Welcome to the perfect property for all seasons! Recently renovated and upgraded with all the amenities you need while being away from home. This beautiful chalet has the perfect amount of space for 7 guests and is conveniently located only a 3 min drive or 8 min walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski lifts. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out.

Pool Update 2025:

The Rivergrass pool is now open for the Summer! The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

The Space

Feel free to use Netflix or Primevideo to watch movies on your nights in! This chalet has a back patio with a BBQ and a beautiful view of the award winning Monterra Golf Course. During the summer months, head over to the community pool and hot tub after a long day of activities. This chalet has two ‘pop-up’ desks with folding chairs for those who need to catch up on work or school work during their time away from home. You also have access to the storage locker to put your skis, bikes or golf clubs.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, and all utensils that you would need to cook. There is also a soda stream, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings.

Dining & Living room:

A table for 6 in the dining room will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and enjoying your gourmet meal. There are 2 leaves for the dining table stored in the closet for when you need the extra table space. Warm up by the electric fireplace with good company after a day of being on the hill.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and the other with 1 Queen and a Single over Single (with a single trundle) bunk bed. Each bed is equipped with a minimum two pillows and a comforter. Plus, commercially laundered white bed linens, pillow cases and towels will be placed at each bedside.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.

Decent place to stay. Pool was great. Easy walk to the Village. However, there was alot of dog hair in the unit. The deck could have used a good cleaning prior to our arrival, but other than that no complaints.

Check-in was easy, the place was nice but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The bathroom upon walk in to the left, mainly the shower doesn't drain well, you're standing in a puddle of water while showering, there's no soap or shampoo or what was supplied could be laughable. Kitchen was functional but again outdated appliances, the microwave was at least 10-15 years old, same goes for stove. The floor had multiple stains throughout, with rips in the carpet. The worst of it was the couch, has a negative slope and I would compare it to something someone would give to "college kids" , it is a pull out but we never attempted to look inside. Although it says can accommodate 8 guests, there's not enough seating space in the living room to accommodate that, maybe 5-6 adults max but again, 3 of them would be extremely uncomfortable sitting on that "couch". We liked being close to the village/amamenities but for $$$ per night I had higher expectations

Great views Positive: nice views onto the golf course, spacious rooms, the kitchen was more than enough, pet friendly is a major plus. Negative: there were obvious stains on the carpet about a foot in front of the left side of the fireplace I actually spent time cleaning it since I thought we had made it. Taking a $500 cleaning deposit is one thing, but ownership/cleaners leaving stains on the carpet is another. The bunk bed room TV did not work, the kettle would not shut off and no oven mitts. I watched how the contracted staff cleaned the rooms after other guests checked out. There must be two crews because the first one cleared out garbage fast.

Prime location - very close to Blue Mountain Village. Ample parking, easy to check in with digital lock, clean, snowboard/ski storage closet was handy and balcony had a decent view. Community hot tub was large and a short walk from the condo. The main living space and kitchen were a great size and layout. The place was clean and cozy - the fireplace was a nice touch during our winter stay. Bedroom situation was great - one with a king and the other with a queen and bunks. Worked out great for our family. Property Valet was easy to communicate with - booking, checking in and out was great.

This is our second time renting this unit. It is a great location and very comfortable. The master bed is really amazing. Only gripe is there is no reserved parking so we had trouble finding a spot after skiing.

Excellent location - 5 min walk to center village. Good layout - really nice space. Poor cleanliness - sheets were dirty, garbage under bed, bathroom was clean but not deep cleaned. Kitchen was poorly stocked - not even salt and pepper; only 3 trash bags. A chat agent was available 24/7, but wasn’t able to address the sheets issue in the evening until the next day. It felt like an AirBnB setup with bad hotel service. I will not book with this property manager again.

Unfortunately there was some roof work being done to the unit that really affected my stay. I believe there was some kind of miscommunication between the property owners/contractors and the scheduling of this work. The unit should not have been rented out during this time. All that being said, Property Valet was in constant communication with me and quite apologetic about the situation. Although I did not get what I requested in terms of a refund, we did come to a mutual agreement that I was comfortable with. Besides that, this unit was a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect.

