A perfect 4 seasons retreat, this rental is steps away from skiing, hiking, and just a 5-minute drive to the beautiful waters of Georgian Bay at Northwinds Beach! And it has direct access to the pool!

Pool Update 2025:

The Rivergrass pool will be closed until the end of June (exact date TBD) as there is a migratory bird nest in the vicinity that cannot be moved, by law. The hot tub will still be open in the meantime.

The Space

Standing at the entrance, the panoramic views of the mountain immediately greet you before heading inside to the space flooded with light. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Modern finishes throughout, complete with fireplace and walk-out deck. Enjoy your home conveniences at your Blue Mountain rental with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, and more! You’ll be surrounded by the captivating Blue Mountain scenery on your walk-out deck. Guests can appreciate the space complete with a BBQ, small table and chairs. The main floor bathroom boasts a contemporary feel with an upgraded stand-in glass shower. The primary bedroom ensuite is complete with a shower and separate soaker tub for guests to enjoy.

Kitchen

You’ll love the open-concept space that allows you to cook while being immersed in the entertainment. With easy access to the deck, complete with BBQ and a dining area with a wooden table, you can enjoy the ease of movement between the rooms. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need, including cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools. All you need to bring is your food, spices and coffee!

Living Room

Sunlight pours into this cozy, cathedral ceiling great room, complete with a brick wall fireplace. The large windows and spacious atmosphere allow 8 to entertain, overlooking the golf course and community pool. Choose between a night-in with the complimentary Wifi & TV or take a stroll to the village for dining or shopping throughout the prominent village.

Bedrooms

This home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a grand primary retreat upstairs, complete with an ensuite and mountain views. The first bedroom on the main floor contains a Queen bed and closet. You’ll wake up to views of the golf course and private community pool for guests and residents to enjoy. The second bedroom has a Double bunk bed along with a Twin Trundle bed, a closet, and a stunning landscape view of the mountains to wake up to every morning. Making your way to the primary suite upstairs, you’re greeted with a generously spacious room complete with King bed, a couch, full ensuite, TV, closet, and heightened mountain views. All linens, pillows, and towels are included in your stay!

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.

Guest access

Note: During the summer months (as long as the beach is open) guests of this unit can access the beach by purchasing a Play All Day Pass (wristband) or Play As You Go ticket at Guest Services in the Blue Mountain Village. Access to the beach can be granted onsite at the beach gate, however, premium pricing will be applied and the beach staff are unable to print a Play All Day wristband. The BMVA shuttle will not take you to this private beach, however, parking is available onsite when you show your pass or ticket.

We had a really great stay! The unit was very spacious, bright and clean! The pictures were accurate. The host was very responsive and check-in was super easy. The unit is overlooking the pool and golf course. Great location and was an easy walk to the village! Will stay here again next time we visit Blue Mountain!

This condo unit is exactly as listed. The location is great - walking distance from Blue Mountain Village. The condo units are clean, with ample parking, a nice pool and hot tub, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 5 + dog. There's a nice BBQ, good TVs, and modern heating/cooling systems. Overall, the place was a very positive stay. The reason that I would not give this place 5-Stars is more due to the "little things". For example, there were not enough towels for the guests staying at the unit nor was there any soap, shampoo, or conditioner left for guest usage. Additionally, there was no coffee (which, to be fair, is listed as "bring your own coffee"). My biggest complaint would be around the bedding - the pillows, blankets, and sheets were not good. For the comparable price in the area, we got (and did not get) what we paid for. If you're okay bringing your own coffee, soap, shampoo, towels, and more, then this is a great place. If not, shop around in the area.

We did a short stay from Wednesday- Saturday. My Family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The property was exactly as described and we loved it! We throughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub. The outdoor surroundings were very nice and clean. Well maintained property. Beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the pool area. The location was great! walking distance to the village. Perfect for family stays. We would definitely love to return one day. accomodations met expectations. only thing i would suggest is that you make explicitly clear about the flight of stairs needed to enter the suite. we have a physically handicap family member requiring the use of a cane, walker and mobility scooter, and the stairs created challenges bringing up/down the equipment as well as the physical strain on our family member.

The listing mentions one bunkbed and a double bed in one of the rooms, however it’s a double bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed. Some of the linens were a little dirty. Downstairs shower did not get warm. Downstairs toilet kept running periodically. Very nice location. 5 minute walk to the village. Lots of space. Beautiful master upstairs with a Juliette balcony

Walkable distance to blue mountain village which was amazing as we barely needed to drive everywhere. Lots of parking was available. The master bedroom was unbelievable - huge, private and great ensuite. The shower in the master however did not turn hot. The other bedrooms had something to be desired but still were good. Kitchen and appliances were great + lots of cookware provided. Sitting area was nice with the warm fire. Hot tub available but is only open 10-10 so plan accordingly!

Disappointing week

We were surprised to see how steep the outside steps were. Pulling the luggage and food up those was very difficult. The chalet was dirty, the Keurig did not work, the stove had no instructions, the outdoor patio furniture and BBQ had not been cleaned. We comlained and on the second day these things were fixed The chalet was very hot as previous occupants had left upstairs window open. It took 2 days to bring the temp down. If the cleaning crew had done thier job this would have been noticed. Overall a disappointing stay and we will not be staying there again.

