Welcome to your mountain escape, perfectly positioned on the Monterra Golf Course and steps from Blue Mountain Village, the slopes, and the Conference Centre. This spacious 2-bedroom, ground-floor retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests, offering the ideal home base for adventure. Enjoy year-round relaxation in the shared hot tub or take a dip in the seasonal Rivergrass pool. Experience the perfect blend of convenience and serenity in the heart of the action!

The living room offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, anchored by a classic red-brick, gas fireplace and rich hardwood flooring. Natural light pours in through the windows which features a convenient walkout to a private patio. From the comfort of the leather sofa, you can enjoy serene views overlooking the lush greens of the golf course, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the links or simply enjoy a quiet morning coffee.

Kitchen and Dining

Designed for both functionality and style, the kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and elegant stone countertops with a breakfast bar for casual seating. This space overlooks the dining area, which centers around a rustic wooden table with room for at least 6. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or gathering the family for dinner, the open-concept layout ensures you’re always part of the conversation. All you need is your groceries, spices, and coffee/filters!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided (please bring beach towels for pool/hot tub). Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Bedroom 1: King bed, main floor

Bedroom 2: 1 Twin bed + Twin over Twin bunk bed, main floor

Living area: Double sofa bed, main floor

Pool and Hot Tub

The hot tub is open year round, and the pool is typically open from the last week of May until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you're curious about the pool being open!

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

Positive: The location, the size of the unit, the AC was amazing, and the backyard was great. Negative: Some of the cups weren't clean, and several beds kept squeeking. Also, the checkout was too early (10 AM), should be around 12 PM

The team was very responsive and clear with instructions. The place was relatively clean. There weren’t any baking pans - they offered to bring some that evening (which was nice) but we ended up bbqing which worked out. Overall, nice stay and very good location - we walked to the village and conference center so that was really convenient! Also loved that it was grounded level and free parking. Only note, if you’re going and are a light sleeper (which I am) you can hear the unit above - not the owners issue or wrong doing, just a note. Also, our kids are older but the bunk bed mattresses were a bit high meaning the “safety rail” was not functional. Might be an issue for younger kids? Love the keirge coffee maker but they didn’t have any pods so we had to go to the metro… might want to bring ahead of time.

Quaint area to relax and easy accessibility to Blue Mountain Village Positive: Great access to the Blue Mountain Convention Center & Blue Moutain Village. Also a quick walk to the pool & hot tub spa amenities. Well stock with kitchen & bbq tools and equipment alongside a dishwasher. Negative: Unfortunately one of the 3 barstools was missing a bolt so we have to keep it on the side on the floor out of reach for safety reasons. Also luckily for us we didn't lose our key fob for the pool but they are very small and not labelled for the rooms so there's a good chance of losing them or mixing them up with other guests at the pool.
