The Apex at Verbier

Gorgeous space! Very clean and well described on the site. There were great amenities, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was also ideal with a shuttle service to/from the village, also a doable walk but with hills :) The pool was not available for use. It appeared there was construction. We were never notified of this prior or during our stay which was a bummer since this was one of our draws to this space. The gym and hot tubs were available. They also offered an early check in for $100 without prompting which I personally never experienced with Airbnb, typically complimentary if available. Code to the door wasn’t provided until 4:05pm with a check in time of 4pm. We also asked for a code for the storage space in the garage which didn’t work despite following up. Seemed to be some confusion with the communication thread (multiple people responding). I reserved this space including one child under 2 years old. No availability to pack and play or high chair when asked

We sincerely apologize that the pool was closed during your stay and that you were not notified beforehand. We also were not made aware of the closure in advance, and we understand how disappointing this must have been given it was a key attraction. Regarding the early check-in offer, we strive to be transparent with pricing, but we appreciate your feedback and will review how we communicate this. We apologize for the delay in providing the door code and the confusion around the storage space access. We are working on improving communication to avoid this in the future. Lastly, we regret that we were unable to provide a pack and play or high chair during your stay. We understand how important these items are for families traveling with young children and will look to improve our availability. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Le logement était superbe, très propre et décoré avec goût. La cuisine était entièrement équipée — il ne manquait vraiment de rien, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’accès au logement était facile et il y avait amplement de stationnement, ce qui est toujours un gros plus. Dommage que la piscine ait été fermée durant notre visite, mais nous avons tout de même pu profiter des bains chauds, ce qui a bien compensé. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Great place for seven of us. Loved how the rooms were all separate from each other. Amazing kitchen and open concept great for everyone to be included. The hosts responded quickly to anything we needed. Walking distance to the village for late night activities. Thank you for all the amenities.

The place looks almost identical to the photos in the listing—no complaints there. Great location, the condo is generally clean. However, the water pressure was terrible. The kitchen sink water was basically unusable, and the shower had inconsistent hot water. We have three kids, and at one point, we nearly burned them because of the hot water issues. The real problem, though, was the lack of response from the host. I reached out about the issue, but there was no follow-up. After three days, I chased them again, and still, no one showed up to fix the problem. On the fourth day, they said someone would come—by then, we were already four nights in. The maintenance person arrived but didn’t actually fix anything. In the end, the host refunded me about a third of the cost for the inconvenience, but honestly, I felt like they just didn’t care about our safety or comfort. This is my second time staying in this village, and unfortunately, this stay was far from perfect.

Upon receiving your message regarding water pressure issues at 11:34 AM on the second day of your stay, we responded within nine minutes at 11:43 AM, offering to come by and assist, as well as deliver the additional supplies you requested. We did not receive a response until the following day, at which point you expressed dissatisfaction with our communication. We immediately offered once again to have our team assess the issue, but you declined and instead provided a photo showing the tap working. Given this, we’re unsure how we could have improved our communication, but we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We also want to note that subsequent guests have reported no water issues during their stays. Nonetheless, we hope you had a wonderful time in Tremblant and appreciate your feedback.

Our group of six had an incredible six-day stay at this beautiful Mont Tremblant home. The space was impeccably maintained, stylishly furnished, and exceptionally well-insulated providing both comfort and privacy for everyone. The home had more than enough room for us to relax after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we enjoyed preparing dinner three nights during our stay. The location was ideal— offering stunning views and convenient access to the ski lifts and mountain village. The two covered parking spaces and private ski locker were thoughtful features that added extra convenience. We also loved how close the home was to the hot tub and sauna—perfect for unwinding. The team at PV was fantastic— responsive, professional, and generous with local recommendations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

Superbe Condo bien situé et très bien organisé, 3 salles de bain. Grandes chambres, lits et oreillers confortable. Terrasse superbe. Espace de rangement à l'entrée et niveau parking pour ranger équipemnent de sport génial. 2 stationnements annoncés avec prise pour chargé les voitures électriques ) mais nos deux stationnements n'avait pas ces prises... ( nous avont été au stationnement du P2 Mont Tramblant pour la charge) donc facilité accessible $ Séjour à refaire sans hésitation.
