Welcome to The Cottages at Blue! Professionally managed by Property Valet, Cottage 1 was recently renovated from top to bottom including upgraded soundproofing throughout the triplex. With 7 spacious bedrooms across 3 storeys, this chalet can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each chalet has its own hot tub, soaring ceilings and rustic accents combined with modern amenities. The Cottages at Blue are a 4 minute drive for 25 minute walk to the Blue Mountain Village’s activities and dining experiences.

As you enter Cottage 1, you are greeted by the impressive living area, furnished with ample seating, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The standout feature of this home is the historic canoe adorning the high ceilings.

Kitchen and dining

The attached kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters! The deck is complete with a gas grill, seating, and your own private hot tub, perfect for evenings spent together.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 7 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this chalet. The main floor has one half bathroom and the primary bedroom with a king size bed. Upstairs, you’ll find one full bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each with one queen size bed. A second full bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms are in the basement, with 4 more queen size beds. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use (detergent not supplied).

Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away!

- A parking lot is available in front of the home, allowing 6 vehicles per cottage.

- The hot tub is available for use between the hours of 7am-11pm (By-law enforced)