Loved being practically on site for this event . Super quiet evenings once roofers were done Friday after dinner. Patio was a dirty but BQ was a bonus. Very peaceful , quiet nights were appreciated as we r not partiers. Everyone loved their beds. You may want to fix toilet just inside entrance there is a leak between tank and bowl - causing toilet to fill multiple times per night - noisy and I suspect wastes water. It is a beautiful property and we look forward to future stays , thanks 🙏

The location and house was comfy and beautiful but the dust and dog hair on the furniture and the bed was a huge turn off. When I complained about the dust, a cleaner came and wanted to know exactly where to clean,, they vacuumed the coach and dusted the centre table(because I had sent a picture of it) but it was still not completely free of dust when I checked and all the other surfaces were left untouched- it's as if I should have showed them every single surface that needed cleaning . All furniture and surfaces had dust, including the bed. To new renters, I would suggest a walkthrough before putting down your bags. Amenities were good, the fridge was not working but the freezer was. Location was about a five minute walk to the village. TV in every room was a great plus. I would stay here again if the place gets a thorough clean the day before I arrive.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay! The suite is cozy and well laid out. The suite comes with a well stocked kitchen which was super helpful. Check-in and check out was a breeze. It is located fairly close to the Village. The walk was just a little too much with our little ones, but otherwise would have been a reasonable walk. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are some isssues that need to be addressed. Number one would be cleanliness. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty, food on the floor and stains on the bedding. During Covid we would expect extra attention to ensure cleanliness. Entry into the home was also a bit of challenge. Minimal lighting on the entry code would be helpful as trying to enter the code proved to be a bit challenging - as the key pad was not lit. Security was minimal and firecrackers were being lit past 12am at night. Location was fantastic. Size of unit was perfect for our family. We did enjoy ourselves but would encourage some attention to detail.

Great location and walking distance to everything in Blue Mountain resort. View across the golf course was beautiful. Just note that once you book you start talking with a property management company and they take you out of the AirBnB website. They are also asking for a picture of your drivers license via there app.

Rental was very nice and clean. A couple of issues with checkin where we asked for early checkin, and actually got it one hour late. Had to make the top bunk ourselves and were short a couple of towels. There was a bbq, but it was a small table top bbq so you couldnt actually use the small patio table. I would recommend a regular size bbq is purchased especially if using it for most meals. Overall a good rental in a great spot and needs a couple of improvements to go from 4 to 5 stars.

Graham made our stay great! The place is great, lots of room and amazing location. The village is super close and in walking distance. Beautiful views of the mountains from the front doors. The place had towels, soap, shampoo conditioner and any kitchen amenities you would need. Would definitely stay again!!

Decent place to stay. Pool was great. Easy walk to the Village. However, there was alot of dog hair in the unit. The deck could have used a good cleaning prior to our arrival, but other than that no complaints.

Check-in was easy, the place was nice but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The bathroom upon walk in to the left, mainly the shower doesn't drain well, you're standing in a puddle of water while showering, there's no soap or shampoo or what was supplied could be laughable. Kitchen was functional but again outdated appliances, the microwave was at least 10-15 years old, same goes for stove. The floor had multiple stains throughout, with rips in the carpet. The worst of it was the couch, has a negative slope and I would compare it to something someone would give to "college kids" , it is a pull out but we never attempted to look inside. Although it says can accommodate 8 guests, there's not enough seating space in the living room to accommodate that, maybe 5-6 adults max but again, 3 of them would be extremely uncomfortable sitting on that "couch". We liked being close to the village/amamenities but for $$$ per night I had higher expectations

Very peaceful and beautiful property. Walking distance from blue mountain village. Host is super helpful and very responsive. They have lot of board games to play which we figured out the very last day of our stay. Overall, amazing experience. Love to visit again with friends and family.

Great views Positive: nice views onto the golf course, spacious rooms, the kitchen was more than enough, pet friendly is a major plus. Negative: there were obvious stains on the carpet about a foot in front of the left side of the fireplace I actually spent time cleaning it since I thought we had made it. Taking a $500 cleaning deposit is one thing, but ownership/cleaners leaving stains on the carpet is another. The bunk bed room TV did not work, the kettle would not shut off and no oven mitts. I watched how the contracted staff cleaned the rooms after other guests checked out. There must be two crews because the first one cleared out garbage fast.

