Overall the experience was amazing. Whenever we needed anything i.e new gas tank for the grill, the team was very responsive, and we got whatever we needed within I would say les than 5 mins. Our only group concern was the security who had come by 2x and the way we were spoken to but nonetheless the space was amazing. Everything was clean and just like how the photos were. Plenty of space for our large group. Definitely would recommend

We had our annual company retreat and as the other reviews noted the chalet is very clean and comes as advertised. However, the air conditioning on the upper floor as per the earlier reviews (going back to June) mentioned that the AC unit didn't work. But based on the property manager's comments to other reviews, I assumed they fixed/replaced the unit. As it turned out by 2pm the upstairs area where we met was unusable due to heat and we had to cut short our meetings. On final day of checkout we ran over by 25 minutes as we lost 2 hrs from the previous day. I received three demanding phone calls and several messages about checking out and that's after telling them on the first call that we're running late. Were it not for the AC unit, which should come as no surprise, and the checkout experience, we would have had a better stay.

Regarding checkout, we’d like to clarify that a late checkout was not approved in this case, and the property was vacated over an hour after the scheduled departure time. As we had another group scheduled to arrive, our team needed to ensure the chalet was ready for their check-in, which is why we followed up with you. We’re sorry if this came across as demanding, but maintaining the turnover schedule is important to all of our guests. Stay was great, property was clean and as advertised. Easy painless check-in. Upstairs, where the kitchen and living space is, stays pretty warm and needs better AC flow. Downstairs stays cool. The upcharge messages weren’t well received. Hosts send us a couple messages throughout the stay offering extras for a charge (early check in, late check out). On an almost $2000/night cottage after all fees considered, receiving a message with an option to check in early for an extra $100 felt quite greedy. Other than that, stay was as advertised and comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a total of 16 guests. The property management team was very nice and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The major issue we had with this place was the A/C not working upstairs. The upstairs portion (main living room and kitchen) is where everyone can gather together but once you go up the stairs, the heat just hits you. It was scorching hot upstairs. With outdoor temperatures reaching close to +40, it was unbearable to stay upstairs together. Most of the time, everyone had to go back to their rooms to get some relief from the heat which defeats the purpose of the gathering. After reaching out to the property management team, they dropped off 2 fans but that did not really help. This is one thing they really need to look into as this was a big problem, especially when you spend so much money on booking this place. Another concern we had was with main dining table/bench. It was very sticky and needs to be replaced.

the rooms were clean and bedding and towels provided. but the main living room and kitchen area was too hot and unfortunately its the only place you can spend time in other than the rooms. there's a small a.c unit thats barely doing anything and the big dining table is very sticky and doesnt get cleaned at all whatever you do. We were missing a lot of basic cleaning supplies, soaps and detergent. main issue honestly was how hot the main floor was even the fridge and freezer there doest freeze to the correct temp from how hot the place is but the rooms where very well maintained and the air conditioning is perfect on lower levels

The rental is in a prime location! 15-20 min walk to the village vs driving 5 min and paying $15-20 to park. The house is definitely a rental and missing that homey charm. The property company/host was very responsive and answers any questions or concerns in a very timely manner. The house is a semi-detached but we never once heard the guests on the other side! Given that the rental can accommodate 20 guests, there is not enough sitting in the living room (only 2 couches that could sit 6-8 total). There’s 2 full bathrooms but both on the same middle level so it’s quite inconvenient when you’re upstairs in the kitchen/living space or if you’re in the basement bedrooms as you’re always going up/down stairs. It’s a very reasonable price considering location and number of beds.

We had a great time this past week at their accommodation! It was a great place, with lots of bedrooms, and common areas for all of our guests to enjoy ! It is in a great location, and close to the village to walk there ! They were very quick and helpful with getting back to me when I had questions ! Highly recommend and we will be back !

We booked this airbnb for our sister’s bachelorette weekend away and it was the best place to stay. We had a lot of girls come for the weekend and the amount of beds were perfect! Everyone had their own room. The high ceilings in the upstairs make the place look even bigger. The location was about a 20min walk to the blue mountain village which was nice. If you’re going snowboarding or skiing it’s the perfect spot too. Overall great place to stay, everything was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and reliable with any questions we had before our stay. Given it was a surprise bachelorette party, we asked if we could check in a bit earlier to set things up before the party and they were very transparent about everything which we loved. We were able to check at an earlier time and the process was fairly simple. Thank you for letting us stay! :)

Wonderful place, exactly as described. Really loved that all linens and towels were provided, beds were very comfy. I loved that the entertainment area was separate from the sleeping areas. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. Very clean. We were introduced to security who very kindly reminded us of the rules which was nice. The attached neighbours are also an Airbnb which worked out nicely for us all, however I could see that being a luck of the draw, I do believe that they are owned by the same host so I presume if there are any issues that can be communicated directly with the host. Thank you so much for having us PV Team! Next time I’m looking to book Airbnb I will for sure comb through the other listings they have, absolutely flawless experience.

Everything was fantastic except for the things that are completely out of the management team's control. I've rented nearly once a year in Blue Mountain for a while now and I've never seen by-law officers this aggressive. An officer came to the property to introduce himself and every rule had to be followed to the letter, some of which was absurd. For example, one of our car tires (that's one tire of the vehicle) was on grass and we were asked to move it. We felt we couldn't take advantage of the fire pit, as that is not allowed after 11 and we knew we would lose track of time. The hot tub has the same curfew and it was enforced, with a by-law officer informing us ten minutes prior to 11PM. We were also informed of a "noise bylaw" that is enforced 24/7, so we didn't feel we could risk using the backyard for games, as we knew we'd get loud. I would absolutely recommend this property if you've got a quiet getaway in mind. But I'm afraid Blue Mountain itself just hates fun

The pride of ownership is evident with this home and it is a standout in the Tyrolean area. In regards to the bylaw comments, perhaps some background information may help. All stand alone homes being used as short term accommodation rentals are subject to a licensing program in this municipality. Homeowners who wish to rent their homes are required to submit an application for approval by the municipality and are additionally subject to inspections to ensure compliance. Once the licence has been granted it is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure Guests are respectful of the bylaws set out by the municipality as failure to do so can result in fines, demerit points and possible loss of rental licence. Suffice to say - it is very important that Guests understand these bylaws. We appreciate there is a fine line between educating guests and negatively impacting guest experience, especially given that fact that the overwhelming majority of guests have no issues with bylaw adherence. As a result of your comments, we have reviewed the communication with your Group and have modified our approach which we hope will help with future guests. Thanks again for your feedback Thomas - we hope to host you again in the future.

Although we were disappointed by bylaws which restricted noise and amenity access after 11pm due to uncooperative neighbours, security communicated with us kindly and calmly. Myself and 9 other ladies enjoyed the space and found the proximity to Blue Mountain resort/Collingwood quite ideal. Floors were quite dirty so we just wore our slippers and shoes inside.
