Only suggestion I would have is bring a large cooler and ice for drinks as the fridge does get filled up with food. Overall enjoyed our stay and had no major issues.

Very nice property! Entertainment area is very spacious and can accommodate the entire group! Kitchen is pretty standard but lots of plates, utensils, and cookware so dishes are a breeze! Sauna and hot tub are great additions and provide a relaxing time whenever you wish! Bedrooms are a good size. Definitely worth the price! Would book again for sure!

I had a pretty good stay at this Airbnb! Very close to the village and looks just like the pics. My group enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, Bbq, games and firepit! Everything went well, however I would mention that 2 bathrooms for a group of 16 can get hectic and hard to organize. Overall, if that’s figured out then I would definitely recommend this place especially for the affordable price. Thanks PV team!

Very wonderful place to stay in, beds were comfy and I got a really good night sleep. We stayed for a dance competition that was being held at the Blue Mountain Inn. We needed an area big enough for our family. Everything was available for making meals for my kids…and I loved that they could have the basement while the adults had the main level and upstairs to relax!!

The place was exactly how it is advertised. We had a group of 8 girls, and there was lots of space. One downfall is that there are only 2 bathrooms; and they are both on the main floor. One of them is attached to one of the bedrooms, so it made it difficult to use at times.

Great location, PV team was very friendly and responsive to our accommodation. Awesome time for friends to enjoy celebrations! Excellent services for snow removal and safety on the property. Walls were a little thin (easy to hear others conversations) and heat was a bit inconsistent during the winter months. Overall, excellent time if you’re looking for friends getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for my birthday with a large group of friends. The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for a group of our size. There were plenty of ways to keep us entertained, from the hot tub to the pool table, which we really enjoyed. The hosts were also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downsides were that one of the bathrooms is an en suite, which made coordinating bathroom usage a bit tricky with 16 people, and the floors were quite creaky, so you could hear movement from the floor above. Overall, though, this place was a great choice for a group getaway, and we’d definitely recommend it!

1. We stayed there for two nights without heat; the owner ignored our requests regarding the heating issue. Staying in -19-degree weather 2. The floor makes so much noise. The small step you take, everyone will get alert. All the time, the sound of cracking from the floor, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP. 3. It is an OLD place, not the same as %1 as the pictures. 4. The owner is not responsible; they charged for the whole house and Sauna, but the Sauna was not working 5. The beds are super old 6. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Sa, we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take guest feedback very seriously as it is a driving force in keeping our properties and our team at their best. We understand that we must always be accountable when issues arise and responsive when a guest's stay has been impacted negatively. We have developed policies and procedures that reflect these core values and have found that the overwhelming majority of our guest issues are resolved amicably as a result. In this case, it is clear that we were not able to reach an agreement. We respectfully disagree with your claims and feel that we must clarify your feedback for future prospective guests. 1. You did not stay at the home for two nights without heat. The furnace in the home was operational for the duration of your stay. In addition to the furnace, the fireplace was also available for additional heat. In reviewing our chat history, it is clear that both were in use during your stay with us. We regret that you felt that you were ignored during your stay. Again, in reviewing our communication logs, we observed no gaps in communication. Our Contact Centre can be reached via call or text 24/7. They work with our "boots on the ground" guest coordinators to assist with any guest issues or needs. This combination is typically a guest favourite amenity . 2. Reviewing our communication, this is the first time the noise of the floors has been mentioned as an issue. Respectfully, we have not found the floors in this home to be excessively noisy. 3. The pictures of this property were taken in November 2024 - just over a month prior to your stay. 4. The sauna was verified as operational upon your checkout and since your stay there has been no additional guest feedback suggesting any issues. 5. The beds are clearly visible in the listing photos. 6. We are happy to report that the guest who checked-in five hours after your departure had a great stay and left the five-star review below. In closing, we regret that your experience was not what you had hoped for Sa. With that said, we are more than confident that this home is a great accommodation for anyone visiting Blue Mountain. Thank you.
