A perfect 4 season retreat, this rental is steps away from skiing, hiking, snowshoeing & cross country skiing. Only a 5 min drive to the beautiful Georgian Bay at Northwinds Beach!

Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

The space

Spend every morning captivated by the mountain views that greet you during your stay. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space make hosting easy après ski with natural light flooding the room through oversized windows. Enjoy the complete privacy with open space behind the chalet that gives incredible views and walking distance to Monterra Golf Course, and look down for a tempting soak in the Rivergrass jacuzzi. This unit is memorable for its prime location met with easy living in the master-planned community.

Great location for year round activities (golf and snow shoeing). The hot tub is open year round and the heated pool is open 3 seasons. It's a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski hill where you can find shopping, splash works, restaurants, axe throwing, crockadoodle, and more!)

Kitchen

The kitchen boasts convenience, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, and stove. Whether you’re enjoying a meal or just using the space for your morning coffee, you can appreciate the open concept layout for easy access to the dining area with a direct view of the golf course. Save the space in your suitcase; all you need to bring is your food, spices, and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools.

Living Room

This modern living space has been tastefully decorated and hosts a comfortable couch and chairs so you can catch up by the fire after a day of adventure or sit back and relax with the flat-screen TV + premium sports package. Get a breath of fresh air through the sliding glass doors that lead to your private deck and enjoy the picturesque views of the Monterra landscape overlooking the pool. Guests will appreciate how easy it is to relax in your contemporary escape that has all your home comforts, including Wi-Fi, steps away from unforgettable experiences. A bonus sleeping space included with the pull-out couch.

Bedrooms

This chalet has 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch (double) for guests to unwind at the end of the day. The primary bedroom has been recently updated with carefully curated décor and hosts a comfortable Queen bed. This bedroom has the advantage of a 3 piece ensuite for slow mornings before you start your day in Blue Mountain. The second bedroom has two cozy single beds and a trundle bed, just steps to a 4 piece bathroom. Need a quick refresh on your wardrobe? In-suite laundry is available during your stay.

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

Great condo in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes at Blue Mountain and equally close to the village. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. It is a great place to stay in the area, close to Blue Mountain Village (10 min walk) and it has everything you need to be confortable (including preparing your own food!). The parking is across the house and very accesible.

Great place. It has all the essentials. Overall very nice property. Well located to walk to the Village. Coffee and simple thing like sugar is not included, which in my opinion should be for a listing of this quality. Hot tub was out of service for maintenance and we were not notified. When a special feature like this that is included in the listing is out of commission we should be advised when booking.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. Our unit overlooked the pool & golf course. The pool was heated and also had a hot tub. We are not golfers but if we were it would be nice. Our family of four did mostly biking in the area and also some hiking . We cooked all our meals in the unit. Highly recommend this place.

This place is what we needed for our family, perfect size and perfect location. Blue mountain village is a 10 mins walk from where we stayed and the shared pool allowed us to chill after spend most morning and early afternoon at blue mountain activity center. Overall it is a great place for a mini trip for our family.

This place is great, highly recommend staying here. It's exactly like the photos, very clean, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and it had everything we needed amenities wise. Short walk to the village (less than 10 min), pool and hot tub area is clean and it's big enough to not feel crowded. For those with dogs - there is a dog park only a 4 min drive away. There is so much to do in the village, we purchased 2 play all day passes and still didn't get to everything! If you go to the beach, just know that it can be a bit of wait for the shuttle and the water is very shallow (knee level) so it's more of a hang out place vs swimming. Looking forward to coming back!

Our family really enjoyed it. The valet team was helpful, responsive and everything was as described which was great. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and we got a lot of use out of them. The only downside was that there were no simple things available such as foil, wrap, some condiments etc so we had to purchase everything while there. It was more transactional in line with a holiday rental vs Airbnb style. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Excellent location and close to the village!

We had a fantastic stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was pristine and the trundle bed which we discovered was absolutely amazing as we have 3 children. The pool/hot tub was just a short walk away and we spent a lot of time there. It was fantastic. Blue Mountain Village is about a 10 minute walk which saves on parking in the village. We definitely hope to come back!

Very clean place, within walking distance to the Village. Great place to stay for dance competitions at the Inn. It’s a 12 minute walk to the Inn , 5 mins to the village . The only thing I would say is that this felt very much like a hotel , rather than a home away from home . We book a lot of air bnb’s for my daughter’s dance competitions and it’s worth noting that this place is maintained by a property management company. So I found the niceties I’m used to from air bnbs that are hosted and maintained from the actually owners better. For example no salt or pepper , no coffee pods, no foil or seran wrap or any extras like that . What you would expect from a hotel stay you can expect here. Where as most our air bnbs would at least have salt and pepper or some packets of sugar for your coffee .. I just found those things missing . I guess I’ve always lucked out in getting that at other bnbs , but now I know it’s something to pay closer attention to when booking.

Great spot close to the village! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and felt right at home. It was nice to be away from the busy village and yet close enough when we wanted to be in on the action. We enjoyed play all day passes, and the private beach too! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped with what we needed. Great little bbq too! Especially loved the view of the mountains from the front bedroom. We would definitely come back to Rivergrass again!

My friend and I stayed here for almost two weeks and the location of the house was perfect, walking to the village, and it was very easy to drive to ski in just a few minutes. This time we stayed in a room on the second floor where you could see the beautiful morning glow from the balcony. Downstairs is the pool, where you can safely keep an eye on your children while they play in the warm pool. PV team is very professional and responds to messages very quickly. I would love to recommend it to my friends who are on ski holidays in the Blue Mountains.