Amazing place for a staycation !!!! We choose this place last minute and was awestruck to find the mountain view . We enjoyed the sunset right from our bed .The place had everything that we needed to make breakfast and snacks. The place was very clean and there were enough supplies like towels, blanket, toilet papers. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The 5 minutes walk to the village was an added bonus for us. We already recommended this place to all of our friends and definitely coming back for fall.

encantadora, comoda y lujosa estancia sin agua caliente. We were able to stay at this location on a great price due to a last minute booking. We had a really great stay! The unit was very spacious, bright and clean! The pictures were accurate. The host was very responsive and check-in was super easy. The unit is overlooking the pool and golf course. Great location and was an easy walk to the village! Will stay here again next time we visit Blue Mountain!

I had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the Village, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Communication with PV Team was smooth and responsive—they were kind, helpful, and made the check-in process super easy. This condo unit is exactly as listed. The location is great - walking distance from Blue Mountain Village. The condo units are clean, with ample parking, a nice pool and hot tub, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 5 + dog. There's a nice BBQ, good TVs, and modern heating/cooling systems. Overall, the place was a very positive stay. The reason that I would not give this place 5-Stars is more due to the "little things". For example, there were not enough towels for the guests staying at the unit nor was there any soap, shampoo, or conditioner left for guest usage. Additionally, there was no coffee (which, to be fair, is listed as "bring your own coffee"). My biggest complaint would be around the bedding - the pillows, blankets, and sheets were not good. For the comparable price in the area, we got (and did not get) what we paid for. If you're okay bringing your own coffee, soap, shampoo, towels, and more, then this is a great place. If not, shop around in the area.

Great location! Clean and quiet. Cleared the steps of snow nice and early. Huge snow storm while we were there and the walkways were cleared in a prompt manner. Easy walking distance to the village.

The Air B&B was beautiful! With a great view of the mountains and so close to the village. 10 min. away to the grocery stores. Clean and spacious with everything you need. Easy communication to get all the information you need.

We did a short stay from Wednesday- Saturday. My Family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The property was exactly as described and we loved it! We throughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub. The outdoor surroundings were very nice and clean. Well maintained property. Beautiful flowers and trees surrounding the pool area. The location was great! walking distance to the village. Perfect for family stays. We would definitely love to return one day. Since we’ve been back home we’ve recommended this location to our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

accomodations met expectations. only thing i would suggest is that you make explicitly clear about the flight of stairs needed to enter the suite. we have a physically handicap family member requiring the use of a cane, walker and mobility scooter, and the stairs created challenges bringing up/down the equipment as well as the physical strain on our family member.

The listing mentions one bunkbed and a double bed in one of the rooms, however it’s a double bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed. Some of the linens were a little dirty. Downstairs shower did not get warm. Downstairs toilet kept running periodically. Very nice location. 5 minute walk to the village. Lots of space. Beautiful master upstairs with a Juliette balcony

Walkable distance to blue mountain village which was amazing as we barely needed to drive everywhere. Lots of parking was available. The master bedroom was unbelievable - huge, private and great ensuite. The shower in the master however did not turn hot. The other bedrooms had something to be desired but still were good. Kitchen and appliances were great + lots of cookware provided. Sitting area was nice with the warm fire. Hot tub available but is only open 10-10 so plan accordingly!

We were surprised to see how steep the outside steps were. Pulling the luggage and food up those was very difficult. The chalet was dirty, the Keurig did not work, the stove had no instructions, the outdoor patio furniture and BBQ had not been cleaned. We comlained and on the second day these things were fixed The chalet was very hot as previous occupants had left upstairs window open. It took 2 days to bring the temp down. If the cleaning crew had done thier job this would have been noticed. Overall a disappointing stay and we will not be staying there again.

Amazing place for a staycation !!!! We choose this place last minute and was awestruck to find the mountain view . We enjoyed the sunset right from our bed .The place had everything that we needed to make breakfast and snacks. The place was very clean and there were enough supplies like towels, blanket, toilet papers. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The 5 minutes walk to the village was an added bonus for us. We already recommended this place to all of our friends and definitely coming back for fall.

Great property. Location is amazing. Short walk to the village and also unit is right beside the pool. Unit is a great layout and the deck has a beautiful view of the mountain. Would definitely rent this unit again.

encantadora, comoda y lujosa estancia sin agua caliente. Positive: la casa es de ensueño. tiene TODO lo necesario para estar super comodos! y todo se ve super elegante, me encantaron las vistas. las habitaciones grandes, las camas comodas, los baños increibles. la chimenea es la cereza del pastel Negative: no habia agua caliente. luego fueron a revisarla, y nos dijeron que despues de que 2 personas se bañen hay que esperar 1 hora a que vuelva a salir agua caliente en la casa. pesimo eso, por el costo tan elevado. no servia la tina de hidromasaje.

We were able to stay at this location on a great price due to a last minute booking. The venue was very clean and spacious loaded with any utensils needed and large dining table for the family to crowd around. Whenever I messaged the property management they replied promptly. would be happy to rent from them again.
