Situated directly on the Monterra Golf Course and steps from Blue Mountain Village, the slopes, and the summer pool, this spacious 2-bedroom home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Enjoy seamless access to the year-round hot tub and the seasonal Rivergrass pool. Whether you're here for the golf, the skiing, or a relaxing getaway, this unit puts the best of the resort right at your doorstep.

This cozy living room serves as the heart of the home, anchored by a rustic brick fireplace and plush seating perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The warm, inviting space features traditional charm and features a walkout to your private outdoor oasis. Through the sliding glass doors, you’ll find a spacious patio overlooking the swimming pool, complete with a BBQ grill ready for alfresco dining and summer evenings.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen and dining area is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring a galley-style kitchen equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and elegant countertops. A functional breakfast bar with pendant lighting overlooks the spacious wooden dining suite, which comfortably seats six. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or enjoying a quick morning coffee, this bright and airy layout ensures you’re always part of the conversation.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided (please bring beach towels for pool/hot tub). Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer (detergent not supplied).

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, main floor

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds, main floor

Living area: Queen sofa bed, main floor

Pool and Hot Tub

The hot tub is open year round, and the pool is typically open from the last week of May until the Labour Day long weekend. Feel free to reach out with exact dates if you're curious about the pool being open!

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.

If you plan to enjoy the pool, please bring beach towels! Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team.

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

We enjoyed our stay at the property . it was spacious which came in handy as we needed to stay indoors due to the air quality warning from the forest fires. The unit is walking distance to the village. The pool & hot tub are nice though it can be busy. Overall we would be happy to book again

The place was very well maintained, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. It's on the ground floor, which made it very convenient. It's also only about a 13-minute walk to the village, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend both the place and the host.

Lovely location just a stones throw away from Blue Mountain Village. The unit was just as described and shown in the pictures but is beginning to show its age and could use a refresh. However, it has been well maintained and was very clean! The hosts were also very proactive with the details they provided before, during and at the end of the trip. The communal pool facility is definitely the highlight but can get a bit busy at times. My only other note would be that the sound from the upstairs unit can carry a bit - particularly at night and in the early morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Very cozy, had mostly everything you would need during your stay! The pool view was amazing and refreshing to see when you walk in. The village was an easy 10 min walk to, there’s events throughout the day.

Quaint area to relax and easy accessibility to Blue Mountain Village Positive: Great access to the Blue Mountain Convention Center & Blue Moutain Village. Also a quick walk to the pool & hot tub spa amenities. Well stock with kitchen & bbq tools and equipment alongside a dishwasher. Negative: Unfortunately one of the 3 barstools was missing a bolt so we have to keep it on the side on the floor out of reach for safety reasons. Also luckily for us we didn't lose our key fob for the pool but they are very small and not labelled for the rooms so there's a good chance of losing them or mixing them up with other guests at the pool.