Check in was smooth and besides finding the trundle bed without any sheets being changed as they were still obviously dirty everything else was fine. However pretty quickly we noticed the AC wasn’t working and the fireplace was emitting heat although it was turned off. We messaged them and they told us they’d get back to us in the morning. We understood and patiently waited till morning even though it was so warm that it was difficult to sleep. Morning come and no one had gotten back to me. I sent messages and calls and all I was ever told was it was noted and they were waiting to connect with the contractor. The fireplace was so hot and with little children around we were worried for their safety they finally sent a regular staff to shut off the fireplace off in the afternoon- something they could have done easily hours sooner. We did not feel like we were at all their priority and felt very much alone through it all. Needless to say we left early.

We highly recommend this large condo for year round stays. Well equipped and well decorated. Great beds and linens. Prime location just a short walk to the Village and the ski lifts. We were surprised that all the stores and restaurants in the Village were open in April! We will certainly return when the opportunity presents.

We were greeted by a well kept 2-bedroom condo, with a beautiful view on the upper deck equipped with BBQ and furniture. The bright living room with gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows and a comfy set of armchairs, sectional and large screen TV meant we could relax indoors. Behind the condo was a swimming pool, hot tub and a well manicured mini lake/large pond that welcomed many blue herons, birds and wildlife. There was a high-quality kitchen, with dishwasher, Keurig and coffee maker, nice fridge and lots of well thought out amenities. The Wi-Fi was excellent (I worked there during my days). There was a stackable washer/dryer for those staying for longer visit. The master bedroom and children’s room were both nicely decorated. The main bathroom and ensuite were very clean and contained everything you would expect of a hotel washroom. There was well designed wall art, and you could tell a lifestyle of leisure and relaxation is the host’s desire for their guests. We entertained friends for an overnight and we enjoyed the condo very much, as well as a walk to nearby Blue Mountain village where there are lots of small shops, a small supermarket and some very good coffee. We were only 5-10min drive from Collingwood and 15-20 from Thornbury Distillery. We enjoyed trips to each of these locations for some fun shopping and great food. Our host was very pleasant, and we had no issues while we were there. We highly recommend the condo.

Great condo in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes at Blue Mountain and equally close to the village. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive, which made the stay easy and stress-free. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and the perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. It is a great place to stay in the area, close to Blue Mountain Village (10 min walk) and it has everything you need to be confortable (including preparing your own food!). The parking is across the house and very accesible.

Great place. It has all the essentials. Overall very nice property. Well located to walk to the Village. Coffee and simple thing like sugar is not included, which in my opinion should be for a listing of this quality. Hot tub was out of service for maintenance and we were not notified. When a special feature like this that is included in the listing is out of commission we should be advised when booking.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. Our unit overlooked the pool & golf course. The pool was heated and also had a hot tub. We are not golfers but if we were it would be nice. Our family of four did mostly biking in the area and also some hiking . We cooked all our meals in the unit. Highly recommend this place.

Blue mountain village is a 10 mins walk from where we stayed and the shared pool allowed us to chill after spend most morning and early afternoon at blue mountain activity center. This place is great, highly recommend staying here. It's exactly like the photos, very clean, the hosts were incredibly responsive, and it had everything we needed amenities wise. Short walk to the village (less than 10 min), pool and hot tub area is clean and it's big enough to not feel crowded. For those with dogs - there is a dog park only a 4 min drive away. There is so much to do in the village, we purchased 2 play all day passes and still didn't get to everything! If you go to the beach, just know that it can be a bit of wait for the shuttle and the water is very shallow (knee level) so it's more of a hang out place vs swimming. Looking forward to coming back!

Our family really enjoyed it. The valet team was helpful, responsive and everything was as described which was great. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and we got a lot of use out of them. The only downside was that there were no simple things available such as foil, wrap, some condiments etc so we had to purchase everything while there. It was more transactional in line with a holiday rental vs Airbnb style. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Excellent location and close to the village!

We had a fantastic stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was pristine and the trundle bed which we discovered was absolutely amazing as we have 3 children. The pool/hot tub was just a short walk away and we spent a lot of time there. It was fantastic. Blue Mountain Village is about a 10 minute walk which saves on parking in the village. We definitely hope to come back!

Very clean place, within walking distance to the Village. Great place to stay for dance competitions at the Inn. It’s a 12 minute walk to the Inn , 5 mins to the village . The only thing I would say is that this felt very much like a hotel , rather than a home away from home . We book a lot of air bnb’s for my daughter’s dance competitions and it’s worth noting that this place is maintained by a property management company. So I found the niceties I’m used to from air bnbs that are hosted and maintained from the actually owners better. For example no salt or pepper , no coffee pods, no foil or seran wrap or any extras like that . What you would expect from a hotel stay you can expect here. Where as most our air bnbs would at least have salt and pepper or some packets of sugar for your coffee .. I just found those things missing . I guess I’ve always lucked out in getting that at other bnbs , but now I know it’s something to pay closer attention to when booking.

Great spot close to the village! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and felt right at home. It was nice to be away from the busy village and yet close enough when we wanted to be in on the action. We enjoyed play all day passes, and the private beach too! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped with what we needed. Great little bbq too! Especially loved the view of the mountains from the front bedroom. We would definitely come back to Rivergrass again!

My friend and I stayed here for almost two weeks and the location of the house was perfect, walking to the village, and it was very easy to drive to ski in just a few minutes. This time we stayed in a room on the second floor where you could see the beautiful morning glow from the balcony. Downstairs is the pool, where you can safely keep an eye on your children while they play in the warm pool. PV team is very professional and responds to messages very quickly. I would love to recommend it to my friends who are on ski holidays in the Blue Mountains.

We were only 5-10min drive from Collingwood and 15-20 from Thornbury Distillery. We enjoyed trips to each of these locations for some fun shopping and great food. Our host was very pleasant, and we had no issues while we were there. We highly recommend the condo.