Prime location - very close to Blue Mountain Village. Ample parking, easy to check in with digital lock, clean, snowboard/ski storage closet was handy and balcony had a decent view. Community hot tub was large and a short walk from the condo. The main living space and kitchen were a great size and layout. The place was clean and cozy - the fireplace was a nice touch during our winter stay. Bedroom situation was great - one with a king and the other with a queen and bunks. Worked out great for our family. Property Valet was easy to communicate with - booking, checking in and out was great.

This is our second time renting this unit. It is a great location and very comfortable. The master bed is really amazing. Only gripe is there is no reserved parking so we had trouble finding a spot after skiing.

Excellent location - 5 min walk to center village. Good layout - really nice space. Poor cleanliness - sheets were dirty, garbage under bed, bathroom was clean but not deep cleaned. Kitchen was poorly stocked - not even salt and pepper; only 3 trash bags. A chat agent was available 24/7, but wasn’t able to address the sheets issue in the evening until the next day. It felt like an AirBnB setup with bad hotel service. I will not book with this property manager again.

Generally speaking, we do not stock any sort of consumables unless requested by our homeowners. While we provide the necessities (soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.) we offer these items in a quantity that is typically needed based on the number of guests and duration of stay. At any time, our guests can reach us for more stock, if needed. We regret to hear that you equated our offerings to bad hotel service. Unfortunately there was some roof work being done to the unit that really affected my stay. I believe there was some kind of miscommunication between the property owners/contractors and the scheduling of this work. The unit should not have been rented out during this time. All that being said, Property Valet was in constant communication with me and quite apologetic about the situation. Although I did not get what I requested in terms of a refund, we did come to a mutual agreement that I was comfortable with. Besides that, this unit was a bit dated but very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect.

Loved being practically on site for this event . Super quiet evenings once roofers were done Friday after dinner. Patio was a dirty but BQ was a bonus. Very peaceful , quiet nights were appreciated as we r not partiers. Everyone loved their beds. You may want to fix toilet just inside entrance there is a leak between tank and bowl - causing toilet to fill multiple times per night - noisy and I suspect wastes water. It is a beautiful property and we look forward to future stays , thanks 🙏

The location and house was comfy and beautiful but the dust and dog hair on the furniture and the bed was a huge turn off. When I complained about the dust, a cleaner came and wanted to know exactly where to clean,, they vacuumed the coach and dusted the centre table(because I had sent a picture of it) but it was still not completely free of dust when I checked and all the other surfaces were left untouched- it's as if I should have showed them every single surface that needed cleaning . All furniture and surfaces had dust, including the bed. To new renters, I would suggest a walkthrough before putting down your bags. Amenities were good, the fridge was not working but the freezer was. Location was about a five minute walk to the village. TV in every room was a great plus. I would stay here again if the place gets a thorough clean the day before I arrive.

This place is really nice. You will feel like you’re home. Beds are very comfortable , sheets are white and soft. 2 bathrooms for your family . Very clean and dog friendly .Location is just perfect ! A short walk to the village . Highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay! The suite is cozy and well laid out. The suite comes with a well stocked kitchen which was super helpful. Check-in and check out was a breeze. It is located fairly close to the Village. The walk was just a little too much with our little ones, but otherwise would have been a reasonable walk. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

Amazing bright space. Located away from the hustle but close enough to the mountain to be super convenient. Rooms were all big and bright. Wonderful place to stay. Really enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are some isssues that need to be addressed. Number one would be cleanliness. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty, food on the floor and stains on the bedding. During Covid we would expect extra attention to ensure cleanliness. Entry into the home was also a bit of challenge. Minimal lighting on the entry code would be helpful as trying to enter the code proved to be a bit challenging - as the key pad was not lit. Security was minimal and firecrackers were being lit past 12am at night. Location was fantastic. Size of unit was perfect for our family. We did enjoy ourselves but would encourage some attention to detail.

Great location and walking distance to everything in Blue Mountain resort. View across the golf course was beautiful. Just note that once you book you start talking with a property management company and they take you out of the AirBnB website. They are also asking for a picture of your drivers license via there app.

Rental was very nice and clean. A couple of issues with checkin where we asked for early checkin, and actually got it one hour late. Had to make the top bunk ourselves and were short a couple of towels. There was a bbq, but it was a small table top bbq so you couldnt actually use the small patio table. I would recommend a regular size bbq is purchased especially if using it for most meals. Overall a good rental in a great spot and needs a couple of improvements to go from 4 to 5 stars.
