The Alpine Après

Relax and unwind in the heart of Blue in our three storey semi-detached chalet, minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort! This home is designed for the comfort and relaxation of up to 16 guests, enhanced with amenities such as the pool table, foosball, darts, and a private hot tub and fire pit. This chalet is in the Tyrolean village, an area ideal for groups to enjoy the four season activities Blue has to offer.

The living area and kitchen are on the top floor, where you can après among the cozy decor. The living area is furnished with a large sectional couch facing the smart TV with cable and gas fireplace. There’s also a foosball table for evening game nights.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters! The deck is complete with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect for a Summer cookout!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 6 bedrooms in this chalet. On the middle floor, there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds. In the basement, there are 3 more bedrooms. One has a queen bed, one has a queen over queen bunk bed and the last has a single over double bunk bed.

There are 2 full washrooms in this home, both on the middle floor. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use in the second bathroom.

Additional amenities

The basement features a games room, complete with a pool table, dart board, and TV. There is also a sauna on the second floor for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.

-Parking is available in front of the home for 3 vehicles maximum (By-law enforced). Free additional parking information can be provided upon request.

-The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am-11pm (By-law enforced)

-The backyard is not fenced. As this is a semi-detached chalet, you may see guests of the neighbouring property in the outdoor areas. The deck, hot tub, and fire pit are all private to this unit.
